Terrible customer service

My experience with this website and this company sucked I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase here and most of all don't price match there lying about there inventory in the site it has all the sizes available but because they say they'll price match I found the suit cheap and at that point the one suit they have available has a stain on it and then I ask for another size which is available when you select it online but physically none is available I would have paid the whole amount I wanted the suit but
They didn't want to loose about 10 dollars because of there price matching advertising and false inventory

Bought several suits and made a return worth $1200
Today I tried use my credit and was told the credit expired after one year
Tomorrow my attorney will, file a lawsuit
In California credits cannot expire
Stay away from these crooks

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Horrible experience and even worse level of service to customers. Spoke with Jonas (wholesale manager) and owner, Alberto. Placed order on a Saturday and ended up having to add an additional $10 per suit because Jonas misquoted the wrong price yet they would not honor the price they quoted. I confirmed on Monday for 2 day shipping to be received by Wednesday as customer needed suit for wedding on Friday. Made this fully clear to Jonas even paid extra for 2 day shipping! On Thursday, still didn't receive order and advised needed refund and FedEx return label. Still didn't receive on Thursday and didn't receive any correspondence from Jonas. Escalated on Friday as still not received till later in the day and received no apology or correspondence. No response to request for refund or return label on Saturday. Called again on Monday and Jonas ignored my call and let it go to voice mail. Called main number and he miraculous answered. Acted as if he knew nothing and ended up giving me to owner, Alberto, who was un-yielding, told me to return the suits at my own cost for a refund and promptly hung up in my face. We ultimately had to find a replacement suit for our customer here locally and as a local, small business retailer we ultimately lost money doing business with this company! Will never do business with them again and will certain tell everyone I know to never do business with them as well.

Paid $180 for a suit that did not come close to fitting me. No refunds are allowed. You "might" be able to exchange, at an additional charge of $25 plus shipping, plus alternations - that could mean another $100! And you still will probably have an unsatisfactory result. They should be put out of business!

Just had my worst online shopping experience with Men's USA. A week ago ordered denim blazer in two sizes and paid extra for 3 day expedited shipping. After a week, no blazers and no info re shipment. No response to email, and 800 customer service number just put me into a continuous loop with no one to speak to. Sent email to cancel order.

Checked credit card activity today and found they charged for both blazers last week. Credit card company refunded money when told them story - thank you Amex!

Got email response to my cancellation saying they were out of stock on one size, and did I want them to send the other one? This a week after I placed order with expedited shipping paid for, and had not communications from them!

Stay away!

I was so worried when I placeD my order because of all the negative reviews found on this website. I only found those reviews after placing my order so I was worried I had just walked into a trap. But it turned out to be quite the lovely experience. I placed my order on a Saturday. I received confirmation that my order was all in order on Sunday and that my order would be shipped on Monday. Although I've never received any indication that it was shipped, I received the suit on the following Thursday. Everything was according to the sizes I have ordered and the suit fits like a glove. Thank you Mensusa! You've made a happy online customer out of me.

They will send you whatever they want to when they finally decide to ship. When you try to return because it is not your order, they try to charge you to return their junk!

I was on the phone trying desperately to get my in time for a wedding Im attending. Two weeks out, a customer service worker tells me the suit was shipped only for me to find out that three days later it never was! Finally two weeks later a suit arrives, but it is not even the correct one! So now I am going to be sitting at the front table of the wedding Ill attired and not matching wile taking part in the wedding. Stay away from this company.

Ordered a suit with 2 day shipping. Requested tracking info. After 6 emails I got it. Suit arrived 10 days later. Wrong suit. Emailed for an exchange 4 days ago with no response. Called them and was told to handle it through email. Will call my credit card company and have this cancelled and send them their suit back. They are just interested in having you order online and be happy. No customer service. J Dorch

We placed an order for a tuxedo AS PICTURED AND LABELED on MensUSA website--it was a light grey Joseph Abboud tuxedo. We placed the order for a two day shipping. First error, we didn't receive the tux in 2 days. Biggest error--what came in the mail was a medium grey "no name brand" tuxedo! We called to ask for MensUSA to pay the return shipping as it was their error and a supervisor named Andrea kept insisting that we did indeed receive the correct tuxedo and that WE were mistaken! So we are currently disputing the charge with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! We will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving this negative review on every website possible with the hope that they won't be able to rip someone else off!

TERRIBLE is not strong enough. This on line store only allows reviews it posts! That should be enough to cause one pause in doing business with them. I was duped, and did not realize ALL of the reviews on this site were posted by the site. The on line store purports great customer service, but only shows reviews they have posted! All of these "good" reviews seem o be from customers who went into the brick and mortar store in LA. They post these reviews themselves so of course they are only good!

I ordered 4 suits, 3 were shipped, NONE of them were what I ordered. The site prominently displays a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, but does not do this at all. They then try to get you to order more suits to replace the ones they shipped incorrectly, but the return cost is entirely at your expense. They even asked me to choose another suit for the one they never shipped!

I had to go to my credit card company to get my money back!

DO NOT buy from these guys, pay heed and look at the reviews posted on their site by THEM, and realize they do not allow reviews to be given from their site!

This goes beyond Bogus into a downright criminal rip off.

Don't bother wasting your time or money with these people! I should have done my homework and read up on how awful they are before giving them my business! Never again and I will do my best to make sure everyone I come in contact with knows not to buy from them!

Cashmere coat

Paying for the coat was very cumbersome. It was difficult for them to accept that the address of the credit card was different from the shipping address. But that is how it goes when i need the coat in Norway and they do not ship to Europe and I fortunately have a sister in New York. However, the coat looked nice until you discover faulty sowing. The label says Ralph Laurel, but no information on what the material really is? Very suspicious! It looks like a Chinese copy and not the real thing.

The pictures posted are fake. You are not receive what u have ordered.
I have ordered a Royal blue suit they sent me a dark navy almost black. It is ridiculous.
They pretend they are selling their brand but they lie. You will be surprised to see they ship you something different. They get pictures from other sites for an item they don't really have.

I had the best experience here! They had such a large number of decent suits to browse, and the staff was exceptionally useful and tolerant. The costs are low for the nature of the suits. I was charmingly astonished amid my first visit. This is certainly my go-to put for getting suits!
