DO NOT BUY FROM this place

DO NOT BUY FROM this place. Horrible customer service. I ordered a tuxedo last week in order to have it in time for a wedding this weekend. Their website said free 3 day shipping on orders over $99, but my order took 10 days. They don't answer the phone or emails.

I returned it, but they only refunded a portion of my purchase.

Based on on the reviews here, i should have know not to buy from this place

Lies & Impossible to resovle

Commie's USA is a bunch of lying, deceitful, backstabbing crooks. The rating is a lie. 1. They are in China, the USA address is a PO box. 2. They don't respond to emails. 3. They don't send you a tracking number. 4. The product is NOT what they promise. (Wrong size, wrong color, wrong fabric) 5. It is impossible to return. 6. It is impossible to get your money back. 7. I can't even get it resolved through AMEX! 8. Save time and flush your money down the toilet!

WARNING: DON't ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Bad customer service, my order took a month and I called just to find out that they had not even shipped it yet and this so called customer service lady is laughing on the phone because I'm frustrated and ends up hanging up on me. Don't let the fake reviews misguide you. I still don't have my suit and now I have to wait for a week to get a refund when I have a wedding to attend in a week. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering the suit I could've ordered it from China and probably could've gotten it before these goofies.

I got the wrong suit sent to me. I tried contacting men's USA through email since they said that it be better to contact him that way instead of the phone which didn't work either and I never got an email returned. All I want is my money back and they're saying even in their description in the writings that I have to send them $25 and the suit back to them when actually it's totally their fault that they sent me the wrong suit their 100% in the wrong I shouldn't have to pay for anything. I wouldn't purchase anything for men's USA again I had to figure out a way out to either sell the suit or contact the Better Business Bureau and do it the hard way. Take my advice before you get screwed, don't purchase anything from these idiots!

Horrible company! They misrepresent their products and their return process is an absolute nightmare! Return policy on website says "free returns," "unconditional returns," and "free return shipping." None of that is true. In the email order confirmation they have a different return policy than what is on their website and the policy in the email is what they will tell you that you "agreed" to during check out. When trying to get them to let us return the suits that we did not want, they actually offered us money to just keep them. When we didn't accept their offer they told us that we will have to pay to ship the suits back and also pay a possible restocking fee. By the way, this horrendous return experience is the same even if the fault is on their end, ie, they sent you the wrong product, a flawed product, or they misrepresented the product. They also mislead you into thinking that all their suits are 100% wool which is not true. If you've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company and need to contact them other than through email, use this number *******963 and when the automated menu options come on just hit 0. This connected us right away with a representative. We can't say that talking to a representative over the phone vs. through email did any good but it's at least quicker than waiting days for them to respond to your emails. If you have not yet done business with them heed our warning and look elsewhere for suits. Also, beware that Men's USA, Men's Italy, and Men's Tuxedo USA are all names for this company.

I called dozens of times over multiple weeks trying to get this blazer and after 3 weeks, they told me it was out of stock. Customer service is the worst and all of them were completely unhelpful. They transferred me to every possible different phone number every time I called them saying I'm at the wrong warehouse. I needed this blazer before prom and someone named Philip promised me I would get it and then I spent 3 days trying to contact Philip again until I was finally fed up and talked to another lady where she told me it was out of stock everywhere even though Philip told me they had plenty of the blazers I wanted. Don't shop here if you want anything I should've listened to the other reviews about them receiving different colors and different sized stuff than they ordered but I wanted the blazer really bad so I ignored them. If you somehow get what you wanted from this $#*!ty $#*! place, you are one of the very few lucky people.

We ordered a suit for our son SENIOR PROM and paid to expedite delivery. Their image and description identified one color and style. When it arrived, it was nothing like we ordered as needed. We immediately followed their process to email for "immediate" correction. Their customer service department took two and three days to respond. After admitting they shipped the wrong suit, we paid $185, they emailed to offer us a $30 refund to keep their error. BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS CALIFORNIA BASED COMPANY! They falsely advertise and only want your money!

