I still have not received my order. It said delivered Thursday and said if I didn't receive my order give it 24-72 hours before you call. I call yesterday and no answer. This should not take this long to get delivered.
I was just charged full amount when it specifically stated 14 day trial. I tried calling. They encouraged auto call back. Never received call or email answered. Worst customer service ever

I actually give a 4 star because my order have been wrong and I had to cancel once and change what they sent once. The agent that helped me was very polite and made good on the mistakes. Next I just hope it arrives before my event as I ordered plenty of time ahead but hopefully these mistakes won't make my order arrive after that.

The color of the foundation and blush do not match my skin color. The foundation goes on yellow and the blush to pink.
My experience I just check my account. They charge me too much for the item I order. I'm not recommending this product. I already charge on my first item and now they charge me again. This is not Chanel product… omg
A friend told me about Luminess during a ski trip. I had been in the market for a new foundation and decided to give it a try. I really, really like it! The color I selected (medium fair) matches perfectly to my skin and I love the light but excellent coverage. The brush that comes with the product is very nice as well. I will continue using this product for sure and would recommend it to others.

It was very smooth on the face silky filling, but it went in blotches on my skin after about an hour or two of wearing it. I'm sure it's for a lot of people but for me I just wasn't real happy with it.
