Item never comes in

Ordered in early November. Was told even though item shows available on site it is out of stock. I cancelled the order. They contact me a week later saying the item i wan twill be coming in next Tuesday(That was November 20th). I say okay and re-order. Then after two more weeks goes by I am told that container is having problems at customs. Then I am told nothing further. I call again and no coat. Its now January and again the "Container" will be here on January 15th. Don't buy anything from this place

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SUIT IN JULY AND RECEIVED MY SUIT AS PROMISED AND SIZE WAS ALSO CORRECT. THE ONLY THING ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT, ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO COMPARE THE FABRIC ON LINE THAN IN PERSON. STILL I WAS SATISFIED AND THE PRICE WAS CHEAP OPPOSED TO WHAT I AM USED TO PAYING.

I ordered what I thought was a cashmere/wool blend coat for my hubby. When we received it, the quality was poor and actually felt like felt fabric. (My husband owns a cashmere/wool blend coat and the textures were completely different.) Additionally, when he tried it on, there was a hole in one of the pockets. I immediately called the day we received the coat to find out what their return policy was. I think the guy spent more time trying to get me to exchange it for something else that to just return it. When he finally realized that I just wanted a refund, he seemed annoyed and just told me that he would send me the email with the return instructions. Fast forward to today I check my acct just to see if the refund was applied and it was not the full amount. So I call to find out why and the girl on the line tells me that the only way that they waive the restock fee is if pictures of the damage are sent along with the tracking number. Ummm your guy NEVER told me that! So because I was not happy at this point she waived the restock fee and kept the shipping cost for them to ship it to me. So we are out $40 b/c they told us the return had to be according to their email. NEVER again will we shop here and I would not recommend it to ANYONE! Don't waste your energy, time, or money! Not worth it!

Caveat Emptor

Received the wrong item and they refuse to acknowledge that there is a difference in what I received and what I ordered even though pictures were provided. Incredibly rude service both with email and telephone. My experience with MensUSA is HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE and beware, what you order is NOT what you GET but you do get the SHAFT!

Ordered a suit and received a 48 jacket with 22in waist pants. Tried to return it due to their error and was told it had been too long. REALLY? The guy on the phone was so rude. I have a business and would never treat a customer like this. You are the distributor and should stand behind your product.

Found a great, and very unique, jacket for my daughter's wedding. Ordered it at least 4-5 weeks in advance. First issue was it was "back-ordered." They offered an alternative that wasn't acceptable and so we asked them to refund the money. Magically, they found the jacket and sent it our way. Upon receipt it had a really bad hemming issue in the left sleeve. They asked to give us a credit of $25 and we could go get it fixed locally (we know this repair would have pushed $100) and we said no. Asked them to swap it out and they asked us to send them a picture of the shipment receipt. We did and then there was silence (and BTW, the shipping was at our expense). By this time we were two weeks from the wedding. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Three days passed. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Next day. I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." Next day. Day of wedding: I called and was told "they would send me a replacement and let me know by the end of the day." I got confirmation of shipment. I asked them to stop the shipment and refund the money. SUPER disappointed holistically - never got the jacket that would have been really cool to have for her wedding. Wore no jacket.

She is an outstanding individual worthy of emulation by any employee within any organization, her friendliness and and professionalism are above reproach. I have spent 37 years in the United States Marine Corps in charge of 15,000 individuals, I am now the Safety Officer in charge of training for Naval aviation for the country. Carla's would be an in valuable asset to any organization. I ordered my husband a 3pc black suit, dress shirt and a pair of black shoes on 10/3/2019. To narrow this story down yes the emailed with out of color and I except the change to blue, yes, the emailed about the shoes after I called to get my tracking number then they say they didn't have his size in that shoe which cost $70 AND THE OTHER SHOE COST $99. With that said, I CANCELED MY ENTIRE ORDER. THEN, THEY CHARGE YOU FEES NO FULL REFUND. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Ordered shoes online, they emailed me the next day to say they were not available in my size so i picked another similar style. Told them I needed them the following week. And they said no problem. I called everyday asking for a tracking number and everyday was told my file was updated to show the date required and the tracking number would be available in the next 24 hours. Some employees occasionally said they would call me back but never did, never even emailed me back. Finally on the day i needed them I get an email with the tracking number and the tracking said my shoes would arrive the following week. I canceled my order and just got an "oh sorry".

I bought a three piece suit from Mensusa; I received the item. As stated by them the trousers need tailoring. I went to the tailor that told me it's not possible to adjust tailoring for my size, as the trousers are too baggy.

