Crazy how my girlfriend want me involved in picking up a dress for her. Women are so hype with clothing! But the experience was fun coz i gotta chance to make her look the way i imagined her (not really close to being exact hehe). Makes me proud of my girl. Not a perfect shopping experience but it was a more than good enough online shopping with this company. I ordered a dress that's available to ship asap but it wasn't a good fit. I returned it back to them for an exchange of an exactly the same dress but in one-size up. Problem, that's not available anymore! It took me a little while to look for dresses again that suits my taste. Found one and another one but not available again. It's a little disappointing not to get the first dress of your choice but this website has really a lottttttttttttttt in store! It's hard to say "I give up!" LOL...
Finally got my exchange dress and i must say it's more gorgeous than the first few dresses i picked. I think their customer service are not just people-answering-calls but fashionistas too! Yep! They got good taste in suggesting styles.

I was recently in new york on business and my airline put my luggage on the wrong flight!- guess i deserve that for checking it instead of carry on. At least they gave me a debit card with some money to replace what i needed. In any case, i had a black tie event to attend to in gotham city hall. Needless to say i was on a budget until i knew what was going on with my luggage. The front desk at my hotel recommended i check out this dress showroom/warehouse outside of the city limits; right over the bridge actually. They had a WIDE selection of dresses ranging from prom all the way to bridal. Staff wasn't over the top helpful, but they were fairly busy, as it was a sunday. Bottom line, i walked out with a dress in under an hour- gave me a great deal on shoes as well- maxed out my complimentary debit card, but it was worth it.

I've bought dresses from different websites and I realize that anything can be off the rack. They are retailers, not the designers (or the supplier)! And how many retailers are out there? Well, MissesDressy is just one of the many retailers and I highly recommend buying from this site than going elsewhere.
In my experience, the availability of the dresses on their website at the time I order were almost accurate. When it says in stock, I had no problem getting my dress on time. But there was one instance the dress I ordered was already sold out, they contacted me the next day. And that's not a deal-breaker -- they are retailers, not the ones who actually make the dress -- anything can be off the rack at any time!
So, I give my highest rating for service!
This is not the first time I buy from this company and everything was always perfect.

If there is anything below a one I will rate it without hesitation, this website is a fraud, i paid over $1200 in dresses and they sent me a wrong dress and they want me to pay the return shipping and they wont be giving me a refund, only store credit, the policy says in case of return not is case of sending the wrong dress. Fortunately for me my mother is a lawyer and I will sue for fraud, they just don't know it yet.

After readin these here reviews, im not sure i even landed on the right forum. Given my experience with missesdressy, i dont understand how y'all managed to land on a bunch of lemons. My personal experience was professional to the T. Customer service was polite and patient. And i even got my dress earlier than expected. Had i read how y'all got eat up, i probably would have taken my money elsewhere. Im glad i didnt. Missesdressy has done right by me

I also had a horrible experience. I ordered a dress about a year ago for my birthday. I overnighted the dress. It arrived not as pictured - low quality and fit. I returned it and asked for a refund given that the dress was so bad. At the time, the store did not have a refund policy, so I got a store credit. There was no other option. I had no intension of shopping on this site EVER again. A few months after, the store changed their policy to give customers refunds. I called several times and during numerous occasions I was told that "my refund is in the mail." Needless to say, that mail never came... I had to called back several times to be either told that accounting is out of the office, on vacation, or not available. Finally, after 1 hour of being placed on hold and several dropped calls, I got thru to accounting. Then, the accounts payable clerk spent about 10 minutes yelling at me saying that I will never get my money back and my store credit has expired anyways. They said, that they *might* be able to issue a new credit and I should be really glad that they are doing this favor for me. So, basically, after spending 1 hour on the phone, treated poorly, yelled yet and being told that "customer is always right policy is something that was in place VERY LONG TIME AGO and does not exist here at Misses Dressy" I was left with nothing... I am not sure what to do next? I really hope that Maytal Sutton - the owner of the store - is not aware of how her employees are treating the customers... she seems like a very intelligent, smart and confident business person and I would be very disappointed if she approved the way I was treated.
In short - DO NOT SHOP HERE if you have any doubt about the size or fit. Once you give them your money, you will probably NEVER get that money back...:(
UPDATE – It has been 10 days since the conversation took place with the store manager where she promised to reissue my store credit. My store credit has not been reissued.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I had to FIGHT to return a dress that did not fit. They gave me the OK to return it, I did, with tracking. I got confirmation on Nov 18 they have the dress back and now decided to only give me store credit, even though it was returned in the time frame they gave me! THEY ARE CROOKS - DO NOT BUY - I AM CALLING THE POLICE FOR FRAUD!
The most terrible serviсe I have faced ever. I needed a dress for my Birthday Party and found this site telling the orders ship the same day. As was not sure that russian post will deliver the shipping quickly I asked my friend who was luckily in Florida to give her address as a receiver. I was pretty happy. I chose 2-days shipping for additional cost. Everything promised to be ok. But... Next day(!) (remember about tag "this item ships same day") I received a letter asking to confirm the address. Ok, I sen it. You know few hours later I received a letter that they can't open attached docs. Next 2 days I wrote them lots of letters and attached docs each time and never got the answer. Then I entered the live chat they have and told the whole story. I was told that the assistant will check and let me know by letter when it's gonna be shipped. It was 10 hours ago. Now I entered the chat and another assistant told me they couldn't open docs. It's jpeg, they must be joking. So the result: I'm not having my dress because of terrible service that made me feel like I'm a fool not capable to attach docs.
I wish I could give negative stars I purchased a dress from MissesDressy.com that stated on the website it would ship in 5-7 business days. I submitted my order and confirmed both online through their chat and by calling customer service that the dress was in fact available and ready to ship. The wedding I'm attending is in a few weeks and I couldn't risk the dress not getting delivered in time. A few days later, I received an e-mail saying the dress was not in stock, an apology, and an explanation that this "very rarely happens." Obviously upset by this, I called and asked for an immediate refund. They tried to remedy the situation and offered to ship out another dress that their website stated was available to ship in 5-7 business days. I searched again for LITERALLY 2 HOURS to find a dress that would work and ship out in time. I submitted my order yesterday and confirmed again, both online through chat and with a call to customer service that the 2nd dress I chose was available to ship within 5-7 business days. Again, their answer was yes and they were committed to making sure I had a satisfying result from their previous error. I got another e-mail today saying that not only was the dress not in stock, the designer is no longer making it! I am utterly pissed, to say the least! This is the most unorganized and unapologetic company I have ever ordered from. If I'm willing to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress, I expect much better service than the lazy solutions I was offered. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SITE! EXTREMELY MISLEADING AND DON'T OFFER ANY HELP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEM YOU ORDER! Now I'm stuck without a dress and no time to order a new one.
