I placed an order April 13,2020 and today is May 4,2020 and I have yet to receive my order. Please provide a contact number so that I may speak with someone or return my money

I ordered a mask on 4/13/20, i have yet to receive an email or my mask i seriously need the mask or else i wouldnt have wasted my time or money

I'm so overwhelmed by all of the reviews I to have been scammed by this company and would like my money back. I hate I hadn't listened to my daughter's advice she always says mom before you order stuff from these companies check the reviews ugh over $100 I WANT MY MONEY I PURCHASED MASKS 4/5/20

Ordered 5 masks over a month ago for my family who are working the front lines, and no response no update! What a horrible horrible experience! Save your money don't order from these people.

I'm accused you for stole my money. I want money back right away. Your is not worthy trust. Your fake lair.

I placed and order for a couple masks and the money has been taken out my bank account but the tracking number that I received is not valid! I am very upset and would like my money back!

It's been a month. The order supposedly shipped over two weeks ago via USPS, yet never arrived. It takes USPS 2-3 days to get from the shipping location to my location.

My first time ordering from lushgood and the way it's I will never order from them again, they have contacted me (via email) like they should have and I have been waiting for my merchandise for almost a mouth... and I've tried looking them up and I can't find the website or a phone number

Paid over $89 for a king flip flop quilt with two pillow shams- nothing like the picture! It's a duvet cover and toooo small NOT king size!
Don't order from here very disappointing and no way to contact them!

They get your money and you get no communication and No merchandise. Don't order from them they are taking advantage of people ordering masks.

I purchased masks from them. They total time was said to be 7-12 days at time of order. I have emailed them for a follow up and received and auto response only yet my card has been charged.

I order April 8th thru pay pal. Order 2 mask and 10 refills for $ 112 dollars and still haven't gotten my order. My son needs it for his copd and I'm working thru this lick down. About to be lawyer time.

Never received my order! I disputed this charge through my bank and told my account manager that this company has 1 star out of 5 and multiple issues with people not even receiving their orders! This site is a joke!

I wrote a review yesterday morning and I received my package in the afternoon after almost three months. The product was as I expected to be. I thought they were a scam but they are not. I guess, after I read the reviews, that I am one of the lucky ones.

I'm out of 33 bucks for now. Item never recieved. Absolutely no correspondence. Emailed they never replied. Dnt see there fb ad anymore. But I think they advertise in different company names. I used PayPal and they are refunding my money they don't deserve a rating because they don't exist! Theives!

I ordered 2 masks and extra filters, $91.45 & the money was taken from my account on April 5,2020 and they've provided a tracking number but USPS is still waiting on the product to be shipped... I cant find a phone number to call or anything... I'm contacting my bank tomorrow... I wouldnt order anything from them and wished I'd researched them beforehand.

I ordered masks for me and my daughter months ago to combat the Corona virus... they took my money and never sent the masks. I'm out almost 60 bucks now and can't get my hands on any masks anywhere! Angry and have no way of contacting them to try to get refund.
