The color is just way too yellow looking for me and I have a fair completion. Not sure what to order in future?

Not happy with this product. The color is wrong and it's thick and uncomfortable to wear

I wanted to order something special for my wife and the site offered try now & pay later. Then when I went to check my statement it showed they charged me for the shipping and ALSO for the product. I thought okay maybe it is just a temporary hold and that it would clear shortly, but it never came off of hold. So, I reached out to customer service and they told me that yes there is a temporary hold, but it would stay on hold the entire time even during the trial period. How can this be try now & pay later when you clearly are charging me up front for the product? It was clearly a scam for Christmas and a definite fraudelant statement. Customer service said that if they removed the hold would I still want the product, but then came back and said oops sorry it is not allowed. So I cancelled the order, money is tight especially that close to Christmas that was the whole reason I placed the order in the first place because I would have 15-20 days before the payment would be made. That was the perfect amount of time allowed, to bad it was a false statement. Just be upfront with your customers BEFORE the order gets placed to allow us to make the decision based on all the facts.

I ordered something on a try before you buy basis, however, it was not mentioned that the FULL amount would be taken and held from my payment method at the time of purchase. So basically, you are paying for it ahead of time, not try before you buy. Yes, it's a hold, but my money is held up at the time the try before you buy begins.
I emailed someone immediately, within an hour, to cancel my order because I could not have Mt money held up, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I am very disappointed. You should be more clear that your try before you buy is not really a try before you buy. It's a we will hold your money for the cost of the entire product while you try. That is more accurate. It even stated on the total breakdown that only X was due today and the remainder was due later. But when you HOLD money (pending) it is still removed from the account. So basically paying the whole amount today.

I did NOT Sign up for a subscrption and am being charged $78.00 per month for a product I do not like and didn't order. I will have to reach out to my bank for a fraudulent charge if I don't hear back. They aren't making this easy

I found it hard to contact customer service to find out how I could get a little darker foundation so just gave up. After talking to the customer service representative I am very pleased with the service,

Same as above, I dont like the product and would like to return it.

I ordered on Dec. 21st but didn't receive until Jan.7th so shipping was a little long. I'm hoping that the free trial doesn't start until I receive the product I'm excited to see if this covers the flaws I have.

Just scanned qr code from tv...but be careful. Double check you basket before placing order. Some "Suggested " products might be added...
Otherwise shopping experience was fine
Product itself is flawed. While your spraying your brush you hand will get drenched in make up while your spraying the brush. Lots of waste. Also I ordered light/medium, and it's way to light! It's more of an IVORY than a Light/medium.

Took a while for my order to arrive. Kept getting emails about how did I like it when I hadn't even received it yet.

It seems effortless to apply and doesn't appear to have the cakey look of regular foundation
