I ordered a turbo the 19th December 2022. Couldn't get ahold of anybody on the phone for questions about my order. Ended up canceling my order on Dec 27th 2022 and requested a refund
Here it is the end of January 2023. With several emails back and forth with bull$#*! run around. Still no headway on getting this resolved.

Two orders placed online November and December of 2021. No orders fulfilled as of yet. I keep being told two weeks and still nothing because parts are on back order. If you go online the competitors have them in stock? I believe they sold them to me on sale and now don't want to honor that pricing. I have paid for both orders in full. Still have no parts. Very frustrated and really shocked. They will not return my calls and e-mails are auto responses. Do I have to get legal action for this? I really hope not!

I ordered a k member for my 3rd gen camaro and was told it was on back order over a month ago. Can not get anyone on the on the phone. Waited almost 20 mins on hold before they disconnected my call. This k member is available at other performance store and they have it in stock. This company is the worst I have dealt with. They don't deserve any stars

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIFS! They will take you money and you order and never ship a thing! Excuses by email about delays but when you call they will hang up on you before you can speak to someone. SCUM BAGS! I hope they get shut down for their stealing ways very soon!

Mbgram has not returned my 1200 dollar refund for an order that I canceled since December 14-2022

Ordered 230 dollar head gasket. Recieved email they got order and was getting it together. That was a month ago and I will never do business with this company again.

These people took my payment and will not refund my money after the order was canceled! Stay AWAY!

I purchased a msd 6btm box from them in oct that showed they had in stock or i wouldnt have ordered well when i found out it was on backorder i cancelled the order but they have yet to refund my money as the said they was going to do and its now jan they refuse to talk on the phone and eventually stop responding to emails they have over $500 of my money i never received the refund or the product either one

19 Days now since purchased and they did not have in stock, No refund $1547.13 -- 19 days later, a lot of trouble to file a card dispute, But coming Monday if not back in my bank. What a joke this has been!

They price items below market, accept your order than no one ever responds to your specific question / where is my $#*!? Oh. Oh it's back ordered. Each time a new name on a ticket support response. No one picks up their phone (basically it's an auto disconnect). Save your money and aggregation. I am disputing my charge and will call state attorney general and have them investigated.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a set of tires 2 months ago (almost $3,000) Their web site showed the tires in stock. I have called the company no less than 15 times and I have not had one returned phone call. They do reply by email. The only response I get is, that they will be shipped within a week or two. 60 days later and still nothing. I don't understand why they can't be Honest and Upfront, if you can't get them, return my money!
PS Returning my money still hurts me, the tires took a price increase starting 2023

This site is a scam! Ordered wilwood brakes Nov 27th 2022, still getting the sane bs email's like everybody I see on these real reviews. I call no answer and the one time I did get an snswer they said it was shipping out that day. (BIG LIE) still waiting so I emailed and oh by the way I contacted them tru Instagram nothing. Please spend your money elsewhere!

The company is a total scam.they never answer the phone and you get the same email over and over again. There also known as dana port. Run by the same person. Youll never get your product or a refund. All they do is give you a run around. Theres tons of facebook groups about them. And there BBB has over 500 complaints. All the same story. Money taken. No product or refund granted. Its gotten to the point where ive had to contact the California attorney general's office. And the FBI due to over 30k worth of complaints have been taken and no money given back. Hope the owner in a basement sees this. Your time is running out.

Over a week and still no delivery detailes. So I called 4 times, left 3 emails and nothing but silence. You can take the orders and money but you cant deliver your products. Where I'm from thats acalled a scam or theft. If you dont have the product then dont take my money and leave me hanging. What happend to customers service?