Weeks ago order jacket and shirt for wedding. Shirt comes no jacket, wait a few days because customer website says they can ship from different locations. Couple days pass no jacket, I call only to find out they don't have jacket. Ask for something simular no reply, I call again, nothing simular available then nothing my size. Upset no one has ever called me, I had to do all the calling, then supposedly the owner calls and offers if I upgrade to a full suit he can get me a deal intimate for the fitting and the wedding. Well suit did not come. I call they say it missed being shipped they will send out over night and call me with tracking info. AGAIN NO CALL, thus time I call and get manager Isaiah who says it will go out overnight and by 8pm I will get shipping info, if there is a problem email him and he will help me tomorrow. WE'LL NO TRACKING INFO. NO SUIT, NO CALL. I get a hold of a very rude customer support person, MAGGIE who is rude and says my order just went out but can't give me shipping info. Says she will email info. NO EMAIL, NO SUIT, NO CALL NO APPOLOGY. No I am scrambling to find clothes for the wedding in 2 days.
DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY RUIN YOUR SPECIAL EVENT.

Ps the original jacket in the size I ordered is still on the web site to buy, so some other poor soul is going to have the same problem.

I placed an order for a specific item that my husband was fitted for and they sent me an "upgrade" which I didn't authorize or ask for. The item was similar in style but several sizes too big. I was able to return the item but I had to come out of pocket for shipping and handling. Plus it's been several weeks and I still have not received a refund.

I purchased a 3 piece suit. They charged men the price+free shipping+$10 for something. The pants and coat did not fit. I sent several emails and did not get a response for many business days. I tried to call during their business hours but no one ever answered. I ask for a RMA and days later they informed me that It could not be returned even though they have a 100% fit guarantee. I had to turn it over to my credit card company before they would agree to allow me to return it. I sent it back in the original box and all the tags and everything was still on there. They only refunded part of the suit price even though it was exactly like it was sent an even returned in the same box. I will never buy anything from this Shady and crooked company again. DO NOT buy anything from Mensusa.com, go to some other website or risk getting cheated by this company.

I contact this administration concerning my order. They failed to refund me due to the item was no longer in stock. I spoke to Vanessa who put me on hold for 20 minutes. When she returned to assist me there was no acknowledgment or an offer of a apology for being hold. I provide her my information concerning my refund. She became very disrespectful and rude when I asked why it so long to reimburse me when I submit my reply to the email. She became very rude, loud and obnoxious. When I started stated quoting the fair debts collection act to her, she just repeat the same behavior. I asked for a supervisor. She said she was the supervisor and hung up on me. Moving forward I am gonna put this out there on social media, family, friends, co workers, the general public, churches, mosques and military comrades. I am gonna ask them not to patronize Men's USA. We must stop or nolonger spend our hard earned monies with business that don't respect us. If it was not for the customers Men's USA wouldn't be in business and there employees would not be employed. The behavior that Vanessa display is a comfortable behavior she is use to displaying. Now I am in North Carolina, could you imagine what her attitude like right there in Los Angeles California. Thank You Vanessa for your disrespect.

Don't let the negative reviews scare you off. I ordered, than looked at this company's reviews and I freaked out. I then called them *******963, expecting to not get an answer, this was not the case, the phone was answered immediately. I was told the exact date my suite would arrive and it did. Then I assumed my suit would be a piece of junk, who could sell a suit at that price. Wrong again, the suit I recieved was an excellent garment(s), great wool material, you would have thought I have paid thousands.

I feel like these people sent me a jacket close to the one I ordered hoping I would be ok with it but, when I was not they tried to discount the jacket and me keep it. When that didn't work after the return they charge me a fee for their error which I am sure they were aware of in order to get something out of the transaction. I would strongly suggest being careful with these people doing business. This is the 2nd time they got me on the same con job. Will never do business with these characters ever again.

The manager is a LIAR, Customer service representatives are LIARS, There's a woman I spoke to that's a manager she's extremely unprofessional not allowing you to talk. If you order a suit, hat, dress shirt, bow, etc they'll all be shipped at separate times coming to you weeks later, instead of at the same time. I will NEVER shop with a company that I can't TRUST. May you reap what you sow for deceiving and robbing people out of their money

Ordered a jacket and they sent completely the wrong one. I emailed them about it they said that's what I ordered. Completely false. I send the jacket back and a received $161.50 from the $200 I paid for the jacket. They sent the wrong jacket but charged me for their mistake. Will never do business with these guys again. This is the 2nd time and the very last. Warning to all that's reading this review.

Incomplete order
December 4, 2020

Ordered a full suit a couple months back and while I am happy with the suit itself my order was incomplete. I emailed several times and was told the rest of the order was on back order and now am not receiving any correspondence what so ever my emails are unreturned and I have an unfilled order. I give the clothing a solid 10 but customer service 5 out of 10 at best. I hate being dodged after paying good money for what I bought.
