I paid for items and then 2 weeks later received an email "so sorry but can't ship". I asked for a full refund and they sent me $ 22.00 instead of the $ 58.57 they took from my account. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THESE FOLKS. I believe the biggest problem is they come from Hong Kong.
I recently ordered from this company and I just received my clothes after about 2 weeks.
However, I opened my clothes and almost half of them were made from 100% polyester. If your clothes say they are made from 100% polyester then DO NOT BUY THEM they are see through and are made from very cheap material that feels like a kids Halloween costume that cannot be worn outside of your house. The other half of my clothes were made from 35% cotton and 65% polyester and they are not see through or cheap they seem to match the photo. Overall, before I order from this company again I would look at the labels carefully before you order anything.
Bought a dress did not fit very poor quality. Sent 7 e mails and tried on facebook to get someone to answer no luck dont buy on this site!
I spent $110 + with this website. I followed the chart's provided for sizing. Everything was too small. My real complaint is that when I tried to contact their customer service to arrange returns, they ignored me for 2 weeks. I persisted and someone emailed me. Same thing 2 more times and I haven't heard ANYTHING since July 8. SO I guess I have 7 items I can't wear and they have my money.
I ordered and my card was charged an international fee no indication that this site was from China. I received my cloths and they are not the same product. Cost more to ship them back than to purchase.

I ordered, and paid for 6 items, waited 2 months and recieved 5. Upon contacting them I was told that they had sent 6 and have a nice day. They did not include any packing slip or proof of sending all 6 (which would have been impossible as they only sent 5)
Never buy from them I made an order they did not send it to the right place and dont want to give a credit or reimbursement

I usually don't buy things online nor for a numbers of concerns, starting with online scam to quality I can see or touch nor do I do reviews, but very compelled to do this one. I ordered 3 blouses for work. The order did not arrived for over a month, can't cancel, not able to contact anyone, no phone number, no respond to emails. The quality of product is the worst. The material is thinner than paper, reminds me of disposable plastic tablecloth. Very, very cheaply made. I would return them but I know I would waste money on shipping. Don't waste your money time or money.

I bought 3 items, dress way too big. You can not call them, so after multiple emails, asking for pictures, reason why returning, sku number, from multiple names, they will give me a $9 voucher! Quality not good, items not like pictures. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FAKE, FROM CHINA, wish I had read reviews before buying.
I ordered a sweater in November 2019, still waiting for my product. I have sent 4 emails they give the same excuse( it's on the way). I will now go to my bank and file a claim. PLEASE don't buy from this company.
Ordered 3 tops all different sizes as one for me other 2 for friends. Quality and sizes nothing like they should be or how they appear on their website. Quality awful no return policy despite saying I would cover postage back to China and they continuously ignored request for return address. I have wasted a huge amount of money and I am appalled by their service, quality and over priced clothes. Avoid at all costs!
My order never came, but they charged my card immediately. Have tried emailing, calling, no response. Tried canceling my order, but when I go through the process it says $0 refund! I will file a dispute with my credit card company next. This place has no customer service and clearly no pride in their business. Not only did I spend $150 in absolute garbage but I waited a month to receive this trash! It is not true to size so will be returning and it is made very poorly! Everything I purchased was unsatisfactory! I am so upset with myself for not reading the reviews first! Absolutely and totally unhappy with what I received and only after sending numerous emails asking for a full refund! Do not buy, you would do better off purchasing from a second hand store or a flea market, even their stuff is made better! These sweats are coming apart at the seams and this top is supposed to be longer it's like a half top and the material is so thin and cheap sending back and will never ever purchase from them again! Beware clothes are absolute garbage!
I ordered items from this site thinking it was a UK site. How wrong I was! Despite having checked item size guides the tops that arrived would have fit a 10 year old, not a large chested adult! I requested a return on their website and heard nothing so I emailed them. They offered me a voucher for their site of £12 for 3 items which cost just over £39, I declined. They then insisted that I send the return package tracked... to CHINA (once your package arrives in China there is no tracking as China do not offer this!) I did so, only to receive the parcel back around 6 weeks later with a note to say it had not been collected. So, not only did they steal my money for the orser, it also cost me about £15 to return clothing that just ended up back with me again anyway.
Will not touch with a bargepole and won't order from other Chinese clothing businesses now either.
Disgusted with the returns procdure keep being fobbed off with the same questions sure they don't want me to send the items back owing to the fit i would have ordered different items but not now terrible after service. Wish i had read the reviews before i ordered but i will carry on keep emailing until i get a answer from them. Shocking service
Ordered in February. I know COVID an issue but inquired after 6 weeks about status as they charged my card immediately. Asked on no less than 6 occasions up to the end of May for a copy of receipt/invoice so I could have my purchase reversed. 6 different service reps, 6 different replies. No invoice ever received. Refund promised by 3 of them since early May. Still waiting. Basically money gone - lesson learned.

Material was cheap but as I ordered summer items for a holiday I thought they wiould do. However the size was wrong so I returned them and have not received a refund. This was August 2019! I have emailed them numerous times but received no replies. A company definately to be avoided in my opinion.

Answer: The WORST scam EVER! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! The clothing that I received (after 2 months of waiting) where NOT the ones that they advertised. They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE! THIS IS A BIG SCAM SO BE CAREFUL! The clothing that you see in the photos is NOT what you actually get. The quality is the cheapest I have ever seen!
