I ordered my wedding dress from missesdressy.com, as it was an special order it took a few months, but I received it three days before the expected day, I love it, it's beautiful and in perfect conditions, clean and pressed, just how they told me I would get it. While I was waiting for the dress I use the chat several times and they were very helpful and polite. I'm very pleased with the customer service, the dress and the price I paid. I highly recommend MissesDressy.

Funny in a way that the site looked spammy at first. Google a dress and you'd always find this site on top. But we gave this one a shot as it's really promising. Glad we made the right move. It all worked out more than what we have expected -- not to mention prom just around the corner and in a desperate urgent need of a DRESS - not a rug! The girls on the phone have been helpful from checking what's available, what's not, what options we have and up to the delivery. <3 <3 <3

I wish I had read some reviews but this company was a nightmare. I poor daughter fell in love with a dress and per the website we would have it in 3-5 business days, what they didn't tell you was that it was 3-5 days from when they receive it from the designer, i kept calling and calling and then finally after 2 weeks they advised me that the dress came in damaged and that they were returning it and having another shipped out. We didn't have time to wait for another dress! I was so upset I cancelled the order and began the search for the dress somewhere else only to find out they lied about the replacement dress because it was out of stock, my daughter found another beautiful dress and Jennifer at Princessbridalgowns.com, she was so helpful and even had the dress drop shipped directly to us to save time and at her own expense, I can't thank her enough!

I ordered a dress for prom which costs almost 400 dollars! They said it was read for same day shipping I was in desperate need for a dress! Because the one I had ordered was not on time and delayed. I realized later that they still had to process so I cancelled the order! They gave me credit it wouldn't work when I tried to use it! And now they said its expired! I PRACTICALLY HANDED THEM 400 DOLLARS! What harm will it do if They reinstate it!

I am so happy with missesdressy! Last year for prom i had bought a dress off a scam site(izidresses) over in china. I ordered it 2 months before my prom and tried contacting them it was terrible. It was an $180 dress (La Femme) thats orginally $500 and the dress came two days after my prom and was huge and ugly and looked nothing like the picture. So this year i was extremely skeptical ordering online and it was my last option. I tried finding dresses all over but couldnt find one i loved. I found this website did tons of research and ordered my dress saturday. (3/22) and i got a confirmation email monday saying its shipping and got it today! 2 days after! Its the most beautiful dress ive ever seen and the sizing chart was right one except i should have listened to it more. Sizing my chest i was a 4 but my waist was a 6 i got the 6 and it fits perfect except the straps are way too long and is low in the chest(shoulda listened to the sizing chart lol). But its an easy adjustment! I will recommend this site to everyone! Thank You Misses Dressy for making my prom experience this year amazing!

Seemed like a roller coaster ride shopping experience. With the prom event at bay, it's no longer a smooth ride to find what you really want. It could have been that easy if i'm making choices for myself but with a niece who is as meticulous than i am... it was challenging! Dress we got cannot be found elsewhere but special order, and this website had it - we doubted if it's fake. We did a little background search (LOL) and they are really AUTHENTIC. Just sad to see some bad reviews but with our shopping experience with them, i don't think they are what the bad reviews say. I hope someone might see this comment helpful,... get in contact with them, always ask, ask and ask what you need. And you won't regret! You will get the worth of the $ you paid for

G'day. Greetings from Australia... A dear friend from states has recommended me to come to this website for my bridesmaids dresses. There aren't good stores I can find from here and this website has really given me a great deal. A minimal charge for rush processing, customisation on the length and International fast shipping. I look forward to receiving the dresses and I am confident they will be as better-looking than they are in pictures. I wish I could have ordered my wedding dress from them also. But I will be happy to use their service again in future events.
