When the State of Vermont suspended United Healthcare's ability to offer all but one Medicare backup plan, we lost our insurance on relatively short notice. This plunged us into weeks of scouring through confusing and conflicting information to no avail. Just before the deadline Susanna recalled the excellent assistance she's had years before from Gary Morgan at Elite insurance Partners. We phoned him and he responded quickly, answering our many questions clearly and efficiently. He had to hand information about medigap and pharmacy plans that best suited our situation at decidedly lower costs than other options we'd been considering and with credible assurance that the major insurers he was recommending for us would serve us well. We each were signed up within a half hour, and everything since has followed smoothly and exactly as Gary said it would. And we now are confident that we are as well protected as possible and at a cost we can afford. This was a rare experience of complexity and trouble being resolved simply, easily and effectively. Bravo!

Excellent educational videos.
Jason Runkles was the most knowledgeable agent regarding Medicare A,B,C,D and Medigap Plans I have ever spoken with. Absolutely no sales pressure, only a wealth of information and knowledge helping us to make the best choice for our situation. Hopefully, you will be able to speak with him in your information and decision making process.

Today was a rough one. I won't go into the details except to say they were costly and demoralizing. In an effort to avoid a similar experience in the future, I decided to get organized. In my efforts toward that end, I was fortunate to speak to Eduardo Garcia, a true gentleman. He listened to all my concerns and said he would look into the matter and call me back. In a very short time, he called me back with clear answers to all my questions. It was a true pleasure speaking to him. Thanks Eduardo, you were awesome when I really needed the help.

I tried to research available plans using all the emails that were sent by various parties and was met with "enter your phone number and we will call you". I finally found the time to call Elite and was met with Edward who immediately gave me the best price possible. I should have done this right away, but LIFE has a way of getting in the way. My experience with the people that helped me was excellent. I first spoke with Greg Banlowe and he helped me understand the differences in the Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. He was very patient and answered all my questions. With Greg's help I decided on a Supplement plan as being the best solution for me and the next step was the application process. I spoke today with Tessa Steele for the application process and questionnaire involved with it. She, too, was patient and informative and friendly.
