My experience has been neutral overall. It wasn't particularly good or bad, but I was expecting that being in the military would give me better rates or discounts. However, I noticed that the pricing here was about the same as on other websites, so there wasn't really any added benefit. The service itself was fine, just not what I expected.
This is the first time ive used this service but it was straight forward and cheap. My tickets arrived quick to my email. Id use them again.

I purchased the ticket for the first time expecting some issues and did note the following: 1. Was having issues checking into the flight and essentially couldn't 2. Had to print my boarding pass instead of getting via apple wallet
3. Couldn't choose my seat but that one I'm okay with

I didn't receive my full itinerary until the day of my flight but other wise everything was OK with booking and getting the confirmation

Site is great for booking flights and hotels as I've used on several occasions. My only complaint is that site does not link/communicate with companies for rewards, points, or confirmation on flights. It would be good to be able to chileck into flights prior to arriving at airport, choosing seats, and receiving rewards for bookings.

Did not give me a choice to upgrade seats or add luggage so I had to call spirit and wait on the phone for 35 minutes and then they asked if they could call me back. Not a good experience! Also, they don't offer retired military service members a discount.
It was awesome experience. I would highly recommend using this website for different types of travel.

Wish I knew my fare was without seating. I went on Alaska later and spent an additional $600 for seats.
It would be easier to select the flights individually. There were too many entire flights grouped together.

This experience was more like setting up a cheap vacation to multiple states for the lowest price ever for dummy's it was to easy and fantastic felt like I got every bang for my buck

I'm a government worker purchased my flight ticket was told I had to pay more. Almost 2,000 more.
My experience was a little frustrating. I had to modify my flight plans after submitting my reservation. Somehow the system changed the dates I reserved for my flights.
Found the same flight on Google after purchase for $200 less. Tried to call and cancel, but there is no 24hr cancellation policy like most other companies, and I would have gotten no money back. Will not be using militaryfares again
I went online to book a flight. It was easy, no hassle. And i got a great price. I will use this service more often.
