I placed and order for turbo smart GenV proGate electronic external wastegate and one other item. It was taking so long to get that I decided to just cancel the order. Received a email confirmation that the orders where canceled and to expect my money returned within 10 business days. That was on 2/13/23. I waited 14 days still no refund. I have tried calling at least five times no one will answer the call. I sent emails inquiring about the status of the refund, no response. I sent them a message on instagram asking them about the refund. I got no response. It's ridiculous how they have not honored their word. I would be crazy to ever order from them again. Ghosting customers is not the right thing to do.

Placed an order for fog lights 75 days ago and they never arrived. I asked for a refund multiple times and they promised me it would come in a week and I finally got them to agree to give me a refund, it's been over a month since they canceled my order, still no refund. They are con artists. They will keep your money and never send your stuff.

They will not answer the phone at all they took 600$ from me said they sent the refund but never did they are scammers -daniel god plz don't shop here eBay will be better

Ordered a Diablo tuner three weeks later never got an update so I canceled the order and now I have been waiting a month and a half for my refund do not purchase from this company. They will take your money and never give it back nor will you probably ever receive your item

I order a set of fuel injectors on black Friday 2022. After weeks of no shipping confirmation I began contacting the company via email. Several times I was told they were being shipped and a tracking number would be sent in a separate email. Finally I was told the product was on back order tell February 4th. Two weeks into February I began emailing again asking for an update. Every time I sent an email I was told they were being shipped out this week and a tracking number would be sent in a separate email. Once again, after 2 month of this, I still do not have a tracking number or product. With each email stating they would be sent out I pushed back requesting for a manager to contact me and asking to either ship the product or contact me in regards to exchanging it for a different product. I have never received a response to those emails.

After 7 weeks of no product and being told to wait another week in emails I canceled my order and was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 working days. 30 days in and still no refund and will not return emails.

Mbgram is very bad company I ordered a parts and waited for 4 months and never got the part i called them 100 times they never answered DO NOT ORDER from this scammers

This is the first bad review I've ever given and I don't want to but I ordered a product in November 2022 and am still getting the run around as to when I'm going to get it. I contacted mbgram by email 3 times and tried to call multiple times and each time they say they will be sending it out soon and that there was a delay from the manufacturer. I have now gotten 3 different stories. I would never order from here again.

Ordered a high flow intake kit for my duramax 1800$ they told me it was about 2 weeks out and about 2 months goes by and they finally tell me it's a special order so I ask for my refund they send me a email to their accountant never heard a response to them, been about 3 weeks still haven't seen my money back I'm gonna get the bank involved I guess

I ordered my part December of 2022, by January of 2023 my part hadn't been shipped despite the part being "in stock" on the website. So I emailed the customer service and cancelled Jan 11th it's now March and I have no refund or part. Can't get a hold of anyone in "accounting". Confirm for yourself! Give them a call … no one will answer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'll remove this review if this is ever resolved. I should have looked at the BBB comments reviews. Please do so yourself.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel like people should know that this website is a scam and will take your money. I paid $1300+ for some car parts to put on my vehicle in april 2022 and it is now February 2023 and I have yet to receive my parts or my money back after I have emailed and called numerous times. I have tried and tried and all they do is ignore you or send you to a different department and it goes nowhere. Please do not spend your money here and do not trust this site.

I was promised time and time again that my product was going to be shipped. After several weeks I cancelled the order. I placed the order using AFFIRM. I was told by the sales department the order was canceled but I needed to contact their accounting department about cancelling the affirm loan. So i emailed the accounting department. You get an automatic reply from them asking that I give them 24 hours to respond, that was February 6th...still no response and no refund. Reported to BBB also. Reported the company to Affirm as well. Stealing peoples money is not a good way to do business.

Don't waste your time. They will say the part you need is in stock but it isn't. I've been waiting for a refund of $170 for months. No customer service. Nobody answers the phone and nobody will return your call nor emails. Go report them to better business burough.

I been trying to get my refund for a whole month now. I changed my debit card info so that could be affecting it. But I been calling for a month and no one ever answers the phone. Worst experience I've ever had and I'm still waiting for someone to answer the phone. No answer what's so ever.

I purchased a Flowmaster exhaust and trying to get a ship date. 5 emails 3 messages. Crickets. I even asked for a refund if they can't give me any info and still nothing except robo emails with ticket numbers.

I am very displeased with this company. I purchased a radiator from them and within three months I needed repair. I tried calling and emailing the company and got a generic response and they never got in contact with me. I now have a second leak in the radiator and very angry. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered parts from them and after two weeks without any updates I emailed them for an update. I got a response that the part would ship by the end of the week. The response seemed generic and my part didn't ship. I called and could not talk with anyone had to leave a message. I emailed them that I wanted a response that included actual information that pertained to my specific order and a reason for the delay because their business practices seem fraudulent. They responded by canceling my order but did not contest my claims of fraud. Seems like they are happy to take and hold your money for as long as they can, I don't trust this business.

Ordered (ORDER #*******059) Sinister Diesel turbo pipe on 1/22, never received, requested cancellation and refund on 1/27. They said it was refunded on 1/30, would be 7-10 days. On 2/13/23 still no refund, refuses to answer email or phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Giving a 1 to make sure it registers a review. But should be negative 5. I'm not going to attach any pics, believe me or don't. It's too easy for hackers. I'll just say BUYER BEWARE.
