This is not a real company and I believe it's big scam how they never ship parts or communicate. No one ever answers the phone number listed and for every 10 emails sent you will receive I reply back with lies. I know have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company not to mention had a car down for over a month and a half because I never received a part or refund. All communications have stopped from them. Stay away this is not a actual company and the positive reviews are from them to make it look legit..

I order a part from this MBscams and have been taken through the rabbit hole with them. Everyone in the country has this part in stock and also check with HOLLEY performance group on this item. I was informed that there is no back ordered and have hundreds on the shelf as well as there venders. They asked who I ordered it from and they said they are NOT a dealer to sell there parts! I'm sure this goes for all parts they list way below retail price. My advice is to boycott this scammer company and spread the word like a wild fire. You will never see a product and will never see a refund. I've got my financial institution, attorney general, BBB, federal trade commission aware of this issue and hundreds and hundred of more victims to this scammer company.

Ordered a pair of toyo tires off of them cancelled it after a few months because they were taking to long. They told me my refund was on the way every time i would email them asking where my refund was at. I never got my refund of $751. I don't recommend this company at all, this is no way to treat your customers!

Ordered tires, after 2-3 weeks of not receiving them, company gave me canned "1-2 weeks to ship". After two months of my receiving them, I requested a refund two weeks ago that still has not been processed. This place is garbage and a scam website. Beware!

On January 5, I ordered a Yukon gear high performance gear set and paid using my credit card. On January 16, I still had not received my order…so I placed another order for the Yukon gear high performance gear set and paid once again using my credit card. Today is February 8 and I still have not received either of my orders. I have tried to call and cannot speak to an actual person. An automated msg answers the phone and tells you to press zero to speak with a representative. It then automatically starts playing on hold music. You hold for about 15 mins and the automated msg comes back on to tell you that all representatives are busy and gives you the option to leave a voice msg. I have left 4 msg to date and still have not received a call back. I have also sent 3 emails to the email address under the contact us part of this website. I have received a blanket response to each email saying that the order has been filled and has shipped, that I should have received the items at the end of last week. Guess what….still no Yukon gear high performance gear set. I do not know what else to do. They have over $700 of my money and I still don't have a product. I am writing this review bc I want others to know that this company takes your money but doesn't send you the products that you order and also bc I am hoping that by seeing this BAD REVIEW, that someone from the company will finally contact me.

I ordered a tuner for my truck about 2 weeks ago and when I emailed them asking what is taking so long for it to ship they tell me it will be shipping the end of this week. I'm not sure why it takes 3 weeks to ship out a tuner but I would not recommend these guys if you want your things quickly

I placed an order for some suspension parts on 8/11/22, the order was confirmed by Mbgram/Mbenzgram on 8/16/22, I reached out for an delivery ETA on 8/22/22 and they said 2-3 weeks. No shipping notification came through so I followed up multiple times in September and October and their response was always "2-3 weeks". Finally in mid-October I had enough so I ordered from another retailer and received the parts that week, so clearly there was not a supply issue as Mbgram had stated as their excuse for not shipping. I requested that they cancel the order which they did but they refunded the card on file which I had replaced during those 2 months of waiting so I informed them I did not receive the refund as that card is no longer active. They told me to reach out to their Accounting department which I did and did not hear back. I've not contacted their Accounting dept 5 times over the past 5 months without a single reply. So I am currently still owed $566.19 from this fraudulent company and have no hope of collecting at this point, would never do business with this joke of a "business" again.

What a terrible shop. Every week was told item would ship next week. Either we had an issue at the warehouse or some other excuse. I finally understood that I was being taken when the email messaged started being repeated exactly. So ok fine, you don't have the product, and either are waiting for it or drop shipping it. So I ask for it to be cancelled. Get the email "order cancelled and refunded" 15 days later the money is not in my account so I message them. They tell me, get in touch with accounting. Sent 2 emails out to accounting and never got a reply. Had to do a claim through my credit card.

I would most definitely avoid this place

Ordered 3 months ago, said 7-10 days to ship, which was fine. Problem was it was 3-4 months to ship, not 7-10 days. It's been 3 months now and no refund was issued even though I have a receipt from them saying it will be refunded. Can't get an email back and just put on hold till I hang up. I would not recommend! This place is a joke and has no customer service!

I too was sucked in by low prices, but when the manifold I ordered did not arrive in a week or 2 weeks I became skeptical, tried to make contact, and when I could not make contact, I protested the credit card charge with the bank (not an easy or fast process) now, 3 months later my money was refunded, and we move on, but never again with this company, which is listed under several names on offered websites. Remember, there is no magic, and you get what you pay for, extremely attractive prices are usually an ominous sign. Last company that scammed me (wine) the owner is in prison...

I ordered a set of rims for my son! They never came after 1 week, then nothing after 2 weeks. So I emailed them, they said arriving tomorrow and will be in stock, then ship out. 3 days later no emails for tracking code. I email them back, then they say arriving in 3 days. The 3 days later no email, I email them and they say, wait for tracking code in 24 to 28 hours. Nothing, so I emailed them back nd cancelled the order. Wasted 3.5 weeks of my time for nothing. Horrible communication, and never, ever...never answered their phone! Liars and thugs scam artists! Now I have to call mt credit card company to get the charge disputed! What a waste of time.

Does not deliver products, will email you saying the product ships in a week when it never does. If you try to submit a refund request they never refund you

Pathetic excuse for a business. Been emailing and calling for weeks, have yet to get an answer back. Reall quick to take your money but good luck getting the products they supposedly sell

3 weeks and no refund. No replies and no product. They say they canceled the order thecday after purchase but no refund 3 weeks later. Don't use this company.

I bought a product from them and
It never arrived and then 40 days later I asked for a reimbursement and they didn't get back to me. I sent screenshots proof everything that I didn't receive it, that I asked right away for the reimbursement and five months later they don't reply to me, or answer me.

Cancelled my order. They did not refund the money. Called "customer service" some guy on a car phone. Said his "accounting department" needed to handle this request. Never heard from them again. I had to report a dispute with Affirm to get my money back. Do not do business with them!

Barely gave me any information on my product, didn't come for 3 months, had to file a dispute with my bank because nobody would give me a response, terrible company to order from don't recommend

I cancelation a order a long time ago and still haven't received a refund i don't know who is in charge there but this doesn't seem like a reputable company. Have tried contacting them but they keep not responding.

These scumbags got my dad for $350. Kept telling somebody from the accounting department would contact and they never did. Hope they burn in hell!
