I order some items 1 of them was a dress the dress looked like I could have made it myself, The Seams was HORRIBLE you could tell that they didn't see the dress properly you was able to see all the cutting, the dress was uneven. When I sent my items out to be returned I only received money back for 1 item which was a pair of shoes when I ordered 2 pair of shoes and a dress. I WOULD NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS SITE AGAIN! & I'll make sure to spread the word as well! I've tried reaching out to the company many times and No 1 has yet to get make to me...
I ordered a dress two weeks before my homecoming dance. They told me my package would be delivered in one week. After one week, it was shipped to Atlanta, or at least that is what they said (I needed it in Miami). I called the postal office missguided said it was at and THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE IT, IT NEVER EVEN REACHED THEM. I looked into a live chat on the missguided website, IT DOESNT EVEN WORK, NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP YOU. Wasted $60 on nothing, and I ended up with no dress. Had to go the day of homecoming. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID FROM SHOPPING HERE. Terrible customer service.
My daughter has homecoming coming up ordered a cute dress for her I received her ordered and it was a romper not a dress. Customers service is horrible please don't order anything for them.
I will never order from this place. Yes, they might have cute things but my god the customer service is beyond terrible. The way they make you track a return and then let them know when they have received your item just so you can get a refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.
Horrible! If I could have not checked even one star is be happy! So much for the free and fast shipping they offer. I had to send copies of my photo ID and a recent utility bill which extended the shipment date. When I received shipping confirmation my Apt# was not listed even though it appearrd on there order form. I tried numerous times via chat and email to get a response. Finally chatted with someone, she promised to contact courier, which is documented in the chat notes. Didn't happen package was undeliverable and returned. Now more chats and emails! They kept replying with their canned response to contact USPS! I live in NYC so it's an extra hassle, it's not the carriers fault if the label is wrong! Their signature Love & Peace is laughable!
I purchased a shoe from Missguided US for $15.60 CAD. The site is great & easy to navigate. You can view the prices in CAD. They have a great collection of clothes & shoes. Shipping is free to US & Canada. Their prices also include duties which is great! The delivery is fast, shoes were lovely and good quality. I've placed another order with them.
I didn't realize Missguided had such a terrible reputation until after I ordered something. I attempted to cancel multiple times in fear that I might never get the package. They told me that they would get it canceled for me and my refund would take 5-8 days to process. I thought I was in the green until I kept getting shipping notifications. They didn't cancel it. So, I did end up getting the packaging. It was shipped withing two weeks, which is decent considering it came from overseas, honestly. Every complains about the shipping time, but you have to keep in mind that they are over seas. When I did get my item though, I was SO HAPPY. It came in great condition, and all the information was 100% correct. Right size. Right product. Right color. If I was rating on customer service, I would only rate 2. They weren't very helpful. But the product was amazing! In the end, I didn't regret my purchase. It was a pain, but oh well. I think Missguided is attempting to heal their bad reputation. Cause they also sent a return label just in case it didn't work. I'm still hesitant on purchasing again, but so far I haven't had an absolute nightmare with them.
I would not take the time to normally write a review on a company only making one mistake but this company is beyond careless and unprofessional. The first incident I ran into with them was when I ordered a bomber Jacket and did not get the jacket they charged my card no problem though. I caught what happened and after countless emails and calls they reversed the charge which took about a week and a half. The second issue I have had with them is of course shipping. I am sure a big number of people go through the same thing but there shipping is just a joke in reality. They tell you your package will be there within 4 business days HA! I think they meant 14 business days. In all I will not order from them again its 2016 way to many places to spend my money and receive what is expected from a company that sells consumer items.
First, I was charged twice for my order. It took me noticing myself in a bank statement so I had to reach out via chat AND email, AND follow up twice in order to confirm that the second charge would be reversed.
I ordered on Aug 11 for my Bachelorette trip in Vegas and purposely shipped the bathing suits to Vegas so that they would be there in time. I checked the tracking multiple times after the shipment processed and there was no update so I reached out via chat. They said they would "look into this" and never got back to me.
I reached out AGAIN the next day. They said that product was just leaving the warehouse, 5 business days after my order was placed and that they were sorry for the delay. The day I land in Vegas the tracking says the order still hasn't left the warehouse. At this point I'm so angry because even if it is over nighted at this point, it would only arrive with 1 day left of my trip. I reached out AGAIN to request that they re-ship an express order because of the delay on their behalf and they refused. So then I request a refund which they refuse!
Long story short, after over 50 chats/emails and after dealing with over 15 reps (not 1 ever letting me speak with a manager), I could not get anyone on the phone once and my order is still not refunded!
I WOULD NEVER WASTE TIME ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Not only did they completely ruin my bachelorette party weekend in Vegas, the customer service ONLINE ONLY runs you through the ringer over and over torturous and noone is acting accountable! No one tried to rectify the situation once and after all this I have literally wasted HOURS of my life.
Seriously, I hope this company goes out of business for the way that they treat their customers.
