SO AFTER PLACING MY ORDER AND PAYING FOR MY SUIT I WAITED TO GET THE WRONG SUIT. THE COLOR WAS WRONG AND IT WAS 2 DAYS BEFORE MY EVEN. SO AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVING THE REP HANG UP ON ME A COUPLE OF TIME STATING NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND BEING A FEW DAYS AWAY FROM MY EVENT LEFT ME IN A $#*!ED UP SITUATION. ALSO TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHICH IS CRAZY. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING NOR ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO. I WILL CONTINUETO WRITE REVIEWS UNTILL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED
I purchased a pair of shoes from them for a very important event I had to attend. First, they never came…even though the tracking number through fed ex (I hate fed ex…they are the worst) states that they did. I called fed ex…long story short. They told me that my address didn't match up to the address on my package. So I attempted to contact Mens USA several times. I haven't heard from them yet. Needless to say, I didn't never got my shoes for the event.
We ordered a suit and they took our monies for it but now want an additional 150 on top.
Thier customer person is a nasty $#*!.
The prices and quality of clothing seem pretty good. I only bought one item from MensUSA but it will be the last. Their customer service was completely unresponsive when I asked for an exchange. I was expecting to pay for shipping in spite of the 100% satisfaction guarantee but learned the guarantee is worthless. They did not even respond to my email even though I filled out the form they require etc. They must be able to stay in business with a lot of one purchase customers because they were completely unresponsive to an email with questions
The suit that was delivered is not what was ordered. The phone # is useless, because it won't connect to a person. Emails are just responded with questions, and then they stopped responding to my emails all together. COMPLETE SCAM!
I ordered a 4-button tux with shirt and bow-tie. I received an email that the 4-button was unavailable - would I take a 3-button. I agreed to the 3-button so long as I was compensated for the difference and inconvenience. I was sent a 3-button without compensation and no shirt and bow tie which I paid for. I have sent several emails with no response. Basically I was robbed. BE CAREFUL ordering from this company. THEY MAY ROB YOU TOO!
Mensusa is a scam-ridden website. I ordered a suit and a shirt on November 1st, 2021, first I received the item on the 15th of November after contacting back and forth and when today I opened the order and checked the quality of the product I got astonished. None of the items were the same as the ordered one. The suit is cheap quality and the shirt I ordered was written 100 % cotton but received 65% polyester mix. I ordered these things for the wedding and now if I have to return the item I need to pay $50 for exchange and I don't know if the product will be again the one I ordered. The website is not recommended as they are not an honest place to shop. Contacting the support is awful!
Don't waste your money this place is a scam sent me out something totally did I had not order and then would not even talk to me on the phone about it
I called in order to locate a suit that was already late after paying extra for expedited shipping. Customer rep named Jonathan didn't like my displeasure in their service and decided to call me a f*got. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life
TERRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered a suit from this company mensusa and the suit ran very big. I have ordered from other companies and I have never had a problem with this name brand suit, It has always been true to size. The online processing said you need to contact them via email. I contacted them per email and I was not contacted back. I called the customer service line and explained that no one has replied to my email. I advised him I would like an exchange and explained the problem with the size. I indicated their website states free shipping easy returns or exchanges. He got very rude, nasty and ignorant with me and said to me this is why tailors get up each morning to assist people like me. I advised him the closet tailor is an hour away from and it is an inconvenience and costly to travel that far and pay for alterations. I would like to do and exchange. He replies back to me rather than argue with me take it to a tailor and hung up on me.
September 2021 Ordered a suit. They sent the wrong one. There is no live person for returns - only purchases. Email only. They take 3+ days to reply and then ask you another question and wait another 3 days to reply. We sent pictures of the suit we ordered and the one we received. They offered us a $50 discount if we would keep the suit. We said no, we would like a refund. Still no refund or email or phone call. It is 6 weeks + now. Read return policy! It's almost impossible. Buyer beware!
The clothes they sell appear to have been made in some third world country by people that have no clue on sizes and fabrics are not as described. Getting a refund us sort than pulling teeth and when they sell the product they charge $10 shipping but when you return it they deduct $36.00 as non-refundable postage. BBB rightfully gave the company F rating.
I'd give them a negative rating if I could. I ordered a Western tuxedo and got a shabby suit not even worth trying on. I didn't get an email telling me it arrived so I could send it back. I called customer service and was told the email was coming. After several trys I was finally able to send it back but didn't get a full refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SORRY PLACE.
This has got to be the poorest excuse for a business ever! I order a leather gator print 48 regular blazer and received a 2x large snake skin print cheap looking blazer with a bow tie! Totally not what I ordered. I tried to contact them to exchange my order but was given the run around! After repeated phone calls they told me to email to receive instructions for return and gave me a web address instead of email address! I spent good money with these clowns and all I got was the run around, so I contacted my credit card company to do away with this headache! Buyer beware of the fraud!
I should have read more reviews about this company before ordering! They are a scam. They don't return emails until months later and they won't refund or exchange a suit that was never worn because it was 2 sizes too small. Stay away!/don't waste your time or money!
Don't throw your money here, no refund no return no customer service line no email replies. Plus items descriptions don't match at all... their reviews are unfortunately all scam, you can go through real reviews on other websites but not their site!
During the pandemic I have taken to shopping online, I usually order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit. Especially if I've not ordered from a particular company before as was the case with mensusa. They do not refund, they exchange. Be careful!
Instead of being notified that my item was unavailable, it was substituted for something similar. Item was not what I ordered. I received a different brand, finish, and a darker color than ordered. Apparently, automatic substitution is normal with this company, as the response I received from the company was that I received the correct item.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The customer service is terrible and they say they don't offer refunds. One of my grooms got a suit that was too small and they didn't seem to care as long as they got their money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Customer service my first item was sent to the wrong address. Never got a tracking number never found out this information I was waiting for a month. Decided to give them another chance ordered a jacket no tracking number now they tell me it was lost and they're going to send me another one. The woman on the phone was very very rude and hung up on me. Do not buy from these people. Customer service is horrible. I ordered this on July 5 Still no tracking number unbelievable
Answer: My experience was completely different, I ordered my suit freaked out when I saw the reviews, like the ones above. Then called them, no worries after that. A really nice quality suite arrived, high quality, nothing but positive.
