I made an order with this company a month ago. I have been following up almost daily with emails as well as WhatsApp. Through email they tell me the order is "being shipped this week." But yet that never happens and I never receive a tracking number. Then on WhatsApp, they tell me the order was picked up, but wont provide me a tracking number. They are a SCAM!
And now they are not returning my emails or text messages.

Placed an order and got confirmation email but nothing more. Multiple calls/emails, no response. Crooks!

I bought one 24" tire ($460CAD) and company never sent. Was non compliant with several attempts to resolve, currently trying to get money back. Scam company save your money & the headache dealing with their terrible customer support via email (Grace) as they refuse to answer their phone.I wonder why.

JANUARY 26,2023 ORDER, STILL NO REFUND. THEY ARE EMAILED DAILY AND AS OF 4-18-23 HAVE STOPPED WITH THE AUTOMATED RESPONSE EMAILS.THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE FRAUDS. COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH CALIFORNIA ATTY GEN, CALIFORNIA BUREAU of CAR REPAIR, ORANGE CO. ATTY OFFICE,BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU,FTC. THERE IS A FACEBOOK PAGE DEDICATED TO THE FRAUD AND PEOPLES EFFORTS TO RECOUP THEIR STOLEN MONEY. AUTOMATED EMAIL REPLIES,UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS. THEY ARE THIEVES

I had a terrible experience with mbgram. I ordered a spare part for my car and they confirmed the order but did not provide me with any shipment tracking details. When I reached out to them for an update, they told me that the tracking number would be emailed to me in 48-72 hours. However, when I followed up with them again after waiting for 3 business days, they did not respond. I also tried calling them and reaching out to them on Instagram but did not receive a response. When they finally replied to my email on the 28th, they gave me the same message as before.

At this point, I started doubting that they were just scamming me. I kept messaging them on WhatsApp until they responded to me, saying that there was a problem with the shipment and that it would be done on Friday 31st of March. On Friday, they did not ship and started ignoring my messages again. I kept following up and they finally replied 4 days later on the 3rd of April, claiming that the order was still processing. But at this point, I confirmed that they were just scamming me based on all the hundreds of other experiences I happened to read on various review sites like Trustpilot etc.

I demanded an immediate refund or else I would file a complaint against them for fraud, for which they complied and cancelled my order on the 3rd of April. I received the confirmation email as well and was informed that I would receive the refund in the next 7 to 10 business days. However, I waited patiently for 11 business days to be sure but did not receive any refund. And I have been messaging them since April 13th with no response whatsoever.

I have been scammed and they wouldn't refund my money. I also lodged a complaint with my bank but unfortunately, I had paid with my debit card so I am not really sure if they would be able to help me either.

At this point, I don't have money to get new parts for my car locally nor are they refunding my money and my car has been broken down since then.

Don't look the fake reviews on here or you'll lose your money. Search the Facebook group MBenzgram/MBgram waiting on refund group. Also search the BBB and read the 100's of reviews there. They'll take your money and never deliver a product or refund, even though they claim "It shows done on our end."

Don't buy anything from mbgram. They don't send you your part and refuse to return your money. Lost $500 with them. MBGRAM is a scam.

My husband bought a carburetor they never sent it, he asked for refund they told him 7 to 10 days, its been 2 weeks and we haven't got our refund

This company is a bunch of thiefs take your money and send nothing buyers beware no refund no parts they should be in jail

Ordered a flowmaster exhaust for my 22 bronco in November 2022, no parts, same BS, "shipping is updating tracking number" or "tracking number will be sent within 48-72 hours" I have left at least 3 voicemail messages because nobody ever answers the phone after holding at least 20 minutes, nobody ever calls you back. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT P.O.S. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered a 3 1/2" Borla resonator on February 11th and never received it. I cancelled the order in late March and ask for a refund.No one will respond to me. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them! They charged my account $190.80

Take your money and never send the product. Keep saying send in a week or two. Cancel your order then they don't refund you. They'll tell you that the refund has been sent and theylm say to contacting their accounting department. When you do no one responds. There's a whole Facebook group about this company scamming people out of thousands of dollars. Try calling and no one ever answers. Do not buy anything from this company. The only thing you'll get is a lighter checkbook.

Waiting on parts sense 09/04/22 have called and emailed trying to get an idea of what is taking so long they don't answer the phone and haven't received an email back at all for a $2000 order I'm not happy with no reply

I paid 165.00 for a flowmaster 70 almost two months ago. They keep going in circles. They review your order,then they stall, and stall, then they review again. I've been through the routine 3 times. I'm out good money because of them. These good reviews must be their family.

This company is a joke. Took my uncles $1000 and he never got the tires at his money back. Thieves. K

I ordered something from this site 2 weeks ago and still have not received a shipping confirmation. I have emailed 4 times called 4 times texted and messaged on all forms of social media only to never make contact with a real person listening to hold music for a total of 3 hours and receiving bot replies to emails. I called directly to the manufacturer of the part I ordered and they have it in stock and drop ship to sellers customers but they have no record of my name or address so clearly the order has not been placed. This doesn't even seem like a real business so I am not sure why Google would make it a preferred seller with this complete lack of customer service.

On the 3/6/23 i ordered a ride tech 4link and coil overs for my 64 galaxie its now the 4/4/23 and i still cant get any one to answer the phone or call me back. They charged my account within 24 hours but for almost a month all they can email me back is our shipping department will send u an update in 48/72 hours...they have told me that 4 times now and one time they said they would have me a shipping confirmation by end of the day that never happened...so at this point i called ride tech direct and asked if it was a custom build to see if that was the hold up. RIDE TECK SAYS THAT MBGRAM ISNT A DEALER FOR THEM AND THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE AND ITS A HASSEL FOR THE CUSTOMER... I wouldn't order anything from them again! I would put pictures in the cements but I don't have anything to take pictures of

ZERO STARS. SCAMMERS WHO DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS. JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HOPE YOU FORGET ABOUT THE ORDER.

I ordered a part from this POS place almost two months ago and they still have not shipped it. They will not answer the phone and they will not ship the part. It is automated and they take your money and don't care about giving you what you paid for. JUNK BUSINESS!

Fraud company, said product was backordered after I ordered it... strung me along for a month until i realized the company was fake. What a pain.
