Waste of time and money!
I bought a jumpsuit for about 100 euros for my wedding. When it came in Germany, I had to pay € 39 customs because the seller did not pay for it. The seller did not inform me anywhere before the purchase that these additional costs would arise, which is against German legislation. When the jumpsuit arrived, it was not the size shown on your website i. E. you sent the wrong size. MILANOO says that they can exchange the wrong size, but that I have to pay the return costs of around € 50. It is so unfair that because of a mistake on your part, I have to pay an additional € 50 for a return! Total waste of money and time! Of course, I couldn't wear the jumpsuit for my wedding.
Not recommendable! You shouldn't buy anything from these scammers!

I bought what was supposedly a cute boho flowy dress for a sorority event in may. It showed up today (July 16) and looks more reminiscent of a colorful abuelita dress than flowy boho. Was not as pictured, ran large, and with the other reviews I've seen on this site, I shouldn't even waste my time trying to get my $30 back. Wish I would have looked up the site before I bought.

Please don't but from this scam.

Stay away from this company. You do not Get what you see on the pictures, totalt another quality and it is impossible to make a return. Badly made too.

When notified the customer care representative rectified the situation and expedited a replacement order.
The coat was very nice but be aware that the sizes do run a bit small. I had allowed for this maybe being the case.

I was skeptical about buying a Prom Dress from China, but after reading the return policy I felt confident that if I had an issue it would be handled 100%. I ordered the dress in 2 different sizes, one fit and I needed to return the other size. After contacting customer service, I was told that "returning the dress would be costly on my end" and "It may get lost in transit and never make it there" I was offered $30.00 refund on a dress that was $125.99. Eventually I settled for $50.00 refund without having to return the dress. Then I was told my refund was processed, after waiting 9 business days I had to contact them again. I eventually got my refund. I will never purchase from here again, unless you are absolutely sure you will love your item and know that it will fit, returns are a total hassle.

This is a SKETCHY site! They have bad return/refund policies, take a LONG time to reply, and their product reviews EXCLUDE bad reviews. Other people I know who have used the site, as well as myself, wrote reviews of products and if it's not a 5 star review, they don't post it.

They basically want t pull you in, give you badly made products, make it so you can't return or get refunded, then make a profit.

Save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything from here! HORRIBLE SITE.

This is horrible customer service. After my purchase I am almost a month in and I have no idea where my item is... no one to contact, EST tracking number doesn't work. NEVER AGAIN will you get my business.

Be aware buying from this vendor. I ordered a halloween costume which was not even close to the same sizes as their size chart. Pants should have been 31-34 waist and showed up as 27in. Shirt was also so small it did not even come close to fitting. The return process was horrible! They made me pay for shipping back then did not refund the original shipping amount so I'm out $30 and a lot of headache. BE AWARE ORDERING FROM THIS HORRIBLE CHINESE OPERATION.

I paid 27.89 for expedited shipping (1-2 business days) and ordered it in the 23 and didn't get it until October 30th and I was so lucky it got to me right before Halloween and let me tell you that costume was amazing I was Harley Quinn and I loved the set they gave but the choker needs to be bought in store because it's not that good but they did an amazing job with quality. The shipping was the only thing I had an issue with. I recommend them but get regular shipping and don't wait last second!

Worst experience I had with customer service in YEARS, maybe my entire life. I tried to make it work but they just never helped... Customer Service is extremely slow, always answers half your questions or give low information, Chart size is wrong? Let me give you a 15$ discount on your next purchase of 150$,. Sure you want a exchange, just pay 200$ of shipping to send this in Austria And we will send you back a new one free of charge! The were also late on everything service related 3 day to receive a discount... took 5 or 6,1 to 3 days of waiting for any responses... They also give discount depending on your language... unfair

On the plus side shipping was fast & items in good fabric when they actually fits & follow the charts...

Purchased a 3X blue puffer coat from Milanoo. Read the reviews and decided to take my chances. The puffer coat came and it was not blue but grey. It was also not a 3X by any means - more like a ladies size 12. I immediately inquired about returning the coat only to be told that out of the $56 (after shipping) that I paid for it, that I would get $8 back (Dear customer, We'd like to refund $8 USD if you like to keep it. If not, plz return them to the shipping address we sent to you. Hope for your early reply. Thanks in advance.) is their exact response. So basically, after lying about the color in their ad and the size that it would fit, I would have to ship back on my dime and I would get back less than if I were to keep. It's has been over a year I have been waiting for a refund from milanoo! Have continue to email them almost every day since last April for my refund. I was told I had to pay to return and a restocking fee. I explained that would be much more then the shoes cost. Than customers service offer me a 15 dollar coupon off my next order! What a joke. Shoes cost me 40.17. They were to wide in the back and stuck out on both side which would make you fall. I was told also to try and sell them to some one else? As of today I am still emailing and filing complaints about this company. I have spend hundreds of dollars with milanoo maybe thousands purchased a lots from them and as soon as I had to return one item I was treated like dirt! I will never give up trying to get my REFUND. At this point it's about the principal of this matter. I feel like Milanoo robbed me. I should have read all those bad reviews on milanoo before I order from them. Lot of review stated milanoo is a SCAM and now I see why. Milanno is a VERY unfair company. I am sure they make most of there money
Pertaining to returns because most customers not going to pay returns and stocking fee. WHAT A RIP OFF. ONE DAY THERE LICENSE WILL BE TAKING FOR UNFAIR PRACTICE.

Ordered a sweater for an 8 year old. Didnt hear any update for weeks so approached them. Items was out of stock and they could send a larger size. Declined that. Customer service was very blunt, direct and rude. All they were interested in if the payment was received. I asked for a estimated time frame but got a blunt reply on that.
All in all it took 2 1/2 months from ordering to receiving. The item turned out to be a grown man size. The kid completely disappeared wearing the thing.
DON'T use this web shop! I had a terrible experience. Will never use this one again.
