Bought Platinum pro package. Service delivery pathetic. Listing does not even appear in the relevant search. In spite of flagging the issue with support through calls and email no resolution provided. Responses largely from brokers. Do not recommend.

Magic bricks is the worst platform to list your properties in, Once they sell you a package for listings they don't give a Damm about the customer. They have an extremely pathetic back end team that do not know from their elbow to their backside. Extremely disgusting and pathetic customer service but when they want to sell a. Package they give all false commitments and never stick to it and the mobile app sucks and their server is down most of the time. On the whole a $#*!ty company with the most un professional set of idiots managing it.

Magicbricks is a fraud company. I had listed my property with them. With their sweet and flowery words they made me purchase their Gold Pro account. The executive told me that she will be available on whatsapp and call anytime I wanted. After purchasing the account she vanished in thin air. After multiple calls went unanswered. I made a complaint the next day itself that I want a refund. I have been calling them practically every day and they give me wierd excuses everyday. This company is totally dedicated to duping their customers.

Recently posted my rental property on magic bricks and upgraded to premium for maximum listings. But we are not able to upload the photos of the rental property from our end. After sending multiple emails and follow up customer service calls to them they finally uploaded the photos. And whatever responses we get are irrelevant to our current location. I seriously doubt the use of upgrading to silver. When contacted to the customer care they are telling that the location is visible to others. But why would people show interest in a location which they don't need. Till now we have contacted the responses and everyone is telling they are not able to see the location. This magic bricks is total scam. The responses are generated just for name sake so that we would think we are getting tenants.

Hello Guys, NRI here. I ahev listed my property on magic bricks and found out that all the intreast shown by potential renters is fraud. Its managed "internally" by magic brick staff members. Some people call to extort money from us. they say that they will transfer 10$ and ask us to transfer 40,000 or so as they have transferred the deposit and rent. Total $#*! bags and fraudsters. After number of mails to customer service and chatting with them i came to a conclusion that this is a fraud setup. The company is fraud. There is no direct contacting line. They are duping innocent customers of their money. Please stay away from this $#*! bags. $#*! you magic bricks

While taking the service I was informed that I should buy "Till you Sell new" service as it is the best service.

Assuming this is the top package with all the services. But after taking the service I found that each and every smallest service is separate and many services are not included and only'customer contact me' is the service included in the package. Others included are useless services. 1a) I cannot connect with customers. I need to buy credits separately what kind of foolish system is it? 1b) I receive mails that "1 New requirement for Commercial Office Space on Rent/Lease in Andheri| Send Proposal Now" but when I click and try to submit a proposal to the close matching requirement as per me, it rejects that not matching my property so I cannot submit. If MagicBricks system is smart enough to find whether it is matching or not then why at first place it is showing me the recommendation just wasting my time. 1c) I am now advised to buy some other package and pay the difference of 7500/- more for getting the credits. And it is suggested that this is the best package for my property. How are you people making fools of the customer? 1d) I have not received even a single end user call for property requirements, whereas I was informed that there are 100s of buyers looking for my property type, very strange? All 100 vanished the very same time when I purchased the package? Infact I am receiving more calls from magic bricks people for useless reasons. For eg I received the call from MagicBricks(5 days after package pruchase) saying that "your property has gone in the back and potential customers are not able to contact you" this means even after buying the package my property is not properly visible to their own people. Again fooled me.
I would request everyone to share all these reviews with your friends to atleast they are not fooled by them.

I am now 100% sure that MB is a fraud company and fraud website. I paid for the ad, and I am getting emails that there are 11 people, or sometimes 17 people who are interested in my property. It would display only one number who upon contacting said that he is not even looking for property.
I asked MB to provide me the numbers of rest of gthe people but tthere is no convincing response from Prashant ******* *******.
Dont fall into their trap and get looted.

After unsubscribing, deactivating account, even after talking to support over the email, still you guys send promotional emails to an individual and fill their email box with your emails. Do you even know not everyone shift their property on daily basis? Stop this nonsense.

Horrible experience... an idiot and liar relationship manager named Shreyansh kr was assigned... he made some fake sale promises and made me to pay 4k... he told that if the property is not sold in 3 months he can extend for 1 month extra. I went by his words and after 3 months when I asked for 1 month extra he just felt from sky and said that I am lying and he haven't said that previously... the sales people like Shreyansh kr is horrible who doesn't respond after they receive the payment... my order id is *******... kindly take care of this incident... the experience that I got I wil never recommend anyone from my friends and relatives to go for magic bricks and I will publish my experience in every platform of social media...

Please be aware of your upgrades on this website it's waste of time and your money.
Usually, people will upgrade for their response but not this one which u can trust.

DONT EVER GO FOR PAID SUBSCRIPTION. THE MARKETING PEOPLE WILL BE BEHIND YOU THE MOMENT YOU POST FREE OR PAID AD, REQUEST YOU TO UPGRADE. THEY DON'T HONOR WHAT THEY COMMITTED ONCE YOU MAKE PAYMENTS. THEY JUST DISAPPEAR.

AND THE SUPPORT AND OTHER CONTACTS ARE PATHERIC. THE MAGICBRICS WEBSITE IS WORST AND NON USERFRIENDLY. FREE AD IS OKAY. PAID AD, BIG NO. YOU DON'T GET PENNY OUT OF THE MONEY YOU SPEND FOR PAID AD. ALL BOGUS MARKETING WITHOUT ETHICS.

A girl of Magic Bricks keep visit my office till get the cheque of Rs 10,000/-. She explained Package of Rs 14,000/-

Told me to give Rs 4,000/- when u feel response is good

I got only 4 responses against Rs 10,000/- they stop my subscription in one months only to collect remaining 4,000/-

Its very big scam running into the shadow of big Celebrates Add.

After paying these guys 30 time more than a news paper advertisement it was a pure waste of money... due to personal reasons we decided to keep on roof to ourself after post the advertisement... these guys simply refuse to make this change saying it was against their policy... within 10 days I had wasted 3000 +18%gst amount for their gold membership

I bought diamond package but was fir nothing. It's a really cheating site. Better to donate the amount instead of buying the f ing pckgs of these b. Grs.

Magic bricks is a website I would not recommend for anyone wanting to buy/sell/rent a property. Their paid or free service is bad and the clients they recommend are either agents or people randomly picked without any interest in the property. Most of the phone numbers they provide are either switched off or non-existent.
In my 3 month subscription, I got only 2 serious clients. Basically, it's a waste of money to buy their services.

At the outset, I would like to convey my disgusting experience with Magic Bricks.
This Your Sales person was desparately chasing me for payment on 17th Oct. I did transfer the amount of Rs. 8000 on 17th Oct. He had clearly assured that the ad would go live on same day. The matter for this ad was already listed with photographs under free ad category. It was clearly informed that there is no need of photo shoot from your end. Photos already posted by me were sufficient.

Name of Sales person is JATIN GABA

Surprisingly, around 13th Nov I got a phone call for scheduling the photoshoot. The person told me that the ad would be posted after photo shoot.

Since there was a delay of nearly 3 weeks from date of payment, I had informed that there is no point in going ahead with photoshoot and Magic Bricks should refund the amount paid by me because of no action from their side.

I am now waiting for refund, failing which I have to take up the matter with consumer forum.
