Quick and easy booking and the prices compares to other websites are amazingly affordable and didn't punish me for getting a ticket at the last minute.

I booked with them thinking I was saving. I found days later a much cheaper flight on expedia. I booked that and requested a cancellation. They cancelled, but wouldn't refund. Said they gave me an ecredit to delta. But they did not. Talking to the delta rep to apply said ecredit. Turns out the applied a ticket, for that flight I had cancelled. So, as nice as their customer service members were, they were clueless and lied. Never again.

I would give this a zero star if the option were available. If you a military member thinking this will be a good website to book your flight, please don't the customer service is trash, i was scammed via third party flight and the agency couldn't refund and were saying i only will be getting credit, and the flight was no luggage or small bag included. I was so irritated and will never book on this website. I highly advise anyone to stay away from this site

I was spending hours looking for an international flight. Every time i clicked to buy, the price changed or something didn't work so i had to start over. I finally was ready to give up when i thought to look for military agencies for this. I had even purchased a ticket from another site which ended up emailing me telling me they were cancelling and issuing a refund. When i found this site it was like godsend. I'll be using this service more often now that i know about it.

I found militaryfares through GovX.com. I was unsure of booking as I like to choose my seat on the plane. When booking it does not allow a seat selection. However once I completed the seat selection I was able to go to the airlines sight and choose the seat. (For an extra fee hence the "with a catch". All in all would book again as it was super easy to book and smooth to get booking details.

I had a really hard time finding flights out if Ontario California. I really would have liked to filter out near by cities. It was a headache. I ended up going directly to the airline to find my flight.

As a veteran, finding this site has been a good thing. It was easy and reliable. It's good to know that I don't have to be active duty to receive this service.
