Got my order!

I ordered a mask on 4/6/20 if came today 5/14/20.
Fits and is the correct design.
I am a live in caregiver so I have to wear a mask every time I go out so I don't want one that is to heavy. This one is not to bad. Will be trying it out on Saturday.

I ordered masks with filters on 4/17/20 and have NEVER received them. We ordered these masks under the name of remarkgreen.com. When I looked at our checking account, the name was billed on our banking account was Lushgood. This is a total scam! They operate under more than one name, therefore, they are relocating url's constantly on the internet. After the billed our banking account for the amount of the masks, they went back into our account and tried to hit us up for $205.00 more! I have to rate at least 1 star, but these people deserve a -7 star! Thank goodness our bank had already recognized them as scammers and shut them down. Our bank is going to reimburse us for the $125.00 that the initially hit us up for. These bad people take advantage of good people during bad times! God be with you horrible people on judgement day!

I ordered 3 facemasks on 4/27 and I keep getting emails saying they are making them. I ordered off Facebook (my first mistake) and the company that I researched before I ordered had a US address and was named "Remark Green" and looked legit. It is now May 13 and all I hear is crickets. I am lucky because I can call and cancel my credit card, but I am pissed that I acted in good faith and they scammed me. Because of the Corona virus I have been a little more lax and have ordered a couple of things off Facebook ads. DO NOT DO THIS! NO matter how legitimate the ads seem they are not and the scammers go a long way to make you think they are US companies.
Only order from a well known US Company.

Similar to others, they went under the company name Remark Green for me when I ordered a mask. I can't say with 100% certainty, but it seems this company does not deliver on orders, keeps your money, and when you complain or challenge with PayPal they send 'just enough' of a customer service generic response to avoid having to issue a refund. They even go as far to give tracking numbers (to some odd website) and I think the number is bogus, another red herring to chase. I hope I'm wrong, but it appears this is a place to avoid. Just have someone locally make you a mask.

** Update ** I wanted to be fair and bump my review up to 3 stars instead of one because after a long battle I did finally get my mask. I can't say if they finally sent it because I had PayPal contact them or not... but I got it so they deserved me to come on here and update the review saying so. Take care folks.

Not feeling the negative reviews. Lushgood, I'm not gonna let this one go. It's been 2 weeks and I was expecting to recieve this before returning to work. I've returned to work but I'm expecting to receive what I paid for. Funny how all the advertisements just disappeared, I couldn't even find the company online. I'm waiting to be proven wrong!

I was charged $36+ for three face masks nearly three weeks ago. I have yet to receive a confirmation or any correspondence from Lushgood about my order. I have emailed them, no response. I have filed a Dispute with PayPal. Lesson for the day: Do NOT order anything from an ad on Insta, F/B, etc. without thoroughly checking out first...

Like everyone else commenting, I ordered several masks over a month ago based on their advertising, as well as the website claiming to be a US business. No contact, no shipping. File complaints with paypal or your credit card company... it's the only way forward.

Ordered a mask on 4-11 Only ordered it from you because on your ad at the time it said 4 to 7 days for delivery it's a month later never received my mask you don't deserve one star let alone five! I have proof were in one email you tell me my order is on its way on 4-20 And then just days later you turn around and tell me you can't even find my order and you even asked me for my email

I purchased face masks, CORONA will be over before I get them. I'm more than disappoint, I'm frustrated, why would a company be like this at a time like this?

I ordered a pm2.5 mask from RemarkGreen but was billed from Lushgood so I guess they use more than one name? Anyway, I keep getting the runaround with the product I ordered. I would strongly recommend you don't order anything from then. You'll be lucky to receive anything from them. They'll just take your money.

I placed an order for 10 masks for my family and friends who are frontliners/nurses/LAPD staff/911 operators and I have no way of tracking the order. I placed the order in the beginning of April last month and I haven't gotten a response from this place since I sent a support email on 4/18. So sad that these types of companies could scam/take advantage of those in need while going through such difficult times in life! There's no phone number or info to get in touch with this company to find out status. So So SAD!
