This company is non existant. You can order up to the point of giving your payment info then something goes wrong every time. They will not let you remove your payment info they will not be contacted in any way, no phone no email. You can not cancel orders, they keep them with your payment info. Watch your cards carefully they dont use the name Luvyle they use a different name. Way too underhanded there is no item worth risking the consequences this company will cause you
I ordered a shirt which looked great but what I received is the wrong color, very poorly made and has terrible stitching on the front of the shirt. I cannot wear it. Period. I paid $21.99 for the shirt and for some reason they are offering me a refund of $7.00. I don't understand this. So please beware and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered 3 items, and 3 days later our money was taken from our account. 2 to 3 weeks later we received 2 items, but the 3rd did not ship. Of the 2 we received, 1 was the wrong color. I contacted them to ask what I needed to do to return the one item free of charge, and have them ship me the correct item. I was told that I would be responsible for all shipping fees. I let them know that I didnt feel that was right since they made the mistake. This continued for a couple of weeks, through 1 email a day from them. They do not have a phone number listed that you can call either. I then reached out to paypal for assistance since I was still being told I had to pay the fees, and that I only had 1 month from the day I received the items to return them. After a couple more messages back and forth they stopped responding to my messages altogether. So I had to escalate this through paypal to try to get my money back. I never received the 3rd item that didnt ship, and I couldn't exchange the incorrect item. Terrible business ethics. Terrible customer service. Order at your own risk.

So used to using Amazon I failed to vet this company, my mistake. Horrible quality, nothing like the pictures, etc.
As described above the run around was ludicrous on trying to return 2 blouses. Fortunately I paid with am ex, called today and they have taken care of it. Teach me not to check reviews...

I have read all the negative reviews for this website after I placed my order. However, I was pleasantly surprised. At first I had some difficulty tracking my order. I found an email (*******@luvyle.com) and received a prompt response with my tracking information. My order was received on time. All five tops fit as described. The quality was good considering the price which I paid half off all items). If others didn't understand this is a Chinese company, I feel they didn't research the source of the website. That to me is common practice for anyone ordering on line. So, overall, I would say I am very happy with my purchases.
Well I appear to be just one more in a long line of people who Luvyle has royally screwed. I did receive my order, but it was wrong. I ordered grey they sent me red. Size was insanely small nowhere near "ordinary" sizes i. E. Small, Medium, etc. I asked for a return authorization shipping label and asked when I could expect the right color items to be sent. I was told I could pay for return shipping. What? They also said well you can give these away as gifts if the color is wrong. What? So I replied provide me a return shipping label or refund my money. NO resolution. Material is thin wispy junk cotton and WAY undersized. Avoid this company. You can see the fake positive reviews don't believe a word of them.

Do not order anything from this company! They are crooks! If you pay you will never see your product. You've been warned! I don't know why Facebook does not delete them and Google needs to block them to prevent them from stealing from more people!

Garbage and they scammed all of us. No way to get our money back or even get sizes that fit.
Better Business bureau should intervene on our behalf. Clothing is of cheap quality material and the sizing is way off.

I purchased two jackets from this company it took over two week to get them but when I receive them they didn't look like the ones I see in the picture so i sent them back on the 16th October 2019 and I still waiting for my refund all they keep saying to me they are still in the transit but you can't track it down properly I think this company is a scam they are quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to fund it I keep sending them emails but don't respond to me I would not recommend them to anyone

This is a sister company to Annie cloth, and berry whatever. Do not purchase from these people. They work out of infested warehouses in Great China, Diseases infested clothes that are not even close to what the pictures show.

The stuff is crap real cheap and nasty "made in China" stuff. When you ask to return items luvyle offer a refund of half the money, well I have been waiting for my refund since September. I cannot stress enough do not purchase from this site or any site where the product comes from China is my advice

I would give a Zero if that was an option. I should have listened to all the reviews! I am having the same exact problem trying to return items. I sent a message over 2 weeks ago and I get one message per day asking different questions from different people and now they are back to asking the same questions they already asked! Just like the reviewers below, they offered me a $17 dollar refund for a $60 order! This is fraud and they are trying top rip all of us off.
