Kevin was able to answer all my questions. I had a large amount of questions. Weather email or on the phone he always returned my message. He was patient and explained things again if I needed to hear things again. I never felt pushed and he showed a lot of patience. Kevin deserves the highest recommendation.

Tyler called since I had inquired about Medicare supplements. I had signed up for one, but Tyler got me Aflac supplement for $55 less than I was going to pay. He was personable and knowledgeable.

I was having a horrible time with Cigna attempting to get a MediCare "G" policy for my husband. Thank goodness for Emily Scites assistance. She did what Cigna's own reps were unable to do.

Now that Nick helped me to find another one with Mutual of Omaha I am very happy ($150 less/mo!).

Walked me through setting up a virtual on screen so I could see him and everything he was describing. This made it all easier to understand and make a choice. In addition, he was friendly and really nice to talk to, which made the experience much easier. I don't remember the exact date of our conversation, so am guessing on the date of experience.

Dana Harmon was a great help in my search for health insurance. I had done my research but, he filled in the blanks and got me set up.

I've had a very good experience with elite insurance. Last year there was a gentleman that helped me to get everything in order. This year I called and a lady answered. She said she could take care of my needs and she did so we got some extra insurance and dental insurance and Eye insurance.

Karissa did a very professional job getting us setup with a new Insurance Carrier. She knows her stuff. She was a pleasure to deal with. EIP is lucky to have people like Karissa and Brandon.

Diego was very knowledgeable about the entire Medicare supplemental insurance. He explained all my options clearly without any high pressure sales tactics. He helped me select the right insurance for me at a cost that was 40% less than my current provider. He followed up a couple of time to make sure that I had no questions.
