I ordered a pretty expensive dress from this website. When I received the dress, it looks nothing like what I saw on the website because their photos were tiny!... you are not able to see close up details. Unfortunately, I was out of town around the time the dress came, so when I actually opened up the box to try on the dress, it looked horrible and cheap. Very bad quality for a lot of money!. Their return policy was three days! I missed it by ONE WEEK. Most companies allow more grace period. I wanted to return it... or the very LEAST exchange it so I contacted MissesDressy to see if we could work something out.
Not only did they not believe that I was out of town, they wanted proof. So I willingly sent them my itinerary... and they wrote back "due to policy, we cannot do anything". Then why would they want me to send them all this proof? I explained my situation and how it was NOT WORN, clean, new... i was late by a few days. And I just wanted to EXCHANGE... if not RETURN. I also explained to them that after seeing all the negative reviews from most customers, they had written to a few customers about willing to exchange a dresses. So I copied and pasted what they had said... and NO LUCK. They are not willing to budge.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! Now i am stuck with an expensive dress... it does not look like the picture at all...
BEWARE of this company. THEY ARE GREEDY AND WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY... they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I ordered my dress it seemed so easy. Then no dress no call or anything so after many attempts to call and talk to someone they seem not to know anything except to try and sell me another dress. I never got the dress and they kept my money. I will never order on line again.
I ordered a $300 La Femme dress. The dress i received could have, in no way, been an actual La Femme gown. The dress was paper thin, feather light and see through! The material was very cheap, and the padded bra area crinkled like it had straight paper inside. I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase and I just sent the dress back today. I will take on trying to get my money back as well. STAY AWAY! I should have known better and shopped at a local boutique.
I ordered a dress in july, later after paying $628.00 for the dress I was told it was unavailable. When I contacted the live chat person (which is the only was to speak to someone) I was told that it wasn't their problem (really rudely) and that I should contact my own bank, which is crazy because they owe me money not my bank. I paid through paypal, and paypal have told me that they can't help me! I am extremely upset as this was for my daughters prom and I am not a rich person. I would never normally pay that much for a dress but it is a really special time for my daughter and I thought I would be safe paying through paypal. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MISSESDRESSY.COM they are a rip off! Do not trust them.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do not buy from this website - they are dishonest and not reputable. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress arrived with flaws. I requested a replacement but because it was not within 3 days they would not take responsibility for shipping flawed merchandise. I paid over $400 for a dress that cannot be worn. They don't follow any of the policies on their website except the 3 day return policy and that policy is never communicated to you at the time of ordering, purchase or receipt. Also the 3 day policy is to prevent wearing the dress and returning but they were well aware my event date was 6 weeks away and the dress could never have been worn in the condition it was received. If you order from this website, you risk a big chance of being ripped off. Read the other reviews, they all reflect poor to non-existent customer service and loss of money. This company has close to 100 complaints with the BBB. Beware.
Worst customer service and there return policy is not fair. I order a dress and on my confirmation documents shows the apartment number was not there for delivery. The carrier left the package at the office but no notice they tried delivering since missesdressy didnt put the apartment number. By the time I notice the package was at the office it was more than the 3 days policy. The dress is too big and I want to exchange it, I dont mind a credit but even that it was there fault for not providing my full address to the carrier they dont want to give me a credit. They only think about them self not there customers. Theres so many dress company that are way bugger because there customer service. Dont order from them I do not recommended.
I worked as a freelance description writer for this site. They were HORRIBLE. They paid me MANY times late. At one point, the refused to pay me for my work for over 3 weeks. They knew I had to be paid too, but blamed everything on me and suggested I do their work for them even after my contract has ended. I once called them and told them to pay me, and the worker screamed at me and hung up. It wasn't until I got a lawyer and the department of labor involved that they actually paid for what I worked. HORRIBLE costumer service. Bad company and bad people. Like children. Hopefully they die out soon and the business goes bye bye, because they are rude, stupid and a bunch of liars.

I purchased a dress I could barely afford for my sisters graduation. On the site it appeared that the dress was on stock and it even gave me an option for one day shipping. I purchase the dress to later get an email saying that the dress wouldn't be a viable until november which was THREE MONTHS too late.
I immediately called to cancel to find not only that I could cancel it but also mean people with strong accents that couldn't understand me nor help me. I asked to talk to the supervisor, he had also a weird accent, he started SHOUTING at me and de respecting me.
IT WAS TERRIBLE. I never got my money back, I wont get the dress, and I was mistreated by these awful people.
In my experience there is no customer service at this site. LET THE BUYER BEWARE: ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER YOU BEAR 100% OF THE RISK. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND WILL BE UNREASONABLE IN RESPONSE TO ANY PROBLEMS. The product I ordered arrived and the fabric was not at all what it looked like in the photographs online (it had very ugly metallic splotches that had been photographed -- or photo-shopped -- to look like a soft grey). I never removed the dress from the plastic but simply closed the box and took it directly to the post office to return it. Misses Dressy had their dress back the day after that. They refused a refund even though I was willing to pay a restocking fee, insisting that I would be able to find some other dress from their inventory and telling me that I had an entire year to use this credit, that to me is totally worthless. First, the dress that was misrepresented was for a special occasion: my daughter's wedding. I have no reason to have fancy, shiny, ostentatious party clothes (and did not think I had ordered any item that was strangely metallic). Second, the company received the dress in the exact condition it had left their office. Completely unopened. Third, the company received the return immediately. The turn around occurred in the same week. In sum, this unwillingness to work with customers is ridiculous. Misses Dressy DESERVES EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW IT RECEIVES. I, along with almost every other reviewer, lost a lot of money. This company had little concern about that. There is no compromise in their business plan which appears to be driven by fraudulent representation. BEWARE! I wish I could assign a negative number of stars to this company.
This site is absolute BS! I ordered a dress and it was so late and on top of that I got a 60 dollar duty fee which they said would be free. Also, my dress was a size too small and I was devastated, because it was for my prom. So I wanted to ship it back and get a new size but it would have costs 80 dollars to ship to get a new size, 80 dollars to ship back and another 60 dollar duty fee. This site is awful, the dresses are horrible quality and don't look at all like the picture, the people are rude over the phone and they try and scam you for whatever money you have. $#*!ing awful.
I got sent a dress that was the wrong size. It had the manufacturers size on it, which was NOT the size I ordered, then someone put another label with a different size next to that label. I have many dresses from this brand in my size, which I know is small, and I also know what the manufacturers size label looks like. So they sent me a medium and they labeled it a small. When I emailed them to ask for the correct size, they informed me of their return policy of $40 "shipping" for the first dress and additional fees for additional dresses. They also only gave me 3 days from date of receipt to return the dress and it was a holiday weekend! I emailed them back expressing my dissatisfaction and got no further response.
This company has terrible customer service and ridiculous return polices, especially when in this case it was their mistake! I will never use this site again
I went to the website it says the dress is available I go on their live chat they assure me yes they have it in stock in inventory BEWARE they actually DO NOT have inventory as they say on their site!
I get an email several days later after the shipping time that is has not only not shipped but they cannot even get the dress! They won't refund my money! Obviously I would never order anything from them again I just want my money back they won't do it. I hold for almost an hour to get disconnected.
To top it all off if you go to the website they still show the very same dress available ready to ship with in 5 days go on chat and ask them same thing their agents will tell you the dress is available to ship!

