First, I did the "Try before you buy", but was charged before the product was even received bc it took so long from the time I ordered, to get the items shipped. 2nd, I received more products than I ordered, no idea why. Third, I received NO instructions on how each of these products are used. The Luminess products are completely new for me. I'm VERY disappointed!
I will be sending back the package as it is the wrong color. Do I need to send the concealer back with it. Please let me know. Thank you.

My skin is very dry and after using a facial moisturizer and the Luminess Primer, I am still unable to get the foundation to blend into my skin well. But I am still continuing to work with it because Luminess is a quick routine which I love.

It was a pretty easy experience. I saw an advertisement clicked on it, added to cart paid for it, and received it.
Ordered my purchase weeks ago and as of yet haven't received it, nor any indication of when it will be delivered. That being said, I've received several emails requesting I survey the product I ordered. Frankly I'm tired of trying to give feedback on an item I haven't received just to make you look good.

I think you should have a better way of canceling your orders. I've called and messaged, and they don't respond. When I call you have to press 1 for the survey or you can't get through. I still can't get through.They hung up on me. They say they'll call me back, but they never do. And I don't know how to cancel this other than that. The foundation is a good match, but the all in one palette the foundation in it is too dark for my fair to porcelain skin with rose undertones.
This makeup is great! The airbrush foundation is wonderful! The eyeshadows have great pigmentation! 10/10!
