This guys take your money and never give you a straight answermbgram took me for 747.00 turn them but nothing become of it. Steve Schmidt got for 695.00 he does live in Indianapolis's so that's a good thing file a complaint with the attorney general office jury still out next my attorney gonna cost but hopefully I will prevail and get everything back.

I ordered items from this company last year thinking I was getting a deal because it was on sale they said it would take up to a month to a month and a half I said okay then I kept contacting them afterwards they said I am getting ready to ship almost 4 months went by then I canceled the order they said refunded no refunds no items they won't return any calls to me if they do say anything to me in emails they tell me it will be taken care of right away and now it has been up to 6 months I had to get a loan to purchase this item I am still making payments the people who have the loan through tell me they cannot help me because it has been more than 60 days then I look and I see other people say the same thing I'm seriously thinking about calling a lawyer and getting his other people involved and find the lawsuit against this company that is ripping people off I paid them almost $800 and I'm making payments on it if 10 people had that $800 that would be $8,000 I'm sure it's way more than that I don't understand how these big companies can get away with it and then you look and their review is a four-star? I guess I don't matter and new to these other people that paid their money and received nothing I'm not done with this?

I placed my order back in the beginning of April and I haven't received an email on the status of my order. I can't track my order and I have tried to contact them multiple times through email and I have called over and over for the past 2 months and can't get in contact with anyone. I would not recommend ordering from this company ever

They never sent item and wont send a refund ive been trying for 7 months. Dont do business with them!

I returned my exhaust system and it was received by the associate Felicia on February 16th. I have sent more than 50 emails to customer support as well as the accounting department and have continuously got the runaround saying my refund will be processed soon by customer service but have never received one response from accounting and I have yet to receive the refund for my exhaust system and I paid over $200 to have it returned so I am out over $1000, please spend your money elsewhere as this company is full of thieves and crooks. I am not the only one that has had their money stolen. Some people have never received the product and others never received a refund just like me.

This company has stolen thousands of dollars from people. We have FB page regarding their unethical illegal practices. If you've bought anything contact your bank or credit card company immediately. If you use a debit card you have a very limited time to receive a refund. They will string you along, never answer the phone or emails. We created a Venmo account just to receive my refund but never received my money. Don't buy from them! We have pending cases with the Attorney General in Ca. The ticket number for cases are the same when requesting a refund! Stay far away from these scum bags! Also go to their website, no reviews, go to YouTube, no comments are allowed.

I ordered a high pressure fuel pump in December it's been over 6 months still no part still no refund this is a scam they will not talk to you they will not call you back they will just scam you

I bet most of those 1500 positive reviews are fake. This company is a scam through and through. They'll let you submit an order and take your payment. Then they send you bogus email saying they'll contact you when the product ships. Guess what, it never ships! You can call the phone number listed and leave a message but no one answers and no one will call you back. I waited over 6 months for my item and sent numerous emails ans got the same response "it will ship next week". When I finally asked for a refund they stop replying to me. Total fraud of a company. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Stay away from this company matter of fact RUN! Check out the Facebook group of over 500 members they have scammed including me. Finally did get my money back after after 2 months and intense emailing,filing complaints with FTC,Orange County consumer complaint dept,and credit card company! They never answer the phone and won't return calls,only generate computer emails trying to string you along until your time is up to dispute charges. Even offered a lower price to me if I could just wait a bit longer! What a joke I had already paid for the part in full!

Cancello about the order from the date of the 17th of the month until it floated and until today, they will not return my right to my bankruptcy in my personal account

I ordered a pair of off-road shocks and diff. Breather kit from MB Gram totalling over $1200. I never recieved the parts. After months of calling to ask where my parts were, I cancelled the order. They say that since the order was so old they couldn't refund my money!

I ordered a msd ignition waited two weeks never got a tracking number. Emailed and asked when it would ship, quick response saying it was shipping that week. 2 weeks later i sent an email saying if it hasnt shipped yet please return my money plus 10% they didnt respond. 5 days later i asked for my money or a tracking number no response. I tried calling multiple times no annswer. Horrible customer service, i am only selecting 1 star. It will not allow me to select zero stars

I urge you to check the BBB reviews and other online reviews along with the Facebook group named "MBenzgram / Mbgram waiting on refund group" before ordering from this company. Thousands of people have lost their money and never received their items. After you order company will tell you the item/s aren't in stock and are on back order and they will continue saying that as long as they can. They do not answer phone calls and emails either go unanswered or get a vague and unhelpful response. There are also multiple pending lawsuits against this company. The only chance you will have to get your money back will be to report it to your bank/credit card company. Then you will have a hard time and they may or may not refund you. Myself and many others initially received a refund from our bank (NOT from the company) only for the bank to come back & say they're taking your refund back. I am shocked this company is still operating and still has a website online accepting orders. Unless you feel like giving your money away and not getting anything, don't order from this place!

This side is a fraud placed an order over 2 months and still no tracking info every time I enquired they said tracking info will be sent and still nothing. Now they don't respond to my email and nobody ever answers the phone stay away from this site

After waiting eight days for them to ship my order I decided to cancel it. It has now been three weeks since canceling my order and I still have not received my refund after I was told it would only take a week. There is no point in calling them because they will not answer and you'll be lucky to get a response via email.

THE BIGGEST SCAMMER around been waiting on my refund of $1314.04 for a set of tires that never came for 3 weeks I gave them a chance to respond there response was there system was down, I had enough of the BS so cancel the order March 30th, 2023 it is now April 25th, 2023. On April 4th they said the refund was being processed but have not seen anything pending to my account so looks like it's a lost on my end. Lesson Learned I have every email sent between us. They don't get a Star from me won't let me submit review without giving

Check out better business bureau - they rate this site as a SCAN. I have been waiting 6 months for the parts. No one ever answers the phone. The email system sends a pre recorded reply. It has taken other customers over a year to get a refund. I am now speaking to a Lawyer.
