I can't believe I am writing this about Missguided. I've ordered numerous times. I noticed that you HAVE to use FedEx with the frauds. In the past, I opted to pay the $13.00 FedEx Fee to receive my merchandise in 2-3 days. So I ordered clothes for over $250 on September 17,2015. I CHOSE the Fedex option, which was $0.00 since my order was over $200. Can you believe they STILL sent it via their Royal Mail, (cheapos). Fast Forward, it is now October 8,2015, 21 days since I ordered, still nothing. I tracked the package and it's been at some "depot" since September 21,2015, utterly ridiculous. I emailed customer service, they asked if I want them to "Re-dispatch," Yes! I want the clothes! They came back with, "we only re-dispatch on Wednesday's." Basically I have to wait another week! It is now Tuesday, I emailed them to confirm that my "Re-dispatchment" will go out. It's been over 24 hours, no response, enough is enough! I called PayPal to immediately escalated this into a dispute. Finally! They answered me saying that the reason they didn't send the items is because PayPal "reversed the transaction" Missguided, that was less than 24 hours ago, what happened to the re-dispatchment? It's Wednesday, it was supposed to be re sent to me before PayPal intervened. It is laughable at this point. This company, their customer service is a HUGE JOKE. Do NOT waste your time, or ORDER at your own "Risk."
I ordered a few things (shirt and pants) during last years black friday sale for 54 canadian dollars. The shipping was super fast, i ordered friday and i received them tuesday. The worst part is once they arrived i had to pay 48 dollars worth of customs. I then realized they had stated the value of my parcel as 88 CAD instead of what i actually paid because APPARENTLY they have to state the actual value (before sale, promotional coupons) on all packages. I was outraged at the fact im basically being charged fees on a NON EXISTENT cost. Horrible experience, haven't ordered from them since... But the overall quality of the clothing is great and fit overall true to size.
WORST COUSTOMER SEVERICE! I have been having issues receiving my package for the last week. I wrote them, letting them know what had been happening. I got a reply to fill out document (claim report) to "help" me figure out hot to get my package back to me or a refund. It's been a week and I have yet to get a reply. It seems to me that I am the only one concerned on the whereabouts of my package, they are absolutely no help.
I can't even get past the check out page because every time i add to my basket then click on it, it tells me it's empty! Then when i register to their site, it tells me i haven't registered. Then when I go to register again, it tells me that I already am. WASTE OF MY TIME FALLING IN LOVE WITH AN AMAZING DRESS JUST TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT!

Missguided is the worse clothing company to work with. I order 2 dresses and a purse totaling at $166 on Sept 4th (sometime in the A. M). I request expedited shipping due to the following week ( week of the 13th) I would be going out of town and would be out of town for 3 weeks (keep in mind return policy is 14 days). As I am waiting for tracking information I decided let me go through the actual site because I had not received an email with tracking information. I went to the site and SAW THERE that my items were on hold due to the company needing to verify my billing address. I had to do this once before so I just sent what I sent before a picture of my drivers license and front of a bank statement showing my address. They advise that was not good enough (this make no sense because clearly my card would not go through if the information i sent to you was not correct). I am sending pictures of my personal information to someone I do not know. They then told me that the letter needed to be open (why?! So you can see how much I have in my account). I open the letter and that was not good enough because it was not recent (bank statement is not something you just have laying around). I advise that this is something that I should not have to do AND I had no recent. I still have not received a response. I requested a refund but I am just waiting. I would say NEVER EVER use there site go to Asos they sell the clothes there IF you have to have that item.
I'm so glad that I'm not the only one having trouble with this unprofessional, clueless company. First order, I receive top instead of the skirt. Send it back immediately, two months later still no refund, no skirt! Second order, I get email from them asking form a copy of my passport and utility bill. Really? I've never heard of a business asking to email them pictures of my personal documents. Never! I will never even try purchasing anything from them again. Despicable service, horrible customer communication and just useless company. Good luck to them. Cant wait till they go out of business.
I received the a wrong top. I requested for the correct item to be shipped, and to send return labels so I could mail back the incorrect item.
In the first e-mail that I received, they did not address any of the concerns I had. It was automated and all the information that was available was that I could receive a full refund if I mailed back the item with my own money.
I sent a response stating why I was paying additionally and how I could receive the correct item. They basically claimed they could not do anything to help me with postage and would only amend their mistake if I sent back their item. Practically giving me no option other than to pay postage and receive store credit on the money sent to get my order corrected.
