I ordered and received a gorgeous mens overcoat in fast time, but wrong size. Also, did not receive confirming email with order number. Called their number, but got no help in returning the coat. Really, the coat is stunning, but doesn't fit. Be careful.
I ordered an overcoat that arrived but did not look anything like the photos (looked cheap in person) and didn't fit. I requested a return label and refund at which the customer service dept took 3 days to respond to my request. When they finally responded, they offered me a $25 voucher if I were to keep the item. Unreal. I finally returned the item and they only refunded $170 of the $209 I spent on the item. This place is a joke. Do not order
Why would you say you don't take returns if you didn't know you where selling junk! I bought a pair of shoes that looked really nice in pictures but when I received them they looked like dollar store junk! I've purchased a lot of items online but never have I received anything this cheap DON'T buy junk from this company and never buy from someone who won't take returns!
I been trying to order something from them since November 4th, here it is November 12th, still no product, several phone calls with rude people, it's not worth the time and aggravation and money, especially when you can get the same product somewhere else.

For way to long they messed up my order I order over 300$ of stuff and paid a 2 day shipping fee! Only two items came on time and one of the items was wrong so I have to send it back I've been back and forth on the phone with patrica and someone else they are SO VERY RUDE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I CANT EVEN SPEAK WITH A THE MANGER because those woman are so rude... I'm very devastated. And now I'm having problems with the refund because my dads funeral is 2morrow I need his stuff today reason for the 2 DAY SHIPPING and they kept giving me the run around instead of telling me my stuff wouldn't be here on time they just want my money and messed up my dads funeral ‼ After Being On Hold With Ema just now she hangs up in my face and overs talks me and I don't know who train this people and they won't let me speak to there manger!
The suit I purchased was billed a super 150 wool. The suit is received was all polyester. So you've been warned.
I filed compaint on BBB and FTC! This is far the worst company in the whole world! I don't need to explain in details because I'm not the only customer who wants to scream out of anger because this business like this exist.
I ordered 2 jackets as a Christmas gift last year. They did not arrive in time for Christmas, so they sat at work while we were all on holiday. When I contacted the company to return the jackets, it took several emails back and forth because the company wanted me to take a credit and buy something else from them. For the next couple of days I kept asking my husband to look through the website. When he finally did, he didn't find anything and after a bit more back-and-forth, I got a return authorization. I thought the worst bit about this bad buying decision would be the HUGE return shipping price tag-- over $70!
Sadly, it got worse.
By this time the covid issues had started and we weren't allowed to leave home. When it was OK to return to work and get the jackets shipped, the company emailed me that I was "too late." Then, they emailed again to ask if it was OK to charge my card to send back the jackets I'd returned. (Seriousy?!) I said no, explained the delay, but did not get a response. Instead, the jackets just came back. Now I am out the original purchase price and an additional $72.19.
I wish I had seen the horrible reviews before I tried buying anything from this company. No matter what product you see on their website, try to buy it from a reputable company that wants you to be happy. Men's USA is not that company.
I would give a -10* review!
1. The jacket showed up dirty
2. The picture they have on their site showed the vest having matching one buttons that match the cost. The vest I recieved has black buttons.
3. The pants come UNHEMMED at the bottoms.
I called customer service which is actually sales and got nowhere.
I sent 2 emails and am waiting response. But from what I've read I guess I'll find matching buttons and pay to get the bottoms hemmed! I'M NOT PAYING TO RETURN ANYTHING!
I ordered a product, and received the wrong product. After calling and receiving horrible customer service, I finally received an email that the product I ordered is not available. They are now saying they will only give me a $40 refund after I spent $169! This is a horrible company and I advise to never purchase anything from them. I'm preparing to pursue legal action because this is was a part of my wedding budget, and I need my money back to actually get a tuxedo I want for my wedding.
My daughter is finally having a graduation due to this pandemic and I was excited so I went on here to order a linen shorts and sandals because they ate having the graduation outside and it is hot here in west Florida very hot. I get a call back from a lady about my order and we decided to do a linen pants suit and have it tailored to shorts and would pay extra and I paid for 2 day shipping. They sent POLYESTER instead can't wear that it's hot as hell here called them up and she got rude with me over the phone and said I told you it was POLYESTER and it got ugly from there and I didn't even get my sandals yet! Don't order from here this place is trash now I have to find something to wear at Macy's or dillards thanks to this place and the ride lady over the phone.
