Mist Cooling's customer service is excellent.
Site easy to navigate. Found what I THOUGHT I wanted in a few minutes and checked out through Amazon. Unit did not contain the orfices which would have doubled the price + or - depending on the type of orfices. My fault though for not reading the description fully. Will return unit to exchange for a more suitable unit.

Nozzels are great
Very hard to find the tool on the site. Also would have been great to have the tool recommend when purchased the original mister.
The adapter arrived and when i attempted to use it, it broke. Called back and ask if I could get assistance or a discount on the metal one they offer and was told they could give me priority shipping. Then when went to pay the only break given was the difference between standard and priority shipping. Went ahead and paid for the metal adapter waiting for it to arrive.
Not sure if the mister will work on cooling the pool because project has been much more difficult than expected and lost a week waiting only a horrible cheap tool that broke when attempting to use