That's just unacceptable. I understand if it was my fault or I had wanted an exchange due to something being incorrect on my end but holding the buyer responsible for their company mistakes is horrible conduct.
Plus receiving an automated response to your e-mail inquiries when the customer is addressing issues they have with their order is horrible customer service.
I would not recommend shopping with them. Even if the items are decent upon arrival, any type of issues you have with them will be glazed over and it will not be resolved fairly. I have sent my dispute to PayPal.
Know your rights as a consumer and do NOT let companies like this take your money.
This is my first time ordering from this company and will surely be my last. I bought 10 items expressed shipped for a vaca I was going on. First they messed up my invoice sent to customs so it delayed my shipment by a day, ok no big deal. The quality of clothes was decent. I just had issues with sizing on 3 items, so they needed to be returned. The company states that the customer has to pay for returns. I go to fedex and they tell me just to ship back 3 items it amounted to $150. I contact the company to let them know that I'm not paying that that's absolutely ridiculous. Their response was to pay it and they will refund me, that's it. No that's unacceptable. Why would you tell someone to pay that! Instead they should have said they will send me a paid return postage. But after emailing constantly with no response I'm pretty fed up! They purposely only give you an email address as their only means of communication for a reason because they are very unprofessional. They don't want to deal with issues head on! Then today I get an invoice from Fedex saying I owe $50 for customs and duty fees. My thing is I see that it was stated in their shipping policy after the fact but why wouldn't you let the customer know as a courtesy once they complete checkout that they have to pay that if their order is more than $200. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN OVERSEAS COMPANY EVER!
I placed an order on July 13th. I made sure I placed my order with enough anticipation so that I would have it by the 26 which is the day I was celebrating my birthday. I received my package on the 18th. Guess what?
Wrong size.
I got in contact with the company. The representative instructed me to return the skirt and send an image of the postage once the item was shipped.
I sent the picture of the postage on the 20th. A representative responded saying it would take 5 days to sort out before shipping the correct size and it would be in my best interest to place a new order under express shipping. I would be refunded on the skirt I returned and the charges for the express shipping.
I was hesitant but I placed the order on the 21st. I should have received the skirt no later than the 23rd. Again it didn't arrive.

I've ordered TWICE from Missguided US, and i am shockedddd by these reviews.
The first time I ordered from them, they never sent a tracking number so i immediatley emailed somebody and threatend to give a bad review if i didnt get a tracking number. Someone replied very quickly with the tracking number. But i forgot, you can check for a tracking number once you sign up for their site. Under order status or something like that, you can check for a tracking number. Its took 10 days not including the weekends for the shipment to come. The dress was awesome, great material and all and it was only 30 bucks with a discount.
My next batch of stuff was over $300, and I'm impatient so I got the expedited shipping. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS FREE WHEN U SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CASH! Everything came in TWO days and the items were in perfect condition.
I live in Chicago, Illinois so I was really surprised that everything didnt take longer even with the expedited shipping.
These reviews are reallyyyyy weird and I feel so terrible for the people at missguided because perfectly good customers will get scared away because of stuff like this. Their clothes are very modern and made with GREAT material. And im not $#*!ting you, cause im not the skinniest girl in the world and can still fit their stuff.
If anything girls, try them out for yourselves. If something crazy happens like what girls are saying below, then i dont know what to tell ya. But all i know is ive had nothing but smiles since shopping with them.
36 days since I ordered from them, and I am still waiting on a refund. I ordered several items, 2 of which did not fit. I figured that returns would be no problem. Wrong. I shipped the items back and they were received at the "US processing facility". Now a MONTH after I shipped them back, I have been going in circles with customer service trying to get my money back. Twice now they have given me the "wait up to 21 working days" excuse. I waited 21 days and contacted them, then they asked me to wait "another couple of days". No. That's not ok. Your policy says 21 days, and I have proof I shipped it back and that the package made it into your company's hands. Do not order from them/
I ordered about $200 worth of clothing with 2-day shipping. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number in a day. Everything was on the right track until I received an email from Fedex's Customs department telling me that the sender (Missguided) forgot to attach a commercial invoice to the package. Thus, customs won't let my package through and is holding it until they receive the appropriate documentation. So I email customer service, and they respond pretty quickly telling me that they will contact Fedex and send the forgotten document. Unfortunately, I believed their lies and just waited for an update that the invoice was received and my package would arrive. NOPE! I waiting several days, then called Fedex who said they received NO word from Missguided at all. So I had to take matters into my own hands and fill out the form Missguided was SUPPOSED to fill out as a professional clothing company shipping items overseas, and send it to Fedex.
