Experience with Christine at Elite

Relief

The increasing cost of drug coverage had us worried so we called EIP. Eduardo Garcia returned our call and he reviewed our options, answering all of our questions. He followed up with emails directing us to the enrollment site and the process was exactly as he described. He was patient, courteous and helpful.

Just had another Gatorade...

Chatted with Daniel A. About prescription drug coverage. SUCH a super guy! I'm not supposed to have any sugar, but confessed to him that I guzzled a big old bottle of Gatorade last night. I actually just enjoyed ANOTHER bottle, several minutes ago. Tasted so good, I'm almost beside myself!

Daniel is patient, funny, kind, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Medicare and the prescription plans. Two, VERY ENTHUSIASTIC, thumbs up for Daniel!

ALL of you folks are a blessing! The ins and outs of Medicare are quite frustrating, to say the least. I tend to get easily overwhelmed with all of this stuff, so it's comforting to know that you folks have my back. I'm truly blessed to know that I can count on EIP to answer my questions!

Also, here's a big shout out to Mr. Brandon Cahill ("United States Marshall") for being such a stand-up guy. He's the first person I talked to at EIP, and got me squared away with my Medicare plans. Five stars for Mr. Cahill.

Last, but not least, JAGGER ESCH. Mr. Esch wins, hands down and unequivocally, the award for the most cool moniker EVER. "Jagger"; I think that someone's parents are HUGE fans of The Rolling Stones, and "Esch", what more can I say?

Update Part D and VDH coverage

I called Elite with a concern that my part D coverage was going to increase in 2025 by $40 a month.
Eduardo Garcia was patient and considerately spent time to research my coverage and recommend a new Part D plane to fit my specific needs and budget. In addition, we reviewed my VDH plan and updated that as well. Eduardo went the extra mile and made the call with me to cancel my plan and set the new plan up for 2025. Huge thanks to Eduardo Garcia and Elite!

We were lucky enough to get Melinda Dries in our phone call. What a blessing. She has been on point with all our questions, responds to our emails promptly & will call us back in a timely matter. She follows up & explains what will happen next in the process with your insurance & then follows up again. If we have questions come up, she will call us & takes the time needed to answer each & every question we have. We never feel like anything we ask is a dumb question. Even with having 2 back to back hurricanes in Florida, she was still available which was totally unbelieveable. Great customer service since the first day we spoke to her. Thank you Melinda & hope you recover from the horrific hurricanes. Our hearts go out to you, your family & all in Florida. Would also want to add the online video you have on your website was so very helpful, and informative. It really explained in detail Advantage plans & Medigap Supplement insurance. Showed & listed what the differences are & even what excess charges were (which no one could ever explain to me). First video that actually took you step by step so you could truly understand this complicated Medicare insurance process.
