After NINE emails, menusa finally replied telling me to return the 3 items to them AT MY EXPENSE + a restocking fee and they will refund whatever is left over. PLEASE NOTE, if you are thinking about filing a complaint with he BBB in California, DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TYPING THE EMAIL. The BBB gives a company an XX amount of time to respond (which they NEVER do). If the company does NOT respond to the complaint, like menusa, the BBB will simply indicate they didn't reply AND CLOSE THE COMPLAINT. That's IT. THE BBB DOES NOTHING.

Mens USA literally sent me the WRONG suit! I needed to return it instead of exchange because I wouldn't have time to wait for the new order. You can not reach anyone to speak with and they do not return emails. Mens USA will just ignore you. I do not recommend dealing with them.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY! I put an order in for a coat 2 weeks ago and STILL haven't recieved a tracking # and every time I called they tell me that they haven't shipped it because their warehouse is behind. I called a 4th time they lady told me it was shipped a week ago but she still couldn't provide me with a tracking#. She said I should get it in 10 minutes I waited 30 minutes after NOT getting it and I called back and she was RUDE AS HELL and told me I would get it by the end of the day. I asked "why would I get it by the end of the day if it was suppose to be shipped a week ago, shouldn't you already have it in front of you? She kept overtaking me and repeating the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold and never came back. I never recieved my merchandise I ordered! This place is a fake bootleg company and don't from here! Do yourself a favor and READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!

One of the worst company's online ever can't imagine instore would be any better not to mention was sold and sent a suit that was nowhere near what I ordered and after speaking with someone at the store was told you don't get the exact suit you get one they choose looks similar you don't get the one you ordered.! What? Then was told I was not getting a full refund and was hung up on. Excuse me.

Do not waste your money because these idiots are not real. Gave them a try lost $150.00 lesson learned.

The first page of the site indicates that the company will allow returns and exchanges. Only after checkout does the company make clear that only exchanges are allowed. Pop up on the site indicates free shipping but the shipping charge is made anyway.

I own over 100 suits and have purchased through several on-line outlets, including Men's USA Suits. I have only had issues with Men's USA. It's impossible to get them to honor their guarantees or fulfill their orders properly.

This now is the third time in ten years they have messed up my order and refused to address the issues. When I order from other companies, if they don't have the item, they contact me and ask me how I would like to handle the situation. I either cancel order or select a suit of my choice.

With Men's USA, they don't contact you if they can't fill the order, they just send you a similar suit and say take it. And that's just what happen again. They sent out a suit completely different from what I ordered. I have been calling for a week and sent five e-mails, no response. I don't want the suit they sent; I'll never wear it nor does it at all match my needs. I'm confused and upset they won't take my calls or answer my e-mails. I forgot why I stopped doing business with them years ago! I have only purchased from the other leading companies out there for the last five years and forgot the nightmare of dealing with this company - never again!

DO NOT BUY. They sent me a wrong size so I was willing to pay for my cost to ship and asked them to send me the correct size. They wanted me to keep the suit and they would pay 23 towards Visa.

I made on March 20, which almost a month later and after trying to contact them by mail to get a tracking number which I never had an answer. I contact them by phone what they told me that I would not receive my order. They couldn't even notify me that they didn't have the product. And by the way I complain about the poor service and the unkindness of the staff on the phone. So bad I hope to receive my money back

Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.
What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.
Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!
They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"
Return policy is a joke, they charge you for returns even if it is clearly their error.
This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them.

I wish I would have looked at the BBB rating (F) of this company prior to ordering.

Over 3 weeks ago I ordered a product. My card was charged over two weeks ago.

Still no product, still no tracking number, still no order status.

Customer service is horrible. They lie to me every day by telling me "you will have a tracking number by the end of the day."

I wouldn't recommend this online retailer to my worst enemy.

I have purchased from them before without a problem. I ordered a sport jacket with the understanding it would be delivered in 4 business days. I kept trying to track but nothing came back. After 1 week I get an e-mail from them saying they don't have my item in stock and offered me something similar in a different color. I said I didn't like it, but picked something different from one of there other sites, TuxedoUSA. They emailed that it would get shipped. Another week went by with no tracking so I called. The consumer service person told me they didn't have that in stock either, but told me they had something similar without a satin lapel. I asked if they could e-mail a picture, and they said they couldn't. I agreed anyway as I was getting tired of waiting and dealing with this. It has now been another week, and still no product or tracking. I have sent numerous emails asking for any answer with nothing back from them. This is the last purchase I make with this company, and I will do everything I can to deter anyone from working with them.
I own a business, and the most important part of any business is not how much money you make, it's making sure your clients are happy…do that, and the money will come.

This company is so bad that I had to leave 2 review. I left one review on google review & they had a 2.7. They just recently removed their Google review because of the poor reviews. Order suit from them online they contact me to three days later through through email stating they didn't have my order I requested a refund but instead they gave me a run around for over a week poor company stay away please stay away don't waste your money or time please stay away I don't know how many times I got to say this but please stay away from this company

I purchased 2 Tuxedos for weddings for my Son and Daughter this year. I only received one of the suits, attempted to contact the company through email and phone, they refuse to accept inbound calls and only respond to emails after 48 hours. After several back forth emails over several weeks, they refused to send the missing suit! Leaving me to find another company to purchase from while working with my credit card company to attempt to recoup the money spent on something they refuse to send.

It's my daughters Wedding I'm a proud farther My tux is on the way thanks to the timely! Professionalism of Mr Alan! Every call I made to him he responded too and he responded to every question he was very kind and courteous to me and the 1st tux I ordered they didn't have it so the company asked me to pic another one so I found another one and gave them Sku# NO.and in my email notes I had specific details about what size I needed my tuxedo to be and Mr Alan made sure it was the right tuxedo and the Right it's suppose to be hear this upcoming Saturday I can't wait! Till it comes I called him jus today for last min questions and details about the tracking and it's time of arrival and once again Mr Alan made it Happen for and he Re-Assured me about the correct sizing of my Tuxedo I truelly Apreciate Mr.Alan for all he done to make this happen I wish this. Company Had more workers like Mr Alan and thanks again Sir!

First thing first this review is for 2022! Not 2001 or 2000
You can't even get in contact with anybody you call the phone number they provided and it's going to tell you they short of people of because of the covid 19 then tell you to email them I should have look online for reviews first people are going tell you they suck with them email you back and it's very very true then what they do is if you order something they seen you the wrong size so you can be stuck with the item because let's be honest here who's going to send the item back to them when it takes like 3 weeks or more to even get it in the first please or to even get a email from this company! Bottom line don't order from them I hope I save people from the headache I got!

I'll never visit this place or suggest it to anyone. Their customer service is horrible. We waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to assist us!

This is the worst site I have ever bought from.
I bought a jacket for my son; it didn't fit. I emailed to return (as site says) and they didn't answer and then kept writing back asking if I wanted to exchange. I am reporting this fake business and I will tell everyone I know and leave every review I can to stop other people from making the same mistake.
