I missed my connecting flight from DFW to TPA because my flight in Tokyo was delayed. I was able to get on the next flight to Florida no problem and no questions asked.
When adding additional perks for flights i need the option to change method of payment or at least let me add it before i purchase a flight

Flights were a the same price or more expensive and I got charged $300 to change my flight that flight which is 3 months away the flights were the same price they just charged me a extra fee and didn't tell me what the fee was for
I selected my flights and purchased. Yet within a few minutes of purchasing I received an alert that the price had increased for additional monies. I was disappointed that the advertised price was not what I paid at no fault of my own. If the price volatility fluctuates in that short of a span it should NOT be the customer's cost considering if the price were reduced the customer would not get a refund. More than likely will use other avenues to purchase my tickets in the future.

This was my first time using MilitaryFares. The app was easy to use. It wasn't hard to scroll through the offerings.
It was everything my life was ever expecting! Breath taking. This isn't second time filling this out.
I have received emails asking to verify whether or not I received my confirmation for the last 3 days. Only doing this in hopes I don't get any more emails.
It was ok, but filtering flights was a little tricky.
Just wished that if I buy my ticket with you guys that somehow you let the airline know and I also get confirmation through them. You can say I'm confirmed but I'm not 100% sure if I am.
