This website is junk! The item I ordered was not at all what I thought I was ordering. They are making you think you are getting one thing, when in reality you are getting junk. Do not order from this website. SCAM!
I placed an order for a comforter set on Dec. 22,2020, scheduled to arrive in 3-5 days. Today is Feb. 3,2020 and it still has not arrived. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. They did respond to messages I left through their customer service form on the website, although there was no phone number to call. They said to "be patient" and then ghosted me as well after I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. The tracking they sent said it has been at "customs" for weeks after being shipped from China. After reading the other reviews, I am very worried about the quality of this item if/when it actually ever arrives. I have opened a claim with PayPal for a refund. Hoping that works...
I ordered a duvet cover and pillow shams. Boy did I get scammed. The dye from the design was leaked all over the background fabric. The material was cheap and awful. The design was also stolen from another site. Trying to get my money back but they ghosted me. Not one response to my emails. Do not buy from them, beware!
I ordered a Waverly quilt and they sent me some cheap stuff from China. When I sent them pictures of their site and the actual item they sent, they said "we see you received what you ordered" and they offered to refund me 20%. Their address listed on the site is a vacant lot. This is a scam site.
