Return Policy?

Upon receiving my order (suit cost $230.00) I did not expect what I received/Quality. I called and followed the return procedures and received an email stating that I will only be receiving an refund of $30.00. I responded, stating that I will be adhering to your return policy highlighting $25.00 deduction for each item return, plus paying shipping, making my refund $180.00. Then I received another email, stating that I will be refunded $50.00. If any other CUSTOMERS are experience this type of business unfair practice, Let Our Voice be heard...

Do not...DO NOT order from this company. This is literally the truth. They are the WORST company I've ever dealt with in my life. They're like the gang that couldn't shoot straight. They can't get the simplest order correct. Their customer service is horrific. Avoid them like a venerial disease. Rating-wise, I'd give them less than one star if I could.

Stay away! Deals are alluring but stay away!

I have made two purchases from Men's USA and had to return both items at my return parcel cost. First time I purchased a new pair of slacks that had a hole in them. In fairness I was offered 10% off to keep them, however I wanted to exchange for another pair. Second time I ordered a pair of LEONARDO VELENTI wide-leg slacks, I was sent a pair of STATEMENT narrow fit slacks. Same as before return was at my expense. They are shady! No matter what you order, they will send you whatever in hopes that you won't pay return shipping, and just keep whatever..

Top coat

I called and ask information on a few top coats the girl told me if you don't give me an order the phone call would end then I called back to speak to someone else and ordered a 46long black 100% cashmere top coat and asked the girl if she was sure it was 100% cashmere and if she was sure she had a 46 long she said yes so I ordered it it was $400.00 + 10.00 for paper work and I would get upgraded shipping of 3 days. The item took 8 days to arrive when I opened the pkg the coat was black and size 46 Regular and not 100%cashmere it's mostly wool with a slight percentage of cashmere when it's 100% cashmere it's stitched on the cair inside and also tagged on the sleeve the coat had no manufacture material labels inside of any pockets Tia is misrepresentation of goods and pushing the customer With anything they have that's similar to what the customer wants that's terrible and they're customer service is not good then they tried to offer me $50.00 off not interested for $200.00 off JOSABANK sells a nicer cashmere blend in the size you need for $179.99 why would I pay $400.00 or $ $350.00 for one they must think that were all stupid never will I purchase from them or anyone I know

Horrible customer service

I ordered a pair of boots for my boyfriend and I went onto the website to get a tracking number kept telling me no order found I emailed the company and replied to say we will get you one from warehouse that never happened. I called talk to a young lady that said they don't give out tracking info. Then she put me on hold hung up on me call Ed her back told me my boots were shipped should be there Tuesday December20, never got them called back and they said wait a few days still no tracking. Then got an email stating they were never shipped …. I called asked to speak to a supervisor and no call back… terrible… so upset he wanted to wear for an important event….

Purchased white diner jacket on line. Receive completly wrong size and not even close to the one on line. Contacted "Customer Servce" and was told to contact the wear house by email. Emailed the infromation and returned it at my expense "the wrong coat that "they" shipped". After 5 days I recieved the refund $42.00 less than what I paid plus the $20.00 i shipping cost. I sent a photo and the invoice in the box that I returned. I called customer servce and the very same customer servce "Child, not really a young lady, no manners or customer skills' said it was my fault because I should have sent a picture because get this::The skews in the picture do not match the items in the store" LOL. How do they identify items or do invetory. You just cant make this up. Dont waste your time and money or be fooled by what appears to be quality. Look at their store location on line. If you are used to quality and good servce this is not your place.

I purchased a suit from this company. The day after I bought the suit they created a FedEx shipping label and implied the item shipped. When I tracked the item it showed that the item was never picked up a week later. I contacted MensTuxedoUSA.com multiple times and their responses were that they would check with FedEx to see where the item is. But never got back to me until I reached out to them again at which time they said the same thing as before. I contacted FedEx who confirmed the store never called for pick up and that creating a label automatically triggers the tracking number but that doesn't mean the retailer ever shipped the item. I emailed the store two more times with this information asking for details about when the item would ship. They cut off all communication at that point. I then did what I should have done before buying from them which is I looked at their online reviews and found tons of one star reviews where they took the money and didn't ship or after customers repeatedly pressured them they shipped an item that was wrong then made the customer pay a restocking fee plus shipping charges to correct their mistake. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company since I never got the item and they have stopped communicating when I confronted them about their dishonesty. These types of business practices should never be tolerated. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Worst ever...
August 30, 2022

I ordered two suits from them on them on August 13th. My bank statement showed they took the money for the suits that day. I never heard from them again until August 30th when they sent an email saying the suits I ordered were not in stock. Really? The email they sent looked like it was written by a 5 year old. I'm going to get my money back and spend it anywhere but at Men's USA!

Zero for Three

I just placed my third and last order from them so they can't say I didn't try. First order they called me 3 times over 3 days after placing the order and didn't leave a message. When I called the number I learned it was them. They told me the manufacturer discontinued the shoes. So why were they on their website and saying, "in stock?" Second order was for an overcoat. I lost count how many times they told me it was being shipped. They lied every time. I finally had to cancel as they didn't meet my deadline. I eventually reordered the coat and actually got it. Problem? The detachable fur collar was nowhere to be found. They had to send it to me after I called. The latest issue was I ordered a suit and a tie. The package arrived and there was no tie in the box. Called them and was told they would ship it. A week later after not receiving it I called again. Was told they knew nothing about this. I was told again they would ship the tie and send me a tracking number. I did get the tie but am still waiting for the tracking number. How hard is it to make sure everything is in the box? How hard is it to tell the truth? Their customer service is horrible. I won't go through this again... ever.

Beware of bad business this is a warning

Ordered a suit came in a size to large, ordered reg suit came in a long, the suit is horrible, not worth time trying to send back according to reviews. I will never buy from them again, after speaking with my tailor it would cost 200 to get this suit fixed to size. I received this suit 08/05/2022 size tag was marked out and a sticker placed over for right size just unbelievable. Their merchandise is trash. *******268 leave voicemail I'll call you back.

This company has the worst customer service department that I ever had to deal with. I have called three times, emailed at least six times and still have not gotten my order processed. Three weeks ago I confirmed that they had received my order and payment. The lady assured me everything was in order AND in stock and my purchases would be shipped on July 8 but no later than July 11th. Today, my order still has not been shipped. The total order was $300+ so I ask if they weren't going to fill the order please send me a refund. Still no word. I would definitely think twice before ordering anything from Men'USA.

I ordered a tux in my normal size. Came small so I reached out to them to exchange for a larger size. After a week they responded with return instructions. Sent it back and haven't heard from them since. My guess is they are some Chinese company using an LA warehouse. Bad business. Avoid this scam.

I will make this brief. My son wasn't able to have a suit to wear for graduation because they lied to me. They are so unprofessional. They will send you off and you won't get returns. Please be careful this place is a fraud. I never write reviews about companys but this by far is my worst experience. I wish I had read these reviews. If I could give it no stars by God I would.

Horrible service

They ignore your phone calls and emails, no correspondence with tracking number information. The have a returned suit I sent back 2 weeks ago, still, no email, no one to talk to. I might have to make a special trip to them to get my suit, even at the cost of things today and file a lawsuit. When I was able to talk to someone, I asked for a manager or supervisor, but was told there was no one.
