I paid MagicBricks 1099 to see the pictures of the property and to get the owners' phone numbers, but I'm not getting the numbers or seeing the pictures of the property. My emails to them go unanswered, and their phone number is unreachable. Sheer waste of money.

I took a small package worth 3600/- on 10th of Oct 2022 to sell my property in Hyderabad. The next hour a dirty fellow from MB called me and insisted to take titanium plus which will cost around *******/- and this package i took is waste and there will be no responses from buyers he told. Believing him i upgraded by paying nearly *******/-. Today is 19 th Oct and i got 6 responses. ALL THE RESPONSES I GOT ARE FAKE AND firmly i believe that Magic bricks only does this fake responses and all numbers of these responses will be switched off. Also for the package of ******* /- only 5 responses are free! All fake responses.The photo shoot of the peoperty was also done after so many days after so much insisting them.

These people are cheaters and they dont know the terms like "Honesty", "Dedication" "Commitment". They tell lies all the time.

BEWAREEEE OF THIS FRAUDSTERS. Dont take even small packages that cost 3k also... Go for 99 acres or Housing. I feel very depressed for loosing *******/-. Dont buy anything in MB! If even 1 person abstain from buying by reading my review I will be happy... I want to give negative rating but not possible. Avoid MB or get cheated by these fraudsters!

Extremely unethical staff behaviour, will call you 100 times to take money and sell packages, with promise of refund, but while you ask they will not pick your calls, usra siddique is highly unprofessional, will disconnect calls at your face, ignore messages when you request for any refund, fake promises, they will close the complaints even with no solutions, no proper mails, no customer complaints redressal, such organisations are so much fraud, building repo just by fake advertisements, please stay away from them, its a regret choosing them. I can every proof and their voice recordings, everything.

Do not take their subscription. This platform is not useful for individuals who are looking for properties direct from owners, not from any agent.
Rather you can take no broker's paid services.
Their RM managers and the person who contacts you and tries to convenience you to take paid services and you will get a flat, are of no help.

It gives fake leads, wasting time and money. And even after taking a 6 month package, it keeps on asking for taking a new package.

It's the most fraudulent site I have come across…I took a titanium pack from them. Till the sales person, Mr. Khalid, did his sales, he called me daily atleast twice. After the sales was done, he has just evaporated. Not picking up the calls. No update has been put in my profile. I cannot access it to do it myself. Lost 7200 rupees becoz I fell into this trap..

Had a horrible experience!
They are big fraudsters scamming renters into buying plans that don't work as promised.
They need to be brought to justice for engaging in such practices.
I purchased the Mb Pro plan, that's supposed to be valid for 90 days with a guarantee of reachability to 35 owners. Within a couple of days of purchase, the contact limit got exhausted automatically (I had barely contacted a handful of contacts). Furthermore, I can't even contact any agent on their platform nor can see their contact details. And to make things worse, they would keep sending stupid emails everyday with $#*!ty property matches generated by some crappy matching algorithm.

They just take money for advertising your property, after taking money the do nothing,
Your property is not visible to others.
No way to communicate authorities of magic bricks for complain.

I purchased basic plan then there is absolutely no response. There is no way to reach them and only they can call you if they want. Its a waste of money to buy any plan from Magicbricks. They committed to return my money back as I have not used there service, but no response from them.

Magic bricks is not gud app. Property koi v show nhi. Hoti... Jb refund k liya bola bilte aap ne use kr liya. Mujhe mera refund nhi mila. Pls don't waste time and money.

The company itself is a big fraud. From top to bottom everyone working there is a fraud. Recently about one month ago I had purchased their premium titanium package. After I purchased I asked them why is it not showing on my app then they told me due to some server issues it will be updated later on my app so they suggested me to use their portal which I did. After some days I asked them y is it still showing that you haven't bought any package on my app. They replied the same thing bcoz of server issue. Yesterday I found out that the ad which was showing on the portal has also been removed. When I tried calling them they were not accepting my calls. So, my suggestion to all those who are using this app. Kindly don't use your hard earned money on this fraudulent organization. It's a shame to have this kind of a company working in our country... pathetic experience

Their advt trafficking team forces us to use paid ads which we agreed and charged us ******* for the advt

To my shock they placed our ad in 1000 category instead of the sum of 10,000 i paid for

All fake phone calls from agents no promotion. Magic bricks are real eatate online thugs operating and looting customera in india and elsewhere in the world I'm sure but have no legit

Please cuatomers buying and selling or renting property on magic bricks; this is the worst portal in the world to place buy sell anything.

Mine was the worst experience ever so please dont touch this portal with a barge pole

I bought Titanium plan for my property in Chandigarh. Got ZERO response and no photographs done since last 10 days. Now they are asking me to upgrade plan for response. And the guy - mr Suman who sold me the plan is not picking my calls. Its a fraudulent service with ZERO results. Would suggest dont waste money on them

They offered me a full refund package if I am not able to get a tenant through them within a set of days(90). I bought the package. The package comes with free photoshoot of the property. It tooks 2 weeks follow up to get the photoshoot done. "always they say tomorrow". Because this frustration I registered (free service option, no free photoshoot, so I uploaded my mobile taken photos only) in 99 acres, within 8 days I was able to finalize the tenant through 99 acres. Then I reached out to magicbrick for refund as per the package offer. They asked me the copy of rental agreement and proof of their purchase. I sent bankstatement screenshot and full agreement. Its now almost one month I and no response from them. Since I am outside india, its very hard for me to call them during their hours, but still I am doing that. Now they are not responding. So please please please do not buy any paid service from them. I was thinking to take 7000rs package, but then my luck I finalized with 4200 rs one and thats just gone. They wont do what they say or offer.

Please don't fall victim to this company. One way or other they will cheat you. My bad experience is too long to explain here. Have to find a way to shut them down.
