Last year I purchased my junior prom dress from an online source and had good results, so I figured I may as well buy online this year too. I ordered my dress and spent $20 for 2 day shipping just in case. It took my dress about 5 business days to be shipped, which I knew prior to ordering it. It did arrive within 2 business days, and was packaged very neatly as to not damage any of the beading. I like my dress, but it does look different from what I thought I was ordering. I went on the website of the designer, Nina Canacci, and looked at the dress there, and that looked more like what I got. So while it is a genuine designer dress, it is not necessarily what I thought I would be getting. This site seems fairly trustworthy, but you may want to search the dress # on whatever the website of whoever designed it to see what you really may be getting. The service is very good though. Again, I like my dress, I just would've liked to see a more accurate representation of it. The photo I saw was not the dress I received.

I was fortunate enough to swiftly pay, place my order, and after a week or so, got my dress. The customer service was not perfect, but efficient enough in my book. If you're highly technical about things you purchase then you shouldn't be buying stuff online. Just my opinion.

Misses dressy carries a lot of beautiful dresses, I ordered one to try it first and the dress arrives after 3 business days! I was really surprised and very happy! The dress fits me perfectly and I look good in it! I love it!

Two weeks ago I ordered an Allure dress from MissesDressy. A few days after ordering it I decided to go read the reviews and became distressed, thinking that I had lost my 300 dollars. 10 days after ordering I received an email from MissesDressy saying that my order had shipped. I was still a little weary after reading the reviews that it wouldn't arrive, but after a week it finally came! It is the real deal and fits perfectly and looks stunning. Don't listen to all the negative reviews because there are probably a ton of happy customers out there who haven't bothered writing reviews. From a very satisfied customer :)
I purchased from MissesDressy back in December and while everything about shipping and such was fine the dress itself did not fit the way I had hoped. Guess that is the risk I took when ordering a dress online. Off to get alterations now but the dress really is wonderful.
I ordered a dress for a wedding. On the check out page it said usually ships within 5-7 business days. The dress took over three months to arrive. When it did arrive it didn't fit even though I ordered a size bigger than I normally do to ensure it would fit. I returned it because I could no longer use it for the wedding and was then on a time crunch to find a dress that would work. Upon returning it, I was only credited $98 for a $138 dress. In the terms and conditions it says "d. You will be given full store credit valid for six months at MissesDressy.com, on the first dress you return. This will be credited to your MissesDressy account and applied against your next purchase." I obviously was not give a FULL refund. Additionally, the email I received detailing my store credit (only way I could get money back), said nothing about the credit expiring in 6 months. If I am not mistaken, money spent, in way of gift cards or store credits, can never expire. If you buy something at Macy's and get a store credit, it does not expire. That is pretty universal. Regardless, there is a serious issue of with transparency to customers here. They obviously are in the business of ripping customers off by being misleading and feigning due dilligence by referring back to their T&C's which are unfair to customers. Additionally, when I called to discuss the initial issue of being misled on the shipping time frame, their customer service was horrible. I could not understand the representative because of her thick accent. She made no effort to work with me on a solution or be empathetic. Overall horrible experience. I am left feeling ripped off by a business that is in it to take advantage of people.
After reading some previous reviews I must consider myself very lucky as I received my dress without any issue whatsoever. Here's hoping that they might have turned a corner with their service.
I ordered my dress from MissesDressy a month ago and I just received it much later than the 1-2 weeks I was told it would take to ship. The dress is stunning so I am ultimately very happy with the product they provided me but they need to get their shipping estimations in order if they want any repeat customers.

I went with MissesDressy as I was looking for something specific that I was unable to find in retail stores around my house. Thankfully after ordering my dress with expressed shipping and received it just in time to get any necessary alterations for my party. It made my New Years and my dress was the talk of the night among'st my friends.

I ordered a dress from MissesDressy around a month ago, received it and it turned out to be too big. After a few discussions with the customer service rep I was able to exchange it for the same dress at a smaller size which fit me much better. I'll consider myself lucky compared to some of the other stories I have read but overall I got the dress that I had wanted albeit it took one extra step to get it so I am happy with the end result
I ordered my dress a few weeks ago and I just received it yesterday. I thankfully did not need it for a specific event or any particular date so I would just advise to keep that in mind. I saw a lot of others having issues with dresses being sent and such. I guess I'll consider myself lucky I even received the dress. Other than that, the dress is simply lovely and exactly what I hoped it would be. I would give them another look due to their selection and prices but not if I had to have the dress by a certain date.

They've no physical address in the USA, they're scammers and Meixi is posting random positive reviews about themselves which is illegal. Stop these thieves, do not buy anything from them.
