Smooth- Easy to install and use- good quality, better than expected value.

Product doesn't work! Along with not coming with any instructions. Finding a YouTube video, on how to. Get the system place and nothing work after following trouble shooting suggestions. System still would not work. Have place a few calls now to customer services. 3 days later still waiting on call Back

I would like to say that I have had many experiences online with Mistcooling but the truth is; that my home system has performed very well, with few problems. I just need to replace some small parts (nozzles) from time to time and they are a bargain for the price and the length of service provided. All of few online experiences with Mistcooling's site have been fast, friendly and efficient.

I installed and am using the mister. It's just right for my needs. I'll be returning the in-line water filter because it requires more advanced installation, and, being a single senior woman I'm not feeling like it's something I want to tackle. I need more valve caps, since the mister actually provides more "mist" than I actually need!

Great price, great purchase, we are happy with the mist system cooling nozzles.

This is my third purchase from Mistcooling and I will continue to do business with them.