I love Missguided but the shipping always takes so long. It always takes about 10 business days to get to me so plan accordingly if you need an outfit for a certain day.
I don't understand why some idiots are laughing at others dismay! It's called a review for a reason and people WILL have different experiences. So someone sitting there saying don't believe this comment or that one is nonesense; good for you if you've had a great experience with them, write about that and keep it moving not start acting like a 5yr old spoilt brat! I paid for express delivery and I was disappointed staying indoors all day only not to recieve my items! When I complained customer service only wrote me back after two days saying the was an issue with my address which is a big lie because I have bn ordering from them months before. I'm very disappointed with this company because they so have nice things but not just a good customers service.
I love Missguided clothes. My first time ordering, I had a great experience. I Recieved my clothes in a timely manner and no defaults. They were though a bit to big for me, so I returned them and repurchased. I have done this many times on other sites, thinking I was going to get my refund for my clothes. Well it's been over two months and I have not Recieved my refund. I have contact customer service and they will not respond. Could someone help me? I'm not sure how to proceed with this.
Extremely disappointed in this online store. I paid extra for express shipping, which clearly states on their website that it will take 1-2 days. 4 days later I still don't have my item, not only that but the tracking states it went back to the UK. This is the second time I've ordered from them both times I paid extra for express and did not receive items in a timely manner. GIRLS - do not pay extra for express shipping it is NOT accurate, they completely misrepresent the delivery times. Order way in advance, they have major issues with shipping. MISSGUIDED - Your logistics company Skynet is horrible.
I placed an order with them on FRIDAY ( last week) did express shipping. Its all odd to me when it pertains to the carriers, Can't track my package can't get intouch with anyone and needed my order by tomorrow now they're claiming it'll arrive by AUGUST 11TH? Terrible no way should they have a company and not have phone operators to assist people. NEVER AGAIN.
Ordered a dress and paid for express shipping. The tracking status says I won't receive the dress until another week and a half but I needed the dress this weekend for my birthday. No customer service and no live chat rep. The site tells you to send an email. Sent two emails with no response. Horrible company!
I've ordered through misguided au they deducted my money from my credit card then asked me for more security info which isn't but still my order is on hold.

Who ever was in a similar situation contact a lawyer or consumer affairs. And avoid this scam website
Summary:
1. Order is shipping
2. Nope, now it isn't shipping we need more info. Please send us your driver's license and a copy of an utility bill with shipping address. Dodgy request for a company that won't give you a PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM... but ok, I will play the fool this time.
3. Talk to customer service because I am not interested in identity theft. They say driver's license is enough because it has my current address. Everything is good. Order will ship.
4. Few days later, nothing. Check tracking. Still in warehouse.
5. Contact customer service. They said it was a simple error. They will talk to their security team. Order will clear.
6. Few days later, still stuck.
7. Contact customer service. Still a simple communication breakdown. They will notify security team. I ask for phone number. They don't apparently use things like phones because "they are an online company". Riiight...
8. Few days later, still stuck. Total B. S. The "chat" sessions are now more like a sport because their customer service people are obviously complete morons and they have no internal processes or controls in place for running their business and especially for handling customer complaints. Total run-arounds are always fun, especially because they already charged my credit card and I am out my money until this gets sorted.
9. I send them a few emails over the next few days, have a few more chat sessions. My time is worthless to this team. More like a running joke.
10 Finally someone says they intervened to ship.
11. Order shipping the next day and will arrive on Friday. That's good because my wife and I leave on Saturday for our trip and will be gone for the next 3 weeks. She wanted those clothes.
12. Friday comes. Oops! Order will now arrive on Monday.
13. Still don't have the clothes because we are now travelling. Don't even know if we got everything because half of it was out of stock when they finally got around to shipping something.
Recommended corrective actions:
Fire entire customer service team and start over.
Fire entire online security team and start over.
Hire someone who understands customer complaint flows to create one for you, because right now you have nothing.
Get a f*****g phone number because real companies have phones.
I love the stuff they sell on their site, however, both times I have ordered from them my customs charges came to me costing almost 60% of the item I purchased. WHAT? I have ordered from other international vendors before and this has never happened. I know it is not their fault, but a lot of companies do prepaid duties + customs and usually those are a flat rate or a way smaller percentage instead of being caught in the midst and racking up the costs. Purchased a 80$ dress and customs bill was 45$. Makes no sense especially cause if it goes by weight then the dress weighed maybe 2 lbs?! I have heard bad things from many friends in Canada regarding the customs charges with this store in particular.
Lol, I feel like laughing at half these reviews! They're not a bad company at all. I orered once and it only took 7/8 days to get to me in Canada... I'm only giving 4 stars because I had to pay customs... which isn't really their fault, but hey. Even check
YouTube for reviews... especially because half those people aren't sponsored...
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, on the shoes and boxes it says size 8, but I wear a 10 USA, fits perfectly, guess that's where the title "Misguided" comes from. Thank you, love the shoes@
