This company is in China, so keep that in mind when you order. There is no "fast shipping" from China.
When I pay $29 for a dress, I am not expecting something more than what I am paying for. With that in mind, I just received 8 dresses (for going out to clubs) and am very happy with all 8! Yes, I waited 3 weeks for shipping but I expected that. Check the photos and the fabric content before you purchase and you won't have any surprises. Returning to China is too expensive so shop wisely. I am happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

The clothes are nice of good quality, but the shipment took too long. In addition to the fact that their customer service is very bad and their return policy does not convince me at all.

I ordered in November in hopes to get it before Christmas. This was a gift for my granddaughter That was so anxious to have this. As Christmas got closer I started to write the company because of course there's no number. I received a reply to research and see if the carrier had my package. I found the carrier did not. They've yet to give me my refund. This is not a legit site and their reviews are all negative. That has to show you how sketchy they are. Unless you plan on giving your money away, DO NOT order from them. Now I don't care about the money, it's how sketchy they are, so my goal is to exploit them on every social media I possibly can.

Terrible service. I spent $500 on 4 pairs of boots and they all didn't fit properly and 1 pair was even defective. I requested a refund and they have now been asking me question after question about the shoes and why they don't fit and what size I would order instead and asking for pictures. The problem isn't the sizing, they are just ill fitting. I just told them if I don't receive a refund or return label by the end of the week then I will do a charge back. This company sucks!

Do not. I repeat DO NOT buy from here. They use other companies photos as their own and mail you a piece of crap that looks *somewhat similar* I ordered two sizes and the sleeves were absurdly short and tight truly laughable. They were supposed to be full length and honestly barely made it to my elbows. Don't even get me started on the returns they won't accept it and asked for photos to prove they are tight and short. Once I sent them they said they couldn't tell that the sleeves were short because theyre wrinkled in the photo... THEYRE WRINKLED BECAUSE THEY ARE SO TIGHT. They told me I can pay the $30 to ship it back to them for them to evaluate if it can be returned and I can only return one of them. Please save yourself the time, money and effort and do not order from this scam company.

DO NOT BUY FROM MILANO. I purchased a dress, which did look very nice. However the size was much smaller than described. When I contacted Milanoo, the representative (via chat) rudely told me I was wrong! I double cheked my measurements, and the dress measurements. Rep came back and said I was still wrong - they always makes their dresses exactly as described! (SORRY - NOT TRUE).
Milanoo finally gave me a return authorization number and address to return dress. DRESS HAD TO BE SHIPPED TO CHINA! NO USA return company or address, as most online retailer do. After FOUR months, no refund, no contact.
MY RECOMENDTION, WHEN BUYING ONLINE, WHICH I DO OFTEN, BE SURE COMPANY IS SET UP TO DO BUSINESS IN USA!

Even with PayPal we still didn't get our money back on a dress that was not as described and sizes were way off… return is a joke$100 to return to the jerks and PayPal worked to get a resolution and when it was over …NOTHING! Do not do it!

I bought a dress online and I received a horrible dress different from the photo which I paid back and paid for the shipping they agreed to return the money for the dress to my credit card and I never received the money back I sent a copy of the receipt because I resent it and never the money was put back on my Credit Card. I do not recommend this page to make purchases, it is a scam, it is better to buy here in the USA

I texted the company two times to get tracking information and never got a reply. I had to wait for a month to receive my package. Your customer service department sucks. That is if you even have a department. I ordered a costume for my daughter. When we received the costume it was poor quality and cheap looking. I feel we were ripped off! When I pay a lot of money for something I expect it to look like the picture. I also expect it to at least stay together while she is trying it on. It ripped under the arm and the side zipper broke. I will never order anything from this company again. All I can say is buyers beware! Overpriced and poor quality! As you can see the add shows a white part at the bottom and it's not included.

Greta website with lots of beautiful clothing and accesories. I bought from them several times and received quality products and great service.
