On May 2014 I bought a dress from this site for $318.00. When the dress arrived I was shocked by the color for it was completely different to the one they advertise. On the website the dress looks gorgeous because the color is very bright and it fade on the bottom. Well the fading is almost not noticeable because the tone of the color its different and the dress looks like it have been expose to the sun for weeks. In other words it looks old and sad. I called customer service and tried to see if there was anyway I could change the dress. I explained that for family issues I couldn't get the dress in those "3 days" absurd and very convenient return policy they have, but the person in customer service was heartless. They advertise this dress in pictures showing colors that will attract the customers, the customer will buy the dress and once you buy the dress you are trap because even if they let you return, this is going to be for a credit in their store, you will never have your money back. Unfortunately I trusted that the site will send what they advertise because the dresses are very expensive and on the "About Us" site link they advertise that " The focus of MissesDressy is to make customers happy". Well the color is a lie as it is customer happiness and satisfaction. There is not a warning about the color can be different than in the photo and I believe its very convenient with their return policy they have, after all it doesn't matter if they sell something they don't have... they will have the customer money anyway. Also this dress have 3 reviews and they all say the dress its amazing, so I went and wrote my review which is bad for then of course and I'm still waiting to see it, because its not there. So its evident they lie about the reviews too. I have been now reviewing the reviews on many dresses and still I cant find a negative one. I wonder if not even one of all the people complaining on the BBB didn't write a negative review in their website. I have a complain with this business on the Better business bureau still open. They have been on business for 5 years and already have 124 complains on the BBB. Don't buy from this people! Unless you are very lucky you will loose your money!

My daughter saw a dress on your website. We ordered the dress for her prom. When we received the dress and she tried it on she looked amazing. She might be prom queen. Her friends was so wow, they asked her where she bought her dress, we will really recommend missesdress to our friends and family. We have an upcoming event coming. I love dresses, gown and etc. While I am talking my bestfriend, my bestfriend told me that she know one site that sells beautiful dresses and gowns, so I asked what site was that and when she gave me the site omg! I was so amazed and got adore all of the dresses and gowns of missesdressy. I need to buy a gown also because it's my sister wedding so I buy right away and happy customer here because the customer service really treat you well and helps you find the dress that will fit for you and many more. Just had my 3rd online purchase from this website. I must say, they're the best site in this world wide web. I've been to 3 different occasions in need for 3 different dresses (bridesmaids, short party dress, long gown) and each time never fails. I'm not saying "perfect" shopping experience but it always is a happy and contented end point. There's always something new to check every time. I would love to shop from here again! Xoxo

They have the best selection of items but I wasn't able to get the dress I really liked. Fair enough because I looked for it everywhere and no store could either get me one. So my order was cancelled since it's not in stock. I like how they approach me with a store credit that I can keep for a year (they even offered a little extra). It was a good offer but I would prefer my money back. It ended up well anyway. And the next time I would need a special dress, I'll go back to this site again!

We ordered all the bridesmaids dresses and the maid of honor dress from this awesome website. The dresses were neat. The design and the quality has reached our expectation. We wanted our event as close to perfect as how we planned it to be. We wanted everyone to look good and feel good at the event. Had we known of this website before, we should have ordered my wedding gown from them. We are buying another dress from them and it's for my fiance's mom. We're excited to receive it as well.

I'm really hesitant over buying dresses online but with time constraints, i was into it. Very thing is the sizing! Coz it's easier to take your pick based on style and color, but not a big deal at all if it comes a little not alike as in pictured. But you must never go wrong with the size! Swear, i'm always a size 4 but when i looked at their chart, it falls to a different size. Well, they provide more than enough info for each dress (as posted on their site). But you may want to take a step up and get in touch with their customer service people if you want more details, especially the availability. I did that! My transaction with this company ran smooth and im satisfied with the item i paid for.
