It's a worst site among other site available in real estate for selling of flat. It's a waste of money to give add in this site(Magic Bricks)

I showed interest for one listing and next thing i know 2-3 brokers not even listed on the property contact person started calling me asking what i am looking for. I wanted to check out the one property that was posted not consult them for other properties. I dont even know how my number was forwarded by magicbricks to multiple brokers. Just pathetic... dont trust the site people

I had listed my property and paid subscription. But the intimations I got about interested parties were all fake. When I tried to unsubscribe, they kept sending mails despite my unsubscribing almost 6-7 times. Terrible people.

I listed my property for rent. Received a mail saying someone is interested. I tried to contacting the interested party through email and phone but couldn't. To view the phone number of the interested party I had to become a member only to know that it was a fake interest. I wonder if the website is doing this so that they can get more customers and can make money.

I will suggest to every people who want to buy/sell property, Kindly don't believe on MagicBricks as no one will call you. It's fake

All in the magicbricks are masters of making a fool of their clients...

They are a real cheaters... Just ask a review from any of their client's... Many of their clients mostly all will give you a negative feedback.

The entire management is fake.

Worst company to associate with, Total Fraud till you purchase people will be after you, explaining about all the benefits, once the payment is done you will receive Invoice that's the end of the story, you have to chase for the concerned person, you will get only one response we are not responsible for your leads. They are very good at trapping people pls dont fall for their false promises.

Absolute waste if Money. They are un regulated. They hold back customers and ask you to pay more. Total crap hole. Pls avoid wasting your time or money on magic bricks. I am a gold member in magic bricks.

After taking package a wrong property was listed on my account and when I called them no one picked the phone every day I used to call several times and once a person picked up and said I will receive a call and till this date I have never ever received any call

This is one of the worst businesses run by lying, cheating, greedy, dishonest, conmen of India. DO NOT post anything on their website. DO NOT PAY them anything.

I took a gold package rs 2200 to sell my flat in chennai.
After Property photo verification is done.
Only 2 buyers response from magicbricks.com from the past 1 month.
Compared to 99acrs.com i got 23 buyers response.
I asked to magicbricks customer care there is no response.
Very worst website pls dont buy magicbricks package.

I think They have not a agent review system on Portal. Beacuse of realistic reviews they can not work longterm and there has many fraud agents. I experienced in last month. SO JUST BEWARE FROM BOKERS ON MAGICBRICKS

The Worst Pathetic Real Estate Portal Ever Used. I cannot post two similar adds having different property photos and area details.The Worst User Experience ever. Complained to the Support team More the Three times. Even Mailed the Support Team Twice NO CRM at all. The Worst Customer Interaction. No Queries are solved.
