Mi experiencia con ellos fue malisima, el paquete se envio via postal acelarado y nunca llego a su destino.
Al consultar se me indico que "estaba irremediablemente perdido" y a que a menos que estuviera asegurado no se podia hacer nada.
Eviten realizar la compra en esta tienda, a mi me estafaron y publico este comentario para evitar que a otros les suceda.

I might have been to quick to complain and write a very negative review. Probably I became too worried after i had seen so many people complaining for items not being delivered.
Finally my order was delivered 30 days after order day.
Not sure if things got better after I officially complained or simply all deliveries take indeed too long to be delivered.
My initial review: I don't really understand why google search brings them as first result when looking for e.g. mobile phone cases. They are scam. They keep finding ridiculous reasons to say the delivery is delayed.

I highly advise AVOID MiniInTheBox and LightInTheBox, They are SCAM. Ordered "one plus two original flip cover with auto sleep item to India with Express delivery. Order number is ************** But they sent flip cover for one plus five mobile. That also not related with description what they mentioned in the product details., But I Opened a ticket to discuss this with seller, all i got in return is automated response and resolved status on a ticket. SCAM! Do not trust them, they are frauds. I highly suggest not to waste your time and money, order from somewhere else. Totally cheating.

My initial review was less than favourable due to a poor response by one of their customer representatives when I complained about their poorly highlighted import duties, but I have since been contacted again by a much more helpful individual who has refunded these duties. The products themselves are quite decent and so far have lasted well, and a good range of watch straps are available.