TL; DR: Missguided is a trash company that will make stupid shipping mistakes that will cost you time, energy, and money.
Thinking about getting a refund? Forget about it! The items I ordered were 3 items and 2 items didn't fit so I immediately returned them. Tracked if they've received it through my mail carrier and they have received it. I sent them an email a week later after being sure they received it they said no they have not when I had proof they did so I became suspicious. Next thing you know the representative tells me that have to allow up to 45 days for a refund. After 50 days even I have now been going back and forth with them on sending my tracking number sending my name smh which they had already sending the item numbers sending this sending that. After the 55th day I realized they were giving me the run around. I got so angry and they said when the "item arrives" they will issue me a refund. I said ok. It has now been 3 months and yesterday I finally sent a final email in an attempt to get my deserved refund amount. And when I say email, boy did I send a well thought out descriptive beyond angry email to them in all caps and threatened to take legal action. I recieved an email early this morning from them stating my refund has now been issued and I shall get my payment back in 5-7 days. Smh now again, I wait! The items are very cute but their sizing is off & the customer service I feel as though I was being dragged and laughed at! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! I've never written a review before but this was well deserved. Hope I helped someone with my experience.
I wish I could give zero stars! Service was horrible. I paid express shipping for 2 business day delivery, items came in 4 weeks. I was issued a "store credit" instead of a refund for the shipping charges. I purchased over 3,000 in merchandise, and their way of thanking me was to put my transaction on hold for a week because of "suspicious" activity. I then had to send in snapshots of my credit card information, as it was a corporate card, the billing address didn't match the address of my ID. Being that you are never talking to the same representative, it took over 5 days for someone to actually understand the dilemma. They kept telling me to cancel the order and restart it but I refused to because that would mean the $600.00 discount I received due to a sale, would not apply to my new order. When my products finally arrived, about 2 weeks later I received a package from fedex saying as per the sites request, I was to pay an additional $500.00 fee for duties, customs and taxes. This site is a joke, and scam. Many of my items did not look the way they did on the website, weren't accurately sized, and the crop tops' strings popped before I even tried them on. Shoes were the wrong size as well. $3,000.00 worth of merchandise! Save your money and your time. Wish I'd visited this site before hand.
So their clothes are trendy with very attractive prices. DONT BE LURDED IN.
This company is a total scam. The clothes are garbage, poor quality is an understatement.
If you have a return, good luck getting your refund. They won't issue the refund although the item was returned to them within their return guidelines.
They had the nerve to tell me after they wanted all this detail, that I needed to provide my DOB! What relevance does my DOB have to do with them issuing my refund?!?! TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
If you want to find cheap, trendy clothes, go to Amazon or a cheap local store in the mall.
I received exactly what I ordered and the size was correct.
It took 13 days to arrive but that is expected since it is coming from across the ocean.
Custumer service is horrible. Shipping takes forever. No tracking number. I ordered a package NEVER received it. Still waiting to hear back from customer service now. Would never order from here especially if you live in the US!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received my order 2 days ago and they sent me the WRONG SIZES. I emailed them about it and they told me I can send the clothes back for a refund BUT NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE. PLUS I had to pay $32 to fedex for customs fees to even get the clothes. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they will make mistakes and ask you to pay for it afterwards. I was so excited to wear my birthday outfit but now I’ll have to spend even more money for a new outfit. SO DISAPPOINTING.
This "company" more like SCAM is absolutely horrid in customer service, production, and honesty. A reputable company makes a mistake and immediately gets the situation rectified. They never shipped my product and have passed the buck to the delivery person. Plan to wait 45 day MINIMUM for one item delivery and clothes made of dish towel quality clothing (no exaggeration). Ordered 1 basic maxi skirt- still did not arrive at my US address after 30 days.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! USE A REPUTABLE ONLINE RETAILER.
No joke- I'm certain they are a front for a 3rd World sweatshop staffed by 3 people. Don't be fooled by the website layout, I'm certain 2 of the 3 employees work on the website layout full-time.
