As a military veteran I have had some amount of difficulty obtaining correct information with regard of how to proceed in getting the appropriate Medicare coverage upon turning 65. Joel G. Was able to provide timely and valuable answers to all of my questions, while also being a good listener. The fact that he was courteous, patient, articulate, and personable made the experience all the more pleasant. I now have a Medicare plan that is right for me and well within my budget! Thanks so much!

Responded to an e-mail offer this morning and opted to be called. The phone rang immediately, and Billy Riley came on the line in about 6 minutes. It was clear early on that he was not only every knowledgeable about the many plan options, but that he was truly interested in providing me with the best, least cost option. In addition to finding me a better option for Plan N that I currently hold (up to A+) he arranged to pass me on to the Part D solution.
