HomeCare Professionals serves people of a variety of ages and medical conditions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Being cared for by them was one of the best experiences I could hope for as I suffered from severe veritigo that started with a simple case of swimmer's ear and quickly progressed, leaving me debilitated for more than two months. I wanted to avoid taking any more ambulances late at night (when the most serious attacks would happen), going through emergency rooms and then being admitted to hospitals for days at a time. I was terrified of having another awful attack, so I eventually arranged with Tyler Morch, the company's head of client services, to send me caregivers to keep an eye on me at night, offering comfort and reassurance so that I wouldn't be so afraid. This was especially helpful because I live alone. Andy Howard, president of HomeCare Professionals, and Tyler Morch, with whom I dealt most often, were exceptionally warm and patient with me. Chrissy Tuma, who handles billing, was friendly and understood the burden of sudden medical debt. Inez, whom I believe is a nurse in training, was very personable and knowledgeable. My favorite caregiver of all was Louella, who was incredibly sweet and helpful. She always went above and beyond, even bringing me a little birthday present to cheer me up! I highly recommend HomeCare Professionals as one of the most reliable organizations I've ever worked with, in any field. I'm grateful they were there for me when I needed them most!
