I have bought quite a few items from this place and we all know it's a gamble! I do buy insurance on electronics and other items.
Some of there stores take good pics and describe them like they should and other stores do not take pics at all or they are so bad.
Well I bought a few items as in a tool box and tool chests. The pics I saw were very helpful and the descriptions were good. That being said I got two items recently and the item number one was in a box unopened! The pics show it was opened!? Right sit back and read what's about to happen…. Lol
2nd item had a few pics but it was not the item I bid on!
As in the item on there site amd the link to that very same item was not the one in the box when I got home.
So I get home the box was so ripped that they could have taken better pictures of is. But no they put ip a false item and said its new store price was a lot higher than the actual item I got! Crazy right ….
So I get home I can't even open 3 draws on this item absolutely nothing came with it all missing and no keys to this tool chest. I don't know who's the manager at this location but she/he aren't doing the job correctly at all.
So no wheels, no keys, no padding, no handles, no mats and on top of that I can't even open the three out of the 6 draws!
Plus it's the wrong model it's the older model that they don't sell anymore!
It's only 250$ but they have it listed for 512$ so that one of many items I have found.

We all need to signup and file a lawsuit against this company selling stuff and half assing it sorry but there are no other words.

I owned a restaurant if you ordered a Rubin sandwich and I gave you a roast beef sandwich you would be pissed off! I would be as well, big companies should not be able to get away with this and keep steeling off our hard earned money!

I get that I got this for 180$ but this model brand new is about 50-65$ more but it comes not severely damaged and with handles, towel holder wheels mats and inside mats and keys! Plus the lot fee and the 15% tier tax plus the 7% county tax.

So people need to start to speak up and take action today!

The Warren warehouse runs like a well oiled machine! It is extremely easy to receive your packages in a timely manner. Charity helped me today and was very friendly! The whole process only took about 15 minutes!

I wouldn't buy anything from them I bought several things including two pallets everything I bought was either broken needed chargers needed batteries that were supposed to be included but weren't there I bought two pallets the first pallet wasn't too bad half the stuff was OK the rest was garbage the second pallet I bought was full of mice poop garbage everything was broken items were missing the packages were there for the item it was supposed to be in the package was gone talk to the manager too bad he says you bought it it's yours well that's what the Mac bit agreement says in this case I pad for mice poop and it was full of it I know how I Bit the Bulletand I'll take it brought it home and threw it all in the garbage there was nothing worth anything That's my story

I was In Monroeville at M@C and the manager was super helpful. You have to be careful but I love it!

If it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't. Buy items new with a guarantee. Mac charges additional fee so buyer can return items when they don't work or missing parts that cost more than if you bought the item new. Sounds like a double charge, time and gas to return the items. Buy new with a guarantee.

2 days straight now and as soon as things get ready to end they cut off my account and then turn it back on after all bidding is over. Not my internet as everything else works. Certain items were stopped not long before auction ended and the bid went back down to $1 so someone in that building is getting it for a $1. I'm sure we'll hear more coming as it happens to more people.

Workers are very friendly and helpful.no problem with the app works very well I have won many items with great deals

The items in the picture (battery and charger) and in the description as well were not with the saw when we picked it up which is worth about $160. M@c made no attempt to make good. Another purchase also big dissappoint and waste of money. We are done.

Overall, I liked macbid, but I had a really bad encounter this past week from them. I bid and won an auction that was entitled, Miscellaneous Toiletry items - value $1000.00. I paid $240.00 plus the standard 15% they charge and the $2.00 fee per item plus tax. I brought the pallet home on my truck - huge, huge box - all excited. I began unpacking toilet paper, diapers, female products when I hit clothing. Half of the pallet ended up being useless clothing. I tried to return it (I was a member and entitled to a return), but the manager refused the return. He said it was no longer their policy. I called up and explained how it was falsely labeled only to be told "no" as well. I sent an email and here was the response: I am very sorry to hear of your frustration. Although there is a list of items for every pallet, pallets are considered open box items. Customer's are able to come in and inspect pallets or any open box item for completeness prior to bidding. Once pallets leave the warehouse, there is nothing more that can be done. I apologize.
Open Box items can be used, missing pieces, nonfunctional or damaged.
As an auction liquidator, Mac Discount does not inspect items for completeness or functionality. We encourage all of our customers to inspect items, prior to bidding, to ensure an accurate expectation of the item's condition. For those who are unable to inspect the item.
They would not address the issue of it being labeled incorrectly. Plus, I don't care what they say, there would be no way to "inspect" this huge box before bidding. Too tall and big. I told them I would have understood if the pallet were labeled Miscellaneous Toiletries and other items. Poor poor business practice on their parts. They should be ashamed.

I always get great deals on Mac bid and great custom service when I pick my items up. Always something new to buy everyday.

This company will routinely list items as "open box" when a cursory review would show that the item is damaged beyond repair. They will use vague language in their legally-dubious "terms of service" to deny refunds for damaged goods that are not marked as damaged. If you don't want to get scammed, stay away from these charlatans.

I have won approximately 2 dozen auctions and the prices have definitely been attractive. BUT, once I picked up the product there were often defects that i was disappointed with - infant tub that was previously used (gross), LEVELOR blinds advertised as 31 x 74" that must have been cut much shorter and returned, an Under Armor hat that had dirt spots and sweat stains, a ceiling fixture that was missing all the mounting hardware. You CAN purchase a 5-day (non-refundable) protection plan which allows you to return, if you want to factor that into your total price paid. And you can pre-inspect the item, but often the warehouses were not close to my home.

Can't talk to anyone on phone at
location and won't refund me unacceptable poor business practice.

I have won numerous bids and all items have been great. Pick up was quick and easy. Employees are great

So far I bought three things this an open box nothing was labeled missing, clearly you can see that there is parts missing, and they lie about it and bought a demo hammer that was open box the took a pick of the side that was good then got it and noticed the other side it was completely crushed in broken
