Its worest service base portal where neither there team respond nor service they are my property to myself. When I am try to contact them no respond.
Don't take there services.

Was looking for a flat to rent on magic brick but couldn't Find it then I got a call from there representative ask to be prime customer after paying some amount, I did made the payment and after they didn't respond to my message or call. They just cheated for the prime member ship and money bit did not helped me to find a flat.

Had taken a rent agreement, didn't hear any thing from them, ate my 500₹.
Best is the customer care looks unaware.
Take only free service from them, don't pay any thing to these b**t**ds.
I don't know why celebrity like Ayushman khurana associated with them. I saw him then only choose MB over No broker.
No broker is far far better than them for dealing.

I have paid my money on 11th March 2022 for add. Initially they promised a photoshoot and Descrition writing etc. even after 11 days they dont respond at all. No provision for raising complaint in the website. No Higher ups contact no. No supervisor comes on call. Dont trust this company post add. I am fed-upe the company

Biggest cheaters. They take money and no responses. Before taking money they say, if you dont get 10 responses, your entire money will be refunded. If there are no responses and if we call them, they say since you purchased online, your money will not be refunded. Biggest cheaters.

There is concept for them called privacy... by mistake I enquired about a property in this nonsense site. Science then I am getting somany spam calls. Govt need to take action on this sites

It's my humble request to all of you. Pls don't waste your time and money. They are pakka FRAUD... I don't want to pen more than this.
Once they get your money. Everything changes... I have taken their service 2 times as I was desperate to sell my property. Both the time they cheated. You will never get any response or even if you get, that will be false... they have several gimmics to play in this. Pakka FRAUDS

As soon as I opted for paid services I got call from five different people, all claiming to be from defence/army. They tried to convince me that they are really interested in my property and gave me all sorts of Army ID cards.
Pls be aware of these genuine looking fraudsters.

They are the biggest idiots of India. They do nothing and just show off. They only follow up with those who seek their services and never help

MB told that they have started a new Titanium Pro Service that included Relationship Manager to support the sale of my apartment for one month. It ahs already been 15 days since I paid for this service and no one has got in touch with me. They appear to be a fraud company.

I took paid service from Magicbrick.com for my house rent,
It is titanium package top most, not able to see people contact, with credit point you have to get contact.
Search few contact but all look like dummy,
Out of eight only one visited to see flat.
No direct contact searching ppl not able to see you contact.

It is total waste of money.

This is fraud site, they oversell their products and promise things that their service are not capable to deliver. I brought a platinum package to rent out my property and after spending 4K all I received were fraud calls from over 30 people. It was scary and put me at high risk and vulnerable for fraudulent transactions. When I demanded refund I was refused showing some $#*!ty clauses from their agreements which they will never show at the time of buying a package. These kinds of companies should be banned in India

Worst app ever all fraudsters telling us to open gpay and scan code thinking us fools, be very careful and also I took silver pack which is of no use because all north indians frauds are calling us telling that they have been transferred and doing all kinds of frauds be very careful pls

It's a big fraud. They use unfair means to attract business. To attract a paid advertisement they send you false interest in your property to say that so many people show interest in your property. They send you false emails. Never take a paid advertisement with magicbricks. It's useless, worthless and waste of money.

What could be worst than anything and that is "MagicBricks!". No one should go through this paid Services either Owner, brokers or builders. Their customer care service and team of MagicBricks worst after getting packages they will act smart. They won't listen yours problems!

Do not buy anything from magicbricks they are frauds I purchased 15 owners contact package but they shared contacts of already rented out property and when asked for refund they refused saying that you have utilized their package they are looters, theives and frauds. Don't be in their traps and water your money.

Stay away from them, they are our there to grab your money. I lost Rs. 3500 to them. No services were offered but, I did get many calls from them asking me to purchase more services for Rs. 10,000 or more. When I asked them to return the money they charged, the rep hung up on me. All efforts to contact them were wasted.
Enough said, you are warned, stay clear...

Spread the word. Don't pick any plans magic bricks provide. They are bigtime scammers!. I happened to select an ad for posting an appartment for sale. After all the details, before posting they ask you to pick a plan. The scam they do here is, the shown packages are not for ads that are related to sale, they are only for rentals. But right after the payment, it shows up as failed on magic bricks while the amount has been debited from you. A customer care guy phones you up immediately after a minute talking related to the ad, and says the package is for rental (when clearly you go through the steps of posting for sale) and then tells no refund only package conversion is possible, and shows a bunch of plans that starts almost 3x the amount you payed. Don't even think of selecting those (if u think u want to salvage the amount spent), those are mostly even deeper scams, as read by other reviews where most of their services don't even work. I lost my money, raised a dispute with the merchant as fraud. Donot fall for their traps. Up vote this if you found it useful or had a similar experience.

I wanted to sell my property(magic bricks ID *******) and on request/ persuation by their sales person purchased Platinum Plus package by spending Rs. 7189 on 4th Sept'21.

After that despite my repeated telepne calls and emails, no body cared to render the serivces promised in the package and the account even after 4days is still running as'Free account', except counting down validity period of the package.

I have far far better experience with housing.com and 99acres.com for property related service.

I like to caution everyone to stay away from purchaing any package of magicbricks and get cheated like me.
