This company has to be a fake, I ordered a carburetor two weeks ago and though I got an order number have got nothing but automated responses and sat on hold for an hour and a half with no real person ever answering! Asked for a refund to no avail...

Placed 3 orders 2 weeks ago, told items would be shipped 3-5 days. Now they don't answer phone or email. I just want a refund without having to cancel my credit cards.

I ordered the m157 intakes and they never delivered it and are not trying to give me my refund. Screw this scam shop. I'll be contacting my lawyer.

Ordered on 31 January, asked for an update Feb 24th, they responded that they would send shipping following week. This happened 3 times until March 16th. Canceling payment, they are obviously not sending any product.

Please avoid them at all costs! They stole $1,500 when I ordered some tires from them. They keep telling me they're going to send tracking number in 24 hrs. It's been two months and nothing!

Worst online shop I've been dealing with. I placed an order that I never got, they sent I refund and it has been almost two months without any answer or pick up my calls. Worst shop ever, pretty sure never going to order from them no more. Really disappointed wow.

Worst business ever, jerking me around for 1.5 month and no item, cant cancel the order, no one picks up the phone, stay away from these crooks.

Much like some of you who have already posted a review. I placed my order over a month ago and still no tracking number. I have emailed them multiple time asking about my order and the shipping status and all i get told is it will ship by the end of the week and tracking number will be emailed. Ive called numerous times only to stay on hold for upwards of 15 to 20 minutes with no answer. Product did not say out of stock or backordered at the time i ordered it. In my emails ive asked if the product was available with no answer. All i want is the product that ive ordered and or a direct answer to my question about it being available. To my knowledge holley owns the company to which the part that i ordered is manufactured and they told me it is discontinued. How ever I've ordered other parts holley told me that were discontinued from a different site and still received them. So i hope this makes it to someone of importance to MBGRAM and my order can be sent to me or a proper refund.

This company takes your money and never delivers! I wish I would've researched before purchasing from them. Luckily I used the purchase plan through sezzle and they only got one of 4 payments out of me. But, now I have to contact my bank to have that card canceled before they receive a second. I wondered how they could have such a positive rating, but noticed that everyone who left a positive review, only left the one review. None of them left any other review for anything else, telling me these reviews are FAKE! Do a search and you'll find nothing but complaints about the same issue through the BBB. They are a SCAM! BEWARE!

Ordered bars almost 6 months ago every time I email I get the same your order shipped you will receive tracking info in 24hours...6 months now.

I ordered seats from them two months ago they said they were instock and they have never shipped keep telling me that they were gonna ship end of week and still never shipped no communication from emails and a o one answers the phone when callin complete bull $#*! company don't order from them

Ordered a bell housing on 2/8/23, received email confirmation that my order was being readied for shipment. After several weeks, I tried calling to check on my order. Was on hold for quite some time then their system disconnected me. Sent f/up email to which they replied my order was shipping the week of 3/1. A week later I tried calling again - same thing; on hold then system disconnects me. Sent another email; they replied " uploading tracking info in 48-72 hours. That window passed so I sent another email; they replied that it was shipping by the end of the week. They are flat out lying to me about my order and likely sending automated email replies with " canned " responses. Do not order from them!

I ordered a yoke for a duramax a month ago, paid in full. Never got an email on status, called numerous times and sat on hold for hours. I dont know if this is a real compamy or what? I just want my money back at this time

They advertise stuff they don't have in stock.
Took my money and never got a refund or my product.
I am in the process of reporting fraud to get my money back. Terrible experience and customer service.

I ORDERED A CARB AND MANIFOLD FROM THIS COMPANY! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE ME! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!

Never shipped item despite immediately charging my credit card the moment order was placed for near $500 item.
Not only do ghe refuse to acknowledge any form of contact & have not issued refund as I have demanded, when I persistently contacted them (or tried) they went as far as to delete my account on their site as well as delete the order # from their system as well, however refund never issued nor will they respond to me still & its now 8 weeks later.
I have contacted my bank & my local FBI office within last week & mbgram ownership organization is now under Federal Investigation for Bank Fraud, so they are going to be regretting being the douche bags they are

I ordered from this company over 2 months ago and still haven't received my package. I have been constantly contacting them and they always have an excuse or they don't answer. I will never order from here again I hope this doesn't happen to no one else. I've spend a lot of money on the package and I'm very pissed

I ordered a carburetor on Feb 25. I tried calling and emailing for the last week to no evail. But when I email to cancel order today they responded with in two minutes.
