Not the best experience with the people the people the on the phone (leo) seem like they didn't care at all and was not very helpful at all.

I would like it if you guys would put the confirmation number for the airlines in a different section. Took me a bit to find it and add to it my airline apps. Other than that, thanks you for the easy purchase!

The experience was fine but there wasn't really a difference in price from this site and google flights. It would also be great if we had options for baggage.

It says that my tickets were issued. However, it doesn't allow me to see a printable version of my tickets.

I read if I cancelled my flight within 24 hours I could get a full refund, I also paid for a plan that provided a travel voucher in case of cancellation. Something came up and I considered cancelling my flight only to find out neither was applicable and the travel voucher could only be applied if I cancelled for medical reasons. Luckily, I can go through with the flight plans. However, It's very disappointing to see such a lack of transparency. Not buying through militaryfares again. Thank you for your time.

This has been one of the worst experiences through a travel website. They put me out over $800 and shrugged it off as policy. This has been one of the most embarrassing and frustrating experiences. I would encourage no one to use this as a travel site.

Easy to book flight but does not provide airline confirmation, had to call Military Fares to get it. Also, couldn't tell if ticket came with seat selection.

Bad experience with customer service I had bought the flex ticket option and tried to change dates and was very high price end up loosing half of the fare and had to make a new reservation it really disappointed why spend $51.00 for nothing is just a scam