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE and every other single bad word that I can say about it! Their site is terrible to use, there is absolutely no way to see what color is what. They advertise dresses that are not even available for sale anywhere anymore. Don't even get me started on the customer service. First off the wait time is terrible, usually around 30 minutes before you can even talk to a real person. Once you actually get the person on the phone, they are typically extremely unhelpful. They do not offer any solutions to problems, they just restate the exact same thing over and over again. Their return policy is horrible, and they offer no way for you to fix a mistake. I was screwed out of over $200 because of this site. Save yourself some money, and some trouble and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered a dress and received the exact dress I ordered. However, it did not fit. The measurements for the dress were between size 6 and 7, but it was a size 8! I am a size 8! I told them that the dress manufacturer made the dress too small for a size 8 and that I wanted to return it. However, the return policy for the order expired before the item was even received at my house! I recommend doing business where the customer service is actually a priority. They will not take it back and I am now an owner of a $400 size 6.5 dress that says size 8 that I can't fit.
I fell in love with a prom dress that i tried on at the mall, but they didnt have my size so i decided to try to find it online & order it. Well i found it on missesdressy. It was $400, but i was willing to pay that much because i liked the dress so much. Well when i ordered it, they said it would be here by the 9th. I didnt get it until the 16th. It looks totally cheap, and not worth what i payed. I'm pretty sure its a knock off, because it doesnt even have the same tag that was on the one that i tried on at the mall. And it looks compeltely unfinished. Not happy one bit... if it wasnt so cheap looking & if it didnt feel like it was going to fall apart when i have it on, i would keep it, and just be happy that i actually got it in time.
Anyways, do your research before spending lots of money on something online.
I ordered a dress by Alyce Claudine. It was delivered to me to Dubai in just 5 days. It was just a little bit big for me up top but it is a beautiful beautiful dress. Only downside would be that I didn't get the free silicone bra with it but that might be because of Dubai's silly rules. After reading the reviews I was $#*!ting myself but thankfully, I had a great experience and am overall very happy. I'd recommend it for sure.
At first I ordered my prom dress from missesdressy, and then I read the reviews and i was really scared because I thought something would go wrong. I was really worried for a whole week straight. I ordered my dress about a week and a half ago and I just got it in today. It shipped to me last night and I got it this morning. I have to say this company was really helpful, I did call or live chat with them about my order about everyday they probably got tired of me but i just wanted to make sure I got my dress. Another thing I also did that really helped was I put my wear date about two weeks before my real one. Overall i am really happy with my experice with missesdressy.com!
Absolutely horrendous-stay very far away. I have had close to $1000 'taken' from me with absolutely nothing to show for it. I ordered over two months ago and did not receive the dresses ordered in time for their intended purpose. I ordered from the ships immediately section, but unfortunately their definition of immediately is close to 60 days later. I attempted to cancel this order two days after placing my order, before they placed the order with the company for the dresses, but no one would respond to me. Instead, once I finally got someone to respond to me through the better business bureau, they have refused to refund my money and want to charge me about 25% of the total cost to cancel the order. Please stay away from this website. Their web content is egregiously misleading and they are not a company that consumer's need to keep in business.

First of all, its illegal that you posted positive review for yourself just like you did on other sites. Secondly, I'll be the one to lecture you on time zones and seeing that you're not smart enough to determine the right time for your fraudulent posts, then you're a real dumbass for thinking that you can fool us... well not me. My daughter ordered a dress from this company. The dress did not fit and we did not like the quality. We did live chat and requested a refund. We were told a refund was possible but we had to call and talk to a manager and it could take up to 30 days depending on our financial institution. We talked to Ana and she would not approve a refund at said to call on Monday. I emailed the company and got a reply from Rellin who also said no and advised me they would be charging me $40 for the return. What a complete scam and ripoff! My daughter has learned a valuable lesson. This company is out for the buck. They seem to be some sort of foreigners and if you research their company you will find hundreds of dissatisfied people! Wish they would go back to their country... we don't need them here! SCAMMERS! BUYER BEWARE! READ CAREFULLY!
