This is the worst place ever, I sent back my shirt that was a very small large and they sent me something I did not order. They don't refund your money. Report this place to the Better business bureau
Avoid this company like the plague! They are robbing scamming thieves who like to steal your money. I have been waiting 4 months for a refund with no joy. Everytime i message them someone different replies with the same rubbish, and keep asking for information ive already provided about 10 times. They keep promising a refund is on the way, and apologies for the delay in the hope I'll forget it. I have lost a lot of money through this company, or rather had it stolen! They deserve 0 stars, and only wish id have read the reviews before i ordered anything. BEWARE- DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I purchased several items in December 2018. When I recieved them they were nothing like the website picture. The fabric was poor quality the size chart they provided was in correct. I returned everything and still have not recieved a refund. I have contacted them several times regarding the status of my refund and they continue to give me the run around. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It took 5 months to finally get my order. When I received it, it was a joke, the clothes fit my 10 year old daughter. The fabric has so bad quality that you may see through. No real people to call for customer service. I left several messages, but I haven't got any answer "yet". Bad experience! Very disappointed. I ordered five items at the beginning of September 2019. After a month, I went to cancel my order because nothing had been received. I contacted the seller through PayPal. The seller answered that they could not cancel my order because my order had just been sent. It was a lie! In fact they had only sent one item. They did it on the same day I raised the issue - probably to stop me from cancelling my order. I received the remaining four items on Friday 18/10/19. The order was a month and a half late and to my big surprise, a part of it arrived from China! The sizes are completely wrong and the quality is shocking! Nothing looks like on the website. I now want to return the whole order but the email address in the company return policy does not exist! There is no phone number to ring!

I can't even give this junk to goodwill. My daughter and niece laughed hysterically when they saw the horrible blouses'. "Oh Mom, never buy from those pop up ads!" Made of some plasticky painted fabric doomed to sit for an eternity in a landfill - it will never decompose! Anyway, it cost money; but at least it was hilarious.

Quality of the clothes is very poor and smaller size for Large or other. Arrival only after 30 days not 7-15 days. But the worst, no communication skills, they do not answer the question you ask. They stay very vague and difficult to refund or send back clothes. I Am still working on that refund. Do not BUY from them.

A Luvyle ad somehow came across my screen and a purchased a blouse for my wife's anniversary gift. For starters, it took about a month to arrive--from Hong Kong I later realized. Worse, the blouse material was so thin it was almost transparent, completely unlike the advertising photo (see both photos herewith). I emailed the company asking for a return order number and return procedure, which they have refused to send. They keep telling me to take photos showing defects. I keep telling them the material is see-through, but that doesn't matter. I JUST DON'T WANT THE BLOUSE. Out of desperation I sent them this photo, but have not heard back. I suspect that any positive reviews are phony--from a paid review service.

I ordered an adult size XL ladies top. What I received was more like a child's size XL top. This is the worst site ever! It would have taken 3 of these XL shirts to make an XL women's top for me. After spending more money to return this top I have lost at least $12.00 on this top due to shipping and the credit applied was not what I originally paid for the top. What a scam!

Do not buy from this company. The two items I received were supposed to be an adult large. They might have fit a small 12 year old. At my expense I returned these two items and I'm having a heck of a time to get my refund. Their emails they send are complete jibberous. If I had known what I know now I would never have purchased. I bought a butterfly blouse through this site and it was very poor quality (cheaply made). When I went to the purchased item to return it. It doesn't allow you to communicate with anyone. You have to ship the item (pay for the shipping) and not know if you ever going to be refunded for it. Nowadays you don't know where your product is coming from. The Companies appear to be here in the US, but it's not making the communication very difficult. I will NEVER buy from your Company again. That's for sure!

This is a shocking company - DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! Their garments are not true to their photos. It is impossible to get onto them. They did not have a return address listed on their website. They use frequent different email addresses to reply to your concerns, yet none of them are sincere or worthwhile in answering your questions, and are clearly written by someone who does not speak english well. Photos below show you how they advertise one shirt and the other shows what the actual shirt looks like when you receive it. Sooo disappointing :(

Clothing is nowhere near sizes on charts and returns are IMPOSSIBLE! I tried to contact several times to no avail. Gave the 3 pieces of clothing to good will. They were worthless!

Return policy is horrible and gets worse if u actually try to return. First items won't match pictures, clothing is very thin and sizing is way off. Size down at least two sizes if you want it to fit at all. Just don't order from here they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After they scam and rip you off by mid representation of items don't think they will help because they won't. They offer you to regift items and give you vouchers to buy from them again! Why would you buy from them again when they lie, cheat and steal? Don't order from here.
I went to Facebook and they have a site with complaints under the clothing ads. I posted a comment but they won't post it because it goes thru someone and they're not going to post what I wrote. Please everyone reading these complaints go to Facebook and anywhere else and post comments of your story. Plus dispute with your credit card companies they will usually back up the customer. I sent in these reviews of complaints with my credit card company to back up how this company is ripping off and misleading customers. Don't just say oh well I guess I'm out $$$ credit card companies that get massive amounts of complaints about certain companies at times help consumers by alerting or denying them. Goodluck!

Ich bin darauf reingefallen dass für einen ordentlichen Aufpreis innerhalb von 7 Tagen geliefert wird und habe mir die Ware an meinen Urlaubsort senden lassen. Die Ware kam nicht pünktlich an. Mit Zusatzkosten habe ich sie mir nach Hause schicken lassen.
Billiger Plastik-Plunder der den Abbildungen nicht nahe kommt, viel zu klein ist und nach Chemie stinkt.
Reklamation bis heute unmöglich. Zig X Fotos und SUK - Number auf Anforderung hingeschickt. Die sind echt kriminell.
Die 122,-, für 5 Blusen kann ich wohl in die Tonne kloppen.
