Fraud and scam, purchase service on Aug 10th still no services given, escalate in Twitter still no response shame on magic brick, sales employee called Suman be careful while dealing with him gives false promises to do a fraud and scam, not recommended to any one, boycott

Magic brick packers and movers are fraud.

Magicbrick packers and movers took my household items and my car on the very next day commiting me to deliver my belonging from Delhi to pune in 3-5 days.

After picking the belongings, Thay cal me and say that it will be delivered in 10 days.

After 5 days when I called, they said it will reach today. It is bieng unloaded. The car is bieng washed etc. etc.

Now it has been 18 days and No one is picking the call and I dont know where my belonging worth rs. 14 lacs are.

I am going to police station tomorrow to raise a FIR against them. I hope my belongings are safe.

Worst experience of any app I've ever used. They called for their premium subscription, which we took, which was the biggest mistake. Each and every property we contacted was fake, either with the wrong contact number or not working or unfair pricing and housing details. Brokers were also asking for 3k just to visit the property even with a premium subscription, we raised this issue and asked for a refund which they denied. I would never recommend not just using but even downloading this app.

I had never thought that a popular site like magicbricks is full of scammers and fraudsters.I was searching for verified PGs in Mumbai and listed down few options.Upon contacting the PGs,all would ask for id proof, deposit amount for preparing visiting id.They would not share the location of the PG or would deny meeting in person.Once the payment was done they stopped picking calls.When I did some more reading on the internet about magicbricks,came across that this scam is already there and called as 'Gate Pass Scam'.I'm writing this review to make others beware to not send money as scammers have flooded the website with fake information.

My experience with Magic Bricks was an absolute nightmare. I paid 6k for their so-called relaxation services with high hopes of finding new tenant for my home, only to be met with disappointment, frustration, and a sense of being cheated. The customer support was abysmal, with slow response times and a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns. The information provided about properties was misleading and inaccurate, leading to wasted time and false expectations. What was even more disheartening was the discovery that some listings were deceitful, as properties were already sold or unavailable. Magic Bricks' actions were a betrayal of trust, and I strongly advise against using their services. They have shown a complete disregard for customers and ethical business practices.

I paid 5k.They said photoshoot available.But that guy didn't come.These people are not responding.i lost 5k.dont pay to magic bricks.i am fed-up with follow up.useless app.

Here you trapped by many angle. I explain all to you

First by company itself they told you to buy a plan and after that no response they give. They did not attained your call

Secondly by app itself lots of fake property posted by agent with different ID, different mobile number.

You can see that same property in different price range.

Third your Feel no. Of contact under your Plan is waste due to call on fake property.

4th, 95% property posted by fake agent, they asked you to deposit 1000,2000 and any other amount before visit to property.

So please please I request you to don't buy any plan.

You may feel it(plan) is much cheaper than paying to property dealer. But you will lost lots of time to call on fake properties.

I am witness these all.

And I believe in KARMA. They definitely get punishment by KARMA.

He targeted Elita Garden Vista 4th Floor 1 BHK House rent scam.

He uses multiple UPI and QR scan code for scamming.If fail then he might ask you to share your PAN ID.AADHAR CARD and OTP for refunding your money.Be Alert.

They got a movers which is just a bunch of guys working in the street with odd jobs. Conveniently they keep the policy such that, they are ok to do the packing and load furniture without payment but payment should be 100% made before they unload. They almost blackmail. Unprofessional vendor. Hand done work and left without fixing furniture, most of wood furnitures are water damaged. Lot of scratches. After going through review, thank got, I atleast got my stuff.

We paid to Magicbricks under the Premium category to access the details of the owners. With Rs.1600 you can access 30 owners and agents. We maid contacts to 16 people and out of that all of them either had no property listed and they had requested Magicbricks to pull the ad longtime ago, and 13 were invalid numbers or did not existed. We spoke to the customer care twice, the first time they shared that for each wrong leads they will increase the numbers by that logic our number should have included beyond 3O contacts which only increased to 35 when 14 were wrong contacts. Second time we asked them for a refund as we were becoming tired of surfing, calling up people and getting to know they don't exist but they refused to give back the refund as per their policy. It seems they are trying to screen their current contacts basis on our feedback to weed out the unnecessary ones rather than doing it on their own. It is quite a task for us and the service is very very poor and below the required standard.
I think they should find better ways of making money rather than using unfair means.

Once you take the package, you will immediately realize how fraud MAGICBRICKS is. Thier promises are fake, their tenants calls are fake, their customer service is fake. Registered customers receive only fraudsters calls everyday saying that they are into defense services, stay in different place, they don't want to see the property personally. And they want to transfer the security deposit directly into our bank account showing their fake IDs. I don't understand why only MAGICBRICKS registered customers get these cyber crime calls as soon as they list their property on the subject company's website. I want to bring the awareness of this fake company in the public as much as possible. I strongly believe that their management is behind all this scam. Probably the owner of this company may think that no one can reach him and take action against him. But there is some power in the nature which takes care of everything. They never lead their life happily with this kind of earnings by cheating public. It is a curse for their family.

Magicbricks cheats their customers after making them pay for titanium package. They say that the price is too much and hence deactivate the ad. Terrible customer service. Takes atleast 4 to 5 days for one response. Don't waste your money.

I bought a package from Satyam who gave me a lot of promises before making the payment but he keeps disconnecting my calls, I sent him a Gaali message and he blocked me

Please dont see house to buy or sell house magicbricks they always ask money but never do next step im waiting for 3 months to sell my flat no response just call and ask to pay money after payment done no response

Worst place for lead generation. Worst customer support. They will eat your money and will provide you no lead.

Magicbricks sold me a premium package worth 2k assuring me they will find me a 3BHK villa in my budget and to my specifications in 90 days. After making the payment in Dec 2022, I could see properties but when I contact the seller no details were sent to me by sms. I contacted customer support and no resolution. I then wrote many emails and they ased me to take screen recordings but confirmed I will get no refund. I just wasted money on these idiots who only have one button working on their app which is to accept payment. Nothing that helps the customer ends up working. Please beware and don't loose your money like I did because these guys are happy to cheat you. They also tell me after escalating that I supposedly contacted 2 sellers so I can't get a refund now. But the 2 sellers I supposedly contacted were details that their customer service asked me to chick duing the call to check if the issue was fixed... All scammers. I have deleted their app and will never be using these thieves again.

These are frauders. I have subscribed Prime membership of 3500/- but my package is not activated yet.Inspite of lots of follow ups there is no response.

They pestered with 100 calls until I purchased the pro package paying more than 1200rs, and promised me a relationship manager within 24hours who will help find a property and also send videos of upto 3 properties after visiting the house. Guess what? It's now more than 192 hours 8 days now, and NO relationship manager has been assigned or any help finding property has been provided. Only my money has been taken. Tell me if this isn't robbery or not? White collared thieves!