I contacted Mensusa and asked for return, I returned the product and paid 40 usd in shipping, after that the company charged me 15% restocking fee. The suit was just tried not worn, there were no wrinkles and was sent in original packaging.

I spent 85 dollars for nothing. I contacted customer service, they were rude and just told me have a nice day.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MENSUSA. THEY HAVE VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

There are many other suits companies, they don't let their customers hanging.

I ordered a tux on a phone order. The photo online for the item showed a coat w/tails, pants, vest, shirt, and bow tie. The agent said the price given was just for the coat and pants. I said fine. He priced the other 3 separate items and I approved the order. The order was received very quickly and everything fit except the vest. The vest was sent as 42 Long. Everything else was correct at 42R. I emailed as directed what happened and expected them to instruct me on how to return my incorrect vest and have them send the correct size. I received a very KURT email response saying that they only excepted returns on whole sets and that I would just have to go and get the vest tailored to my size at my expense. But this was not a set according to the agent when I ordered. Only the coat and pants were a set. It does not seem like a very difficult request to send a vest in the correct size and to return the wrong one. The whole feel of this company from the fellow that took my original order to the response at the mistake tells me that this company has no sense of customer service and does not care. At least not online or over the phone. This could have been an easy inexpensive fix for them and they would have had a happy customer. But instead I'm very unhappy and I wont order from them again. I gave it 2 stars because the items that were correct fit well and I was happy with them.

Response from customer service to correct the wrong size was not what I ordered would strongly recommend to read the comments for as of now they are true. Still waiting for response of any kind. This is the first internet order we have experienced this level of dissatisfaction. All I have asked for is what I ordered. But as of now a refund might be in order.

Avoid them like the plague! First, they sent the completely wrong item. I had to fight to get them to issue a return shipping label. I gave them another chance and they sent a different suit than the one ordered. I called and was told they "reserve the right to substitute". Promised a refund, but I had to pay to return it. They have now had the item since Dec 24, and STILL NO REFUND! They said they would put it through on Dec 20. Of course they never did.

I purchased a hat for $65 and paid $10 shipping. The hat I received in no way resembled the hat shown and described on their website. When I inquired about returning it, they said it would cost $15 to send it back and they would also charge me an additional $25 for the initial shipping! They said it's not worth returning so they would credit me $25 on my credit card. WHAT A SCAM. 100% customer satisfaction? Yeah, right. Word to the wise-avoid dealing with this outfit. They're not interested in your satisfaction, just their bottom line!

Sizes given on line applicable to Chinese Bodies. If you are buying be careful.
The shipping coast half on price and the other half shown as shipping. Eg my shipping was $9+ but when I returned they deduct the shipping $21+.
On follow up this guy came up on phone he said his name Sean reading my name Mohamed, he started using F language and saying I am not in F. Saudi Arabia.( Iam not Saudi)I was mad bcz he said I hate this F. Name Mohammed then carried on insulting and change the subject into hate and politics.

This store is not worth bothering with and mainly a scam. They do not accept returns, no matter what their return policy says, and they have no interest in customer satisfaction or even a professional conduct. Emails are not being responded to and they avoid customer contact wherever they can. Avoid this business or be prepared to lose your money for good. Just look at the website and you can see it all...
I bought a coat, was sent the wrong one and now they don't even accept the return and refund the money. SCAMMER!

I ordered a suit exactly 2 weeks ago. Their website shows 24 hour processing and 3 to 6 business day shipping. But also shows a free 3 day shipping upgrade if ordered before 4 PM. Received nothing for a week. Called and got all kinds of stories. Also was promised suit would go out that day and be express delivered 3 days later. Not being able to get a tracking number called again next day. Oh yes sir it did go out yesterday and will arrive Saturday. We will send you a tracking number. Nothing happened as far as tracking number or arrival is concerned. Called again today 2 weeks after order was placed. Was told it would arrive Wednesday but although I asked 3 times did not get a tracking number. Wondering whether they had even shipped it yet. Cancelled my order.

Their shirt sizes are not comparable to the sizes from other stores, online or in dept. stores. Their large size is actually extra large. They would not exchange for a smaller size, and a return and refund was out of the question. I will never purchase from mensusa again, and I would caution you to beware. Their size charts are no help at all. Don't buy from them unless you're aware of their sizing. You'll never get your money back, and you won't get an exchange for shirts. You're just stuck.
