I have just gotten off the phone from this store and I am so upset. They sent my sister in law the wrong size wedding dress (it says size six but measures size 0) and they absolutely refuse to help us out and exchange it for a bigger size. Their customer service is awful. Their supervisor claims to not know who his boss is. They took my sister in law's money and now will do nothing to help her. I hope that no one out there is considering buying from these people. All they care about is making money, not making their customers happy.

Terrible customer Service! You are put on hold for hours... you give up and try another day. To learn you are now outside of the "7 day return policy". They make no effort to help you. Horrible experience, trust me never never buy from them!

We ordered a prom dress, and when we returned it had to fight for a credit. Tried to order 2 different dresses with the credit and they never came. Now they say I have no more credit. They don't answer me calls, emails or letters. Don't order from Missesdressy.com
Worst online shop ever!
I am very disappointed.
Firstly, they sent me the wrong size although in the confirmation email it is written the right size.
Secondly, the dress i received looks different, the quality is bad as well.
Now coming to the best: although it is their fault, that they sent me the wrong size i still will be responsible for a flat fee. But why? I wouldnt even return it if they just sent me the right size. Furthermore, i ask them but the service is just dissatisfied as expected. Not helpful at all, just want the money, they even canceled me while i had written with them!
In brief, if you want buy anything there than by sure that the dresses look way different than in real life, you have to pay the mistakes THEY made, worst service especially when you asking for refunds, the only thing you will get if youre not satisfied is a store credit which only last 6 month after the timeframe your few hundred dollars you invented will simply disappear!