I ordered 2 suits and a jacket. The first came and it was the wrong color. I was advised to send it at my expense and they would reimburse the shipping. That was over 4 months ago. I never got the refund or the jacket.
I ordered a wool suit from this outfit. In the comment section of the order form to submit payment online I further highlighted the fact that I was ordering a wool suit. They send some cheap polyester suit. I email customer service. Customer service responded by email: just send it back. I had already read their return policy and knew sending it back without a control number would not be accepted. I request the RMA#. After I receive the RMA# a call was placed to "customer service" to receive a shipping label. The company fraudulently advertised a wool suit only to deliver a polyester suit so they in good conscience should pay for the shipping. When I requested a shipping label the customer service representative said once the suit was returned the shipping cost would be credited to my card. He repeated this twice as I questioned him. I was to use USPS ground shipping with tracking capability. I did. Now, lo and behold, they do not want to reimburse the return shipping. I asked, Phillip, the Customer Service Manager, who reports directly to the supposed owner, Mr. Anderson, (he doesn't know Mr Anderson's first name he said) to pull the recorded phone call with the rep I spoke to who provided the shipping reimbursement policy. Phillip says, "oh, those calls get erased every two days because we get so many calls and we're working remotely due to CV." Frankly, I laughed out loud. There were people talking business matters in his phone background so I knew another "inaccuracy" was being told. Today is Monday July 6,2020. I spoke with the rep Friday July 3,2020 at 306pm East Coast time for exactly 1 minute and 17 seconds. In opinion there are several instances of something less than the truth being told to me.
Foolish company to do business with, will not recommend to any body. Return policy bad when compared to other sellers
This companies guarantee and return policy aren't worth the paper it's printed on. They should be investigated by California attorney generals office. Check out their history with the Better Business Bureau. This should speak volumes on how this company operates. The only reason they have a three star average rating is because some idiot named Octavious is having his buddies write fake five star reviews. We should be able to give a negative star rating. Buyer beware, steer clear of this company unless you want to be ripped off.
I ordered two tuxes for a wedding but they were a bit small so I sent them back for a larger size. Without notifying us they sent us two completely different tuxes I could fit two of me in. I tried to return them and they refuse to refund my money or exchange for the right tux and size. Read their money back guarantee, it is a complete fraud. I would run as far as I could from this company. They have absolutely no integrity and don't stand behind anything they say. Left us holding the bag with a wedding coming. If I could give this company negative stars, I would.

I ordered a tuxedo and the coat came in the wrong size. I requested a return and reordered the tux again. First they tried to charge me an exchange fee which I refused to pay since it was their mistake. Then when I got my refund, it was short $48.88 which is the tax and shipping. The problem is they charged me tax and shipping on the new order again? I also paid out of my pocket the return postage of $23.85 to return the coat that they made the mistake on. Customer Service is worthless and I cannot seem to get any resolve from them. USE AMAZON INSTEAD!
They sent me something different than what was pictured then refuse to send a return label and want to stick me with return shipping. Others have said when they returned stuff they would say they didnt get it and some people were completely screwed by them
I ordered a blush pink tuxedo jacket from this place 4 weeks prior to my wedding. They didn't ship my item in the 10 days that they guarantee. So when I called to see what the hold up was, of course they blamed it on fed ex, saying that "they picked up the item." Fedex disputed that and said the label was created but the item was never picked up. After speaking with A supervisor named Rico, who told me that he'd ship out another one, I agreed to pay the overnight shipping cost of 75 dollars which he decided to charge me 40$ on and not the full price. Needless to say the item they sent was not onmy the wrong size but a bright red, clearly nowhere near blush pink I ordered. I immediately called to return the item and I must say, this place has terrible customer service. I've been hung up on multiple times, cut short, given wrong information and even yelled at. The price of my jacket was 165 plus 10 for shipping for a grand total of 175. I paid 40$ for the new item to be overnighted and was charged 20 dollars to send the wrong item back. Not to mention they charged me 15 dollars restocking fee for an item I never even took out of the plastic. 175-40-20-15= (Loss). I had to purchase an immediate tux from a local place and wear the same tux that my groomsmen wore. Never ever will I do business with this place again in my life and I hope you all never do either.
Answer: My experience was completely different, I ordered my suit freaked out when I saw the reviews, like the ones above. Then called them, no worries after that. A really nice quality suite arrived, high quality, nothing but positive.
